Katarina came into view of the helicopter just in time to see a man crash through the cockpit and pull out the two pilots. She stuck back a bit towards the rooftop's center in an attempt to not draw any undue attention to herself as she watched the man swoop in and rescue the out of control helicopter. He seemed to be talking, but the distance combined with the helicopter's rotors meant there wasn't chance she could catch a word of it. Katarina silently cursed her former captor, he had grown paranoid near the time of his demise and deactivated the cowl's auditory sensors so she couldn't listen in on him from several rooms away.

Still she looked on hoping to get a good enough glance of his face for the facial recognition to work with. As if on cue the man decided to pose for pictures. She could feel her eyes almost involuntarily rolling out of a mix of disbelief and exasperation at the man's display of bravado. But still it served to give her cowl more than enough to work with for facial recognition. "Me-ow." She muttered as the recreated image of his face coalesced in the upper right of her vision as the cowl searched all known databases for a match. In the meantime she kept her gaze focused on him as he began to fly once more through downtown Gotham.

'No Matches Found' The message appeared over the mystery man's face as she swung to a neighboring rooftop to maintain visual contact with him. It was a message she had legitimately never seen before and it caught her by surprise to the point that she missed her her intended grab point. She quickly reacted however and the very end link of her whip expanded it's blades and dug into a stone window sill before she had fallen two stories, allowing her to recover quickly. As she climbed onto the roof Katarina decided to run the search again, this just didn't happen. She literally just watched the man pose for a damn picture, he was clearly not the kind of person that tried to hide their identity. It made no sense. Once again however she was met with disappointment and a 'No Matches Found'.

Katarina considered her options, as a career criminal and a good one at that, her instincts were telling her to just leave. It was obvious that this guy was going to come into conflict with GCPD again, possibly more than just them. And staying away from police related danger was rule number one of being a good thief. But she wasn't just a thief anymore. Katarina let out a deep sigh as that realization hit her. Just because he hadn't hurt anyone yet didn't mean he wouldn't eventually even unintentionally, and if she was gonna call herself one of the 'good guys' she couldn't just let a superpowered mystery man fly through the city unmonitored. Sure there were people leagues more qualified than her for this task she thought. She took a moment to scan the surrounding area for such a party. "Guess they're not here."

When has he murdered someone? He has not in any of the movies

I'm referring to comic Damian only, movie Damian is just a brat, and to be honest is alot better character. But his comic appearances sorta soured my whole perspective of him. He straight up cut Spook's head off without remorse, and noone was like "Hey that is sociopathic behavior, maybe he should get serious mental help!"
@Hysoka Since we're not actually on the island and haven't explicitly stated who all is present I reckon I can accept your CS. Unless someone is opposed? That said, before you post I recommend doing a once over to spellcheck, there were a few instances of missing characters in that CS.

But from this point forward, I will be pretty much only accepting CSs only for survivors already on the island.
The ferry approached the island to a scene that had not been seen in many years. Emptiness, the jetties of the ferry landing were completely abandoned save for a lone dimorphodon that sat perched at the edge and watched for several minutes as the ship approached before departing as it drew close, flying off towards the center of the island. From here it looked like any other small tropical island, and on this clear winter day it was actually kind of beautiful. Without hundreds of people at it's shores the only real indication of the park was the 'Welcome to Isla Nublar' banners that hung above the jetty.

Tuvya borrowed a pair of binoculars from the ship's captain as they came close to the landing. From the stairway next to the bridge he scanned across the jetty and onto what of the island he could see through the thick tropical forest. He was looking for any sign of survivors but was met with nothing, not a single sign of a living human. He noted an abrupt movement of the foliage near the waters edge that he only caught a glance of but dismissed it as likely wildlife, assuming any survivor on the island would be eager to get the attention of any passing ship.

The ferry passed by without incident and approached it's destination, hidden from the ferry landing by a copse of trees about a half a mile north stood the utility dock. As it came into view it's unremarkable features were revealed, a single roomed guard post and a utility shed set atop a large concrete platform the terminated at a dirt road that led onto the island proper. In addition a white and blue crane truck with the Jurassic World logo one the door and a similarly decorated forklift sat parked near the edge of the platform.

As the ship drew closer Tuvya stepped into the ship's bridge and grabbed the PA microphone, clearing his throat before pressing the button on the side and speaking. "If you look to the northeast you can see our destination, when we arrive we'll be disembarking the vehicles onto the utility platform. Once they're on the island the ferry will depart and we'll be stuck on the island until we're done. From there we'll cut across the golf course to get to 'Main Street' stopping at the clubhouse to search for any survivors in between."

He paused before continuing, "Main street might still be overrun with less than friendly dinosaurs, so be prepared for that, I'd defer to Mr. O'Malley on how to handle that eventuality. If you have any questions, now is the last time to ask."

He hung up the microphone and exited the bridge, continuing downstairs to the ferry's main deck. Where he leaned against the grill of the Unimog and reached for the cigar in his breast pocket before thinking better of it. Instead he just stared at the utility platform as the ferry closed in on it's destination.
I have yet to see a solid argument against Damian's character that wasn't just pure preference.

I feel that characters always act out of character in regards to Damian, like characters that are strictly against killing don't see a problem when Damian does it because he is our special little guy. He gets to murder, and be a dick, and noone bats an eye.
<Snipped quote by The Kid Lantern>In JL Dark John Stewart says exactly why he is there. He is filling in for Hal.

<Snipped quote by Weird Tales>From what I have read as the reason why Jason Todd was written out of the story as Robin, I don't see the difference between him and Damian. With the exception of DNA they is nothing different between them. They are both unworthy of the Batfamily.

They already teased us by killing off Damian 'Jesus Christ' Wayne. Him coming back was the most disappointing thing I have ever read in comics. But Jason Todd is my favorite Robin, so I am clearly insane.
Well, I'll go ahead and move things forward tomorrow.
Live action, I'm certain though our League will be a lot less commercialized LOL

Though I do LOVE the majority of the recent animated movies. Have you seen the trailer for Judas Contract? They're understandably updating the Teen Titans roster and updating some stuff, but even for a classics fan like me I think it looks as good as the other films. JL Dark was great but I'm not sure I like the end with how things were left for Etrigan and Swamp Thing.

~KL~

I really loved the movie with that aside though, especially the bit with
Eh noone needs to post before we move it ahead, I just wanted to give everyone the opportunity before we arrive at the island.
It's too quiet in here.
