@ClocktowerEchos Hmm, think I'll be taking some time on this character, maybe be done in a few days since I really want to do her right. So guess for that colab post I won't be there.

@ClocktowerEchos Well, what I was thinking is mercenary, that she is of common birth but was able to find someone actually willing to train her at a younger age, my idea was from the leader of her town's local militia. Then later on fell into a mercenary company where I imagine depending on the commander of said company there would... hmm fewer issues due to her sex. Now, by the present time in the RP she would've actually left that company and would be doing something else, so that's why I said this character concept is weird.

Also since I'm talking about this anyway the other idea I had is someone who's not even remotely a soldier, actually like the idea of a traveling peddler but with something more than just that, again still trying not to say too much here.

One last thing I'm wondering now is how important is magic to warfare anyway? Is it absolutely required to have some magic to at least not die in an actual battle?

@ClocktowerEchos Alright that's about what I expected. Now, I don't want to give things away, partly since I'm still deciding between which two concepts I want to commit with. So what about a commoner basically becoming a warrior on her own, no being actually enlisted, but something less official.

Sorry about being vague here, just don't want to set any expectations.

@Rain I welcome another PRN engineer, but poor guy would end up with Soko probably, a PRN engineer who's really good at this job.

Well I did have plans on a new character, and seeing as nothing is happening with team space I might just go ahead to make her. Yes, it will be female since we are sort of lacking them I feel.

Anyway she'll be a traveler of sorts so she would definitely know what's going on elsewhere.

Damn... they actually did it, somehow they didn't die a horrible ghost related death by the hands on that vengeful spirit. Sonia was pretty happy about that to say the least, and above all else it taught her something pretty important, she'll just have to be ready for next time. Rayo's slap is what brought her back to reality as honestly it wasn't until then she even realized how much she was spacing out. The wrestler said something about noes goes? Oh, right Orion ended up in a full body cast, the glass of water on the side table was probably what he wanted, well she hoped so or else this could get awkward.

She placed her new found sword right next to the sofa to grab that glass to help the poor guy out, although while thinking about it the catgirl was seriously surprised that the katana hasn't done anything to her, by this point she really did expected to be cursed. If it turned out to be a completely normal weapon then that will just be fantastic, maybe later she can barter for a sheath, or do some work for it since she was still technically broke. Sonia approached Orion then picked the glass up with one hand and tried to gently lift his head with the other. She let him drink from the cup until it seemed like he had enough, god knows she didn't want to drown him after all.

With a sigh she stepped back and returned the water to its place on the table. "Yeah, guess we didn't get a real chance at proper introductions, I'm Sonia, but I already know you're Rayo. Orion told me." The catgirl bent down to retrieve her weapon, tail waving about in the air, funny that hows she's gotten used to having this extra appendage, really she barely notices it, partly since it basically does its own thing without her input so that makes it simple.

"So." Sonia started to venture. "What are we going to do next? Guess I'm just assuming we're going to stick together as a group since you know we all share this apartment now, right?" The cat person uttered a grunt as she took a seat on the floor, sitting with her legs crossed. "Honestly I'd be fine with taking it easy for a little bit, besides as is Orion can't be moving around for a while."
