Banned because Kamina-Squirtle. I think it's great, but we don't tolerate that level of badassness here.

Edit: Someone already did that. Banned because you didn't use any punctuation.
Jeremy watched as all of the others took their shards, his shard fading into his illusory copy. "Hmm... interesting..." The copy mimicked, the last word going static as the image flickered, before disappearing. Jeremy noticed his sphere had gone as well. "The shard seems to have interrupted my powers... less of a boost and more of a hindrance..." The last observation was made with a hiss to his words. He immediately was disappointed with this creature. What use to him was a beast that only dropped nullifying pieces?

He discarded that line of thinking and started climbing down, guessing he should go ahead and confront the others that had made an appearance now that his presence was revealed for all to see. He jumped off a few feet from the bottom and rolled, standing back up, hand upon his hat. It would almost look cool if he hadn't tripped up his feet, taking a stumble, but not completely falling on his face. "Tch..." He rights himself and removes his hat, revealing a tangled mess of hair, and bowing appropriately. "My name is Jeremy Haynes... former owner of Haynes Industries." He still had trouble saying that part, but he got through it without any noticeable difficulty. He replaced the hat where it belonged and shoved his hands into his pockets. "So... weird monster, right?"
@KatherinWinter Still here.

"..." Kevin stares at Michael before shaking his head. "No, I'll be fine. Thanks for the offer though..." It wasn't that he distrusted Michael, but he really did feel fine. Other than his mix up of organs, he felt surprisingly well put together. "Can we get back to where we were, or do you need to talk to me about anything else?"

As Jeremy saw the creature disappear, he grew a bit disappointed. "Seems he was in a hurry..." He looked down and noticed several shards scattered across the battlefield. Smiling, he spawns a near-perfect copy of himself running from his building, jumping down and running to the shard. It was unaffected by the fall due to the fact that it was merely an illusion made to look like him, but picking up one of the shards was a bit trickier. Focusing extremely hard, he gave the illusion the solid form to pick up the shard. It was still weaker than craft paper, but it would do for bringing the shard to him. Luckily, it seemed like there were enough shards around that nobody had run towards this one, leaving his illusion to grab it without a problem.

Sorry, I've been busy with school.

Related: I'm taking AP PHYSICS and I already know I'm going to love it.

Kevin, finding himself warped across space, could only blink as this dimension was explained to him. Upon Michael's questioning, he shakes his head. "No, not exactly like that. I remember most things. Like Fairy Tail. For other things, they're fuzzy, but they're there. Then, there's that fight on that planet of ice... I can't recall most of it and it bugs me. I remember getting there, I remember getting killed, but everything in-between is just white."

With that, Kevin looks at Michael more closely. "I'm not entirely sure who you are at the moment, but I feel like I trust you, and I seem to have a good sense about people. Like, say, that demon guy that just showed up before you dragged me away. I'd really like to be back there, in case he tries anything... or anyone else for that matter..." Kevin had a bad feeling, like something was about to go down. Then again, he always got feelings like that when demons show up.
@KatherinWinter Go ahead, I say. Also, sorry for the radio silence. Internet went out, and the few times I've been in school were so hectic that I wasn't even able to get on my computer until yesterday, and that was strictly for looking up words to use in my Pre-AP Spanish III class. Got my internet back now, so I should be good now.

Within his sphere of illusions, Jeremy saw the entire battlefield before him. It was a strange feeling, knowing a fight was going on, and yet at the same time knowing that you yourself are at no risk from the fight. However, he stood witness to it all. Holy abilities, unholy enchantments, throwing multiple spears at once, apparently made out of some kind of light... he couldn't help feeling he'd gotten the shortest end of the stick. However, as he thought, he realized he hadn't even attempted to test the minds of those around him. Too much time spectating, not enough time experimenting. First, and foremost, he lashed out at the creature with a simple raising of the hand. This was only an accentuation. The action was made easier with a physical movement to guide it.

His mind conjured up a force, drawing on the power of the shard, making a nearly physical attack out of the immaterial. 'The mind shall vanquish the sword' is a phrase that is attributed to Sima Yi, a famed strategist of the Cao Wei state during the era of the three kingdoms. That, or merely the storied version Jeremy had read about in a book somewhere. It didn't really matter to him. If he DID say it... he'd be amazed how right he could be. The mental attack would strike with a fair amount of force, all beyond the realm of the corporeal. Whether the creature was actually affected depended upon how strong it's mind was, or even if it had a mind at all. Everyone responds differently... and he'd imagine this monster would give him an even more interesting result.
