Gonna be out for the day, people, so I won't really be RPing much.

Bio

Hey, there. Myst here, as you've probably guessed. Can't exactly write in other people's bios, can you? But, you're probably reading this for a reason, so I'll get to it.

I prefer high-Casual and Advanced games, in a medieval, fantasy or sci-fi setting, because that's the sort of nerd I am.

I'm a thinker - I've thought a lot on certain things, and am firm in my beliefs. So you could ask me what I thought about a good few things and I could give a well-reasoned answer. Or a less reasoned answer based on my morals.

TheCharactersOfMyst - This is my storage for past and present characters, and where I might occasionally go for nostalgia and/or recycling a character I've used before.

Oh, Rodion is gonna hate (what the hell was that Omestrian's name again). He also doesn't like it when Stina and Ziotea are hanging out and not fighting.

Might Oren ask why Rodion hates him? Actually, wait - Oren takes Ziotea to the ruins.

Also, fair warning, my computer has been frizzing out - Drakey, you may get a whole load of like notifications. I meant to laugh, but you can't delete a rating older than 30 seconds.
@shylarah IT IS WORTH THE REWARD
@shylarah The answer to all your problems is caffeine.
There once was a man, who is well known in his city. His name was John but on weekends it was Britney. On Sundays, his name was Carl. The rest of the time, it was 'dumbass'. And he has two things that always accompany him, a list of names and a worn-out red marker. It would surprise you to know that, while it went against the expected function, the marker was not for writing on paper.

Morning light filled the hospital, the smell of death hung in the air. The pale walls shone wetly. Above Dumbass's bed hung a portrait of the Quartermaster of the KSR, and by his nightstand was a comb and a brush and a bowl full of mush. John had ended up with a broken hip after tripping himself at the stair. Or, at least that's what he told the Doctors had broken his hip. In fact, it had been something far more sinister; autohypnotic asphyxiation. Heading back home, he saw, that the mayor's car had been entirely covered in cling film. Confused by his misadventures, he decided that a live tentacle porn show was the next best option.

He proceeded to go to the fishmongers, and detail precisely what his plan was.
Banned because Clem is too adorable.
@Cao the Exiled (um... you missed a sentence.)
@Lovejoy True, unless we're in Leviathan... and now I'm thinking about all the times I've found phoenix vs dragon images on my forays into the internet (please tell me I'm not the only one here who can literally spend hours spiralling deeper into Pinterest?)
So, first off, I've added the Telekinesis power to my sheet -

Telekinetic: – Focusing his power, Oren reaches out with his mind and ether to take hold of any item or person he so desires, as long as he can see or visualise it. Through this power, he can push, pull, bend, sever, and crack whatever he holds, though with varying degrees of ether needed. It may only take a fraction of the effort, but it still takes a toll on him when he needs to lift great weights. So, he focuses on using it for smaller projects instead - like snapping a man's neck instead of throwing him off a cliff.

This is technically a very OP power, in my opinion. This is, however, the standard set of rules for it.

Next, my drafts for the relationships/opinions Oren has with/of Ilya/@Draken and Viveca/@Scout;

Father Ilya: Oren's opinion of Ilya is overall a little... sour. His arrogance, his privileged birth, his great concern for what others think of him; all are black marks against his name. He acts amicably enough around Ilya, and by no means will let his view of the man interfere with their work, but, well... Oren isn't the best at hiding it, even in silence.
Initially, Oren did admire the man, because he works tirelessly to improve himself, his strategies are incredible, and he desires to help as many people as he can. Yet, as Oren observed him, he came to notice that things weren't quite all they appeared on the surface.

Mother Viveca: Oren feels a kind of kinship with Viveca, given that both she and he are descendants of the Omestri people. Despite their differing stories - he, being born a slave and she, born free - both of them have come to be here, be it through the divine will of Lord Varya, the lost Omestris, or some other higher being, or simply by chance.
(This one needs expanding)

Also... something I spotted while I was browsing people's character sheets to figure out what Oren would think of them; did everyone get the memo that the uniform changed from a red phoenix to a red circle?
