RP INFO

Ok, here's the thing. I'm tired of scouring the interest checks for just the right partner. So I figured I'm gunna add a little plug in here for all to see!

I am collecting rp buddies because I wanna have myself a craving, and be able to feed said craving (without driving my boyfriend nuts). Its faster to have a group of friends at hand that I can brainstorm with, then edit my interest check and wait....possibly lose my craving and move onto something else.

So here are some things you need to know about me!

Common genres: adventure, modern fantasy, classic fantasy, dark fantasy, soulmate stuffs, romance
Things I don't really like to play: zombie apocolypse, slice of life, canon fandom stuff, pokemon?

Zombie: I just find it...repetitious and without a real goal?

Slice of life: I don't want to roleplay vanilla human lives. I have one of my own, and rp is my escape from that.

Canon fandom: lots of times, I have no idea what Im doing XD

Pokemon: Well...I like pokemon (up to a point) but...I always wonder about the mechanics. I dont want to pay attention to stats, and I dont want to focus on 'catching them all'

I do MxM and MxF. I would do FxF if it was alluring to me, but its not.

Now that that's out of the way, the sticking parts:

I would prefer RPing here in threads, or switching to discord, where I am much more accessable. I dont know if you've seen my profile, but i have a terrible habit of drifting off for long periods.

I will NOT guarantee a post a day, every 2 days, every week, or hell even every month. I will post what I can, and when I can. I'm 25 years old and damn it, I got adulting to do! Sometimes, I don't even do my duty to tell you if I'm going to disappear. Why? because something came up, I'm in a slump that lasts longer than I think it is, or I found something shiny and new and just have my head stuck in the computer. ADHD. ANd ADHD is why I say that my partners here should get ahold of me on discord, i am also crawkid there too.

Days fly by for me.

I need someone who is patient and understanding of this nature of mine, while still looking forward to rping with me. (I do try!)

If you're still here after all that, congrats, you're a rare breed.

I know I said that I will post what I can and when I can...but I do tend to give each post a good amount of thought. Still, if you find that my posts are getting smaller and smaller, don't be afraid to talk to me about it.

Also, I like rp partners who get excited about brainstorming, and who want to try new flavors and pairings. I want YOUR thoughts, and I LOVE it when we're in the middle of an rp and suddenly you decide this side character that was you main's uncle gets bitten by the vampire queen and...I dunno...but its sudden and interesting! AND you can bet I'll want to shove my own sudden and interesting plot twists in there too! (but of course one that'll make sense) This...makes it feel alive, and I love it so so much. :3

I just don't want to be forced to come up with every detail, plan everything out, beg you for ideas, and then have you flake out because its all 'my rp' and you lost interest in it 3 days in. Had it happen. If you're that person, sorry, that's boring. I don't WANT responsibility for everything. If I did, I'd be writing a book, not seeking a cooperative narrative with a stranger that might be on the other side of the planet.

Elizabeth was slightly annoyed as Connor tried to intervene and finish it off. However she couldn't really blame him, she had no idea when they'd get to town, and her pill from yesterday should be wearing off.

Of course, the werewolf pushed away to get at the infinitely weaker human, but she grabbed its leg and whipped it back towards her, pulling it into a submission hold and biting it in such a way that she had it's wind pipe in her mouth. After a bit of struggling on the wolf's part, it eventually slipped into its death. Getting up with an annoyed sigh, Elizabeth looked to where the sun would come up. "So much to do...so little time to do it in..."
At the word 'go' she was off at a running speed, more like jogging for her but who's keeping track?,

Soon though she was caught up with the werewolf and tried to knock them off balance. it didn't work because the werewolf was pretty fast at reacting. It tried to bite her, and she punched it in the face. That slowed it down a bit.

But when she tried to go into fro a tackle, it swiped at her, she dodged and went in for her own strike. it dodged. For a while, they stoof in the middle of the long stretch of highway attacking and dodging. Then the werewolf was off again, but this time in connor's direction. Elizabeth managed to grab it's tail and it sped right around to attack her yet again. She jumped away to lure it way from connor but then ran at it. They played chicken, the werewolf lost, and they got into a hissing, growling, mass of supernatural in a wrestling match.

(woo didn't know how much you wanted me to control the werewolf :3)
"Don't even think about comparing me to that trash," She growled half-playfully at him, getting ready to start running towards the transformed person. Her eyes trained on the moving target. "But...vampire will always win." She smirked, getting used to the creature's speed. She tensed and untensed her muscles, readying herself.

"Tell me when you're done firing that thing."

She was ready, but she needed him to stop shooting with those bullets, after all silver would hurt her too and she couldn't have that happening either.

(short transition post >.<)
Elizabeth smiled faintly at his joke, taking the time to stretch a little , now no longer feeling the need to be curled up. She was about to try and start up a real topic when something zipped by and she and connor both knew what it was. What she didn't know was that there was a false full moon thing (mostly because she doesn't hang out with werewolves)

Unbuckling, she watched as he went out and started shooting. If werewolves were turning, that meant that the girl who liked Bessie would have turned tonight too...and Elizabeth had just sent every hunter out there that was interested on a hunt in that city. She felt bad, but she needed to keep herself focused on this moment. She wouldn't be able to do much if Connor managed to get bitten. She needed him to be human.

