I have a quick question before I get the IC rolling: Do you all want to start with a Martial Arts Tournament, or do you want to jump straight into fighting real bad guys? I feel the former would help establish relationships earlier on and would make the fact that they will all fight together more believable.

Standard Ki Usage- Vadim can use Ki in the standard manners: Hiding power level, energy blasts, etc.
Psi Wave- A short buildup time for an impressive attack, the Psi Wave is simply a massive wave of kinetic energy that Vadim blasts his foe(s) with. He brings his arms back and clenches his fists before thrusting them forward, sending the wave out.
Terra Raze: A massive blast of red energy with an extra beam of blue energy that
spirals around it as it travels. It creates a massive explosion on contact that can level an entire city block. Currently his last-resort attack.

Personality: Zadim is very easy to get along with. Many would even call him too trusting. He can be very easily angered when someone is treating the people he cares for badly. He's the opposite of arrogant, and is humble to the point that he'll tell someone much weaker than he is that they could take him if they wanted to.

Oh, I intended to add that she can't access the higher levels yet. Tis more a mechanism to 'keep up' eventually. I'll leave unlocking them up to you if it comes to that.

Am I to assume that his Nova moves are something he is working towards? The first Nova move seems fine, but I can't help but feel that the others are rather powerful for anyone with the established starting power levels.

Minor things like age are things that I feel are better to learn through IC means than through character sheets. If we know everything about a character before the game even starts, then what's there to learn?
I don't really care if you all invent a race. It doesn't matter to me as long as the race as a whole doesn't have some OP traits.
