Literally the second she sat down, something barreled into Dani, running her over and leaving her sprawled out with her face in the dirt. She could hear the marine chick mutter to herself, before Dani pulled herself to her feet, gun already in hand and ready to blast the jackass who ran her over. But as she looked, the kid already seemed to have things covered, himself bowing down and forcing, what Dani assumed was his friend, into a apologetic bow, an open case of treasure in front of them “Please forgive him!!! Don’t kill us!! “it’s not nearly enough but it’s a start, please accept it as a start off payment towards my debt to Marshall, I bow to pay you and him with time”.
She mulled it over for half a second, although made them wait about five, before she stepped forward and closed the case "It's a start". She gave the case to Marshall "Here. Take it down the Exchange Office and take the week off. Go home and see your family. When you get back, we'll have the place fixed up" she said, giving the man one of her rare kind smiles. "T-thank you, Boss. Thank you so much!" Marshall replied, giving Dani a one-handed hug before heading off, a noticeable bounce in his step.
Turning back to the idiots at hand, Dani clasped her hands together and spoke "Okay, so that we have no more interuptions, and because I need a drink, you three are coming with me up to my room where you will give me the whole story, and you and I" she said pointing to the kid with the case "will talk your weapons business, you an I" pointing at the chickadee "will discuss a business plan, and you... I don't know, can eat or something, I have no business with you. I'm not in the mood for revenge today" she finished, turning back and leading the group back towards the tower "WEASEL! You come, too. I need your reports of the perimeter. Oh, and one more thing. The fuck are your names again?"...
