RP INFO

Ok, here's the thing. I'm tired of scouring the interest checks for just the right partner. So I figured I'm gunna add a little plug in here for all to see!

I am collecting rp buddies because I wanna have myself a craving, and be able to feed said craving (without driving my boyfriend nuts). Its faster to have a group of friends at hand that I can brainstorm with, then edit my interest check and wait....possibly lose my craving and move onto something else.

So here are some things you need to know about me!

Common genres: adventure, modern fantasy, classic fantasy, dark fantasy, soulmate stuffs, romance
Things I don't really like to play: zombie apocolypse, slice of life, canon fandom stuff, pokemon?

Zombie: I just find it...repetitious and without a real goal?

Slice of life: I don't want to roleplay vanilla human lives. I have one of my own, and rp is my escape from that.

Canon fandom: lots of times, I have no idea what Im doing XD

Pokemon: Well...I like pokemon (up to a point) but...I always wonder about the mechanics. I dont want to pay attention to stats, and I dont want to focus on 'catching them all'

I do MxM and MxF. I would do FxF if it was alluring to me, but its not.

Now that that's out of the way, the sticking parts:

I would prefer RPing here in threads, or switching to discord, where I am much more accessable. I dont know if you've seen my profile, but i have a terrible habit of drifting off for long periods.

I will NOT guarantee a post a day, every 2 days, every week, or hell even every month. I will post what I can, and when I can. I'm 25 years old and damn it, I got adulting to do! Sometimes, I don't even do my duty to tell you if I'm going to disappear. Why? because something came up, I'm in a slump that lasts longer than I think it is, or I found something shiny and new and just have my head stuck in the computer. ADHD. ANd ADHD is why I say that my partners here should get ahold of me on discord, i am also crawkid there too.

Days fly by for me.

I need someone who is patient and understanding of this nature of mine, while still looking forward to rping with me. (I do try!)

If you're still here after all that, congrats, you're a rare breed.

I know I said that I will post what I can and when I can...but I do tend to give each post a good amount of thought. Still, if you find that my posts are getting smaller and smaller, don't be afraid to talk to me about it.

Also, I like rp partners who get excited about brainstorming, and who want to try new flavors and pairings. I want YOUR thoughts, and I LOVE it when we're in the middle of an rp and suddenly you decide this side character that was you main's uncle gets bitten by the vampire queen and...I dunno...but its sudden and interesting! AND you can bet I'll want to shove my own sudden and interesting plot twists in there too! (but of course one that'll make sense) This...makes it feel alive, and I love it so so much. :3

I just don't want to be forced to come up with every detail, plan everything out, beg you for ideas, and then have you flake out because its all 'my rp' and you lost interest in it 3 days in. Had it happen. If you're that person, sorry, that's boring. I don't WANT responsibility for everything. If I did, I'd be writing a book, not seeking a cooperative narrative with a stranger that might be on the other side of the planet.

She shakes her head, "if someone did, i didnt have it explained beyond the nature of your burns....and the tank was destroyed before we could look at it." She sighs and settle next to him, "I know, as a race steeped in dark magic, the toll will be terrible for you as you try to heal" she tries to go back to pouring the blood on him.

Jacob's hesitation gives him pause again, before stepping up, "That kind of thinking will take forever...Don't mind me." his final step is a bit quicker than others, and its soon clear why. The spot he has chosen is the classic, the neck...but its a very close and personal spot, probably very uncomfortable for someone who didnt already fully trust the werewolf just a moment ago. despite that discomfort, he doesn't pull aggressively. He's very polite about it, only taking his gulps in time with Bane's heartbeat, making it the most natural that it can.

Jeb peaked in and hums, looking through his notes. "We think he might not have been fully recovered from the last attack on him, and that he might have a case of shock from the force of the explosion." he pauses, "among the minor injuries he might have gotten was damage to his eardrums and a concussion. That damage is easier to heal as he is now, which is why i think he reverted back. But it also means we did not have time to give him a full examination- so we're guessing."
didnt find it in the wiki that 'the shadow' lnks too...but i found a resource and thats all that matters x.x ill do the brain/writing vibe later after some sleep
spear, light armor stuff...

maybe something monk/light themed

or the otherway with darkness

id assume the other constellations are on a list i could find?
I liked the seperation of magic, might, and mystery
before i go bed, i wanna check with you about stat allocations

my best guess is that its 15 points flat across the board, with every part getting +10 points to allocate, and an additional 5 points for choosing one to specialize in
well first because i wake up at 5pm usually XD

And then because i had writing to do and i at least wanted to get one of the things i owed done
I havent slept yet x.x

Im dead. its 1030 am.
A plastic grocery bag crinkles as it dangles from his hand, just a few items from the gas station on the way home from the basketball court. Head of brown hair bobs with old school headphones and a walkman; the only thing he reaching his ears is some music his mom burned on a cd a long time ago. As he vibes with it, his mind passively picks out interesting sounds to use later in his own music.

All in all, a regular Saturday morning for Talon.

He continues to bop his way along as he reaches the door of his flat. Through the brick-edged doorway and up the staircase to the side. One key turn, the door opens and locks shut behind him, and a backpack hits the floor. He'll empty it later, and put things where they belong. he doesn't move right away, however, too into the song to stop it midway. It's only when it flows through to its natural end that he feels right hitting pause and slipping the headphones down.

The sounds here were totally different than the booming base. Quieter, but always with a buzz of lower level noise. People talking out loud, children laughing, horn honking, tires squealing, the far off music of the local cantina. And in that new vibe, he starts humming and bopping his head to a beat he has not even yet crafted.

His movements were fairly well practiced, his task absolutely mundane. One instant ramen in the microwave and a sports water on the counter. The bag gets crumpled up and tossed in the garbage basketball style and he finally grabs his bag.

He could study later, or even tomorrow.

The bag has now been abandoned again, this time at the foot of his bed.

With an exhale, the young man would set the walkman down and plop down into his comfy gamer's chair. For a moment he stayed still, just collecting his thoughts and running though the mental checklist of what he wanted to do while at his desk.

The first thing he wanted to do was have some game time, check out this new game that his buddy recommended him. It sounded interesting, because while most MMOs were about killig slime monsters and orcs, this one had ghosts and demons and the like. A little different with a harder edge, supposedly.

Navigating there wasnt hard. In fact, it was the usual. Pop in the disk, write in a code, enter a username, password, and start a new character. For something like this, he wasn't really going put much thought into it. Infact, he was just going to use his name.

He messed around with the sliders a little bit - something that actually turned into a two hour venture, given how many options there were.

And then he pushed play.
Wel shoot, the exact opposite problem