"Have you ever thought about setting the supernatural..on the supernatural?" she asked, slipping into the driver's seat, getting ready for action if he wanted her help.
Hearing her name, her eyes snapped open and she was telelported back to the current time in which she lived. He was asking if she was ok, and after a moment she nodded. "I was just...just having a moment. I am sorry." she stated quietly, She no longer looked like she was about to bite something, but remained semi-curled up. In the midst of her fight with herself, she still hasn't figured out which side of her was stronger. With a bit of a sigh, she again looked out the window. "Before...you had said that if I gave in that I would be lost...I don't intend to falter OR give in...but...if I do..."

She trailed off right there. She didn't particularly want to finish the sentence. There should have been no need to in any case, she was sure that he would claim her as his prey if he ever felt like she couldn't be brought back to as she was now. She sat for a while before feeling like the space between them was probably too heavy.

"We need a new topic."
She feigned upsetness at him for even daring to mention her needing to learn technology. She was still pretty sure that she knew enough to get by. She smiled gently at him though, let him say what he wants. It wouldn't hurt to learn a new skill, as long as she had a good teacher. '

"Hunters back then...weren't too different from today's, I would think. They still had their information sources, they still stayed in their own territories unless something big happened, they still respected each others' targets, for the most part....they still walked around at night with stakes and silver weapons." she shrugged, now more sober as she thought of days long since passed. "your internet is useful, but it is still just a faster form of book seeking and messenger birds....and with all of the fiction out there, some of your sources are unreliable." She glances at him, "perhaps it was easier being a hunter back in those times, most of the literature was either fact or play."

Now even further back into her memories...back to the day she was turned, or what she could remember. She could recall the faces of her family, and their general personalities...but other things have begun to blur for her. She couldn't remember the exact birthdays...or which set of siblings had children...but she did remember those footsteps back home to those people. Her body had felt heavy, but she had ignored it in her desperate attempt to get home and into the arms of her mother. Her father would have been livid.

Currently, she leaned against the window and stared at where the side-mirror connected to the rest of the car as her memories took over her full attention. She stayed like that a moment longer before other thoughts snuck in. What if she had returned? Her eyes closed as flashes of what she imagined would have been a horrible and bloody attack stormed through her mind. She could imagine the hunger, remembering what it was like to be unable to resist. She also found herself in a personal conflict inside her head, their blood would have been delicious compared to what was around today- at the same time, she found herself feeling slightly sick for entertaining the thoughts of such an event.

In real life, her eyes were still closed and she was still leaned up against the window. however her mouth was slightly open, revealing her fangs as if she was tempted to bite someone at that moment, and her body curled up slightly (as best as it could in that kind of position) as if she was ill or had a stomach ache.

trust

That was such a powerful word to her. To have a human trust her - one that knew more about her than anyone had in a long time- was powerful to her. That didn't stop her from wanting to protest as he took the apple away, and for a split second, she looked at it longingly- before hiding her interest and finding something else to play with...like this quarter she had found.

"you are ...too kind. and not dead at all." she sighed quietly with a slight smile. She was referring of course, to what he had said about dying the day he was attacked by a vampire. She found it sad, that he was so lively still yet he felt like he was just waiting to be snagged by the reaper. she made the quarter spin and balanced it in the middle of her index finger's nail for a second or two, before setting it down.

"My first master...he was killed right after turning me. I slipped away during the scuffle...I was going to return to my family, but by the time I made it home, the sun was coming up...and it burned so much...even just at the edge of it." she paused and looked out the window as the pittering of rain started, it almost seemed to make her feel better. "I thought I had created some great sin and was meant never to see my family again, by god's own hands....so i ended up seeking out the man who killed my master, and I followed him until some older vampire gentleman noticed my activities."

She shrugged, "Things went on from there, and I grew strong enough to make sure the old man died from age instead of whatever else he thought was coming to him."

...

"...sometimes I wonder if he would have been understanding if I had come out when he called for me...."
She had followed after him, mildly confused, and got into the car. So he got the news...but apparently thought it was her doing, "I'm not the one that came up with the name." she said quietly, buckling up and looking straight ahead.out the windshield. "and I also don't know your email."

She reached over to the fruitsbasket and picked up an apple, playing with it and turning it around in her hands several times, almost studying its shape and surface. She almost expected him to start yelling at her, or perhaps grow distant once he realizes that she has killed people in the past. After all, it wouldn't be hard for him to figure it out now, right? Would he be so willing to have her help with the search for the medallion? She chances a glance at him before looking down at her feet,. Eventually, she sighed. "You should do some research on 2bit. You'll find she's a well known enigma amongst the higherclassed and elder hunters."

Why did she say that? He'd just ask her questions, since she was 2bit right? She probably wouldn't feel right telling him about it. It was probably best that he do his research on his own again. Her mind wandered into a train of thought while she waited for his reaction.
She looked up as he entered. "it's payment...maybe.." she answered, coming up with a spur of the moment answer for why she had gotten him food. The truth was that she had just thought of him while she was out and about, and felt like buying him something. "You went and got me extra food, So I also got you food."

She would sit there for a bit before getting up and packing her bag with the stuff she had bought for herself. "I already ate," she told him, "so if we need to leave, we can do it whenever."

She thought back to her plans, wondering if she had done a good enough job at it. With any luck, her city would soon be swarmed with interested hunters looking to make a name for themselves by catching the elusive 2bit. She smiled slightly to herself. She hadn't survived for 300 years by being stupid. "I wonder though...you keep checking your laptop for something. Anything interesting I should know about?"
