Zed looked as Niesha took off to do her own business. The lad patrolled the streets of District 3, keeping an active eye out for those two menaces. Their scents have complete vanished from his system, he couldn't track them down anymore. Being a street cleaner, the civilians didn't really think much of him roaming around the streets. Zed reached the place of his first major confrontation. The abandoned building. The police had already blocked off the entrances and exits, with some patrols left and right. He saw the huge gaping holes in the walls which resulted from their destruction.

Zed sighed in sadness as he realized that he needed more allies other than Niesha... And if there were heroes, more or less, they'd be at the best and richest district of all where crime was more or less rampant. District 1. The boy decided to go there by the quickest time possible... through flight. Going into a dark corner, Zed arched his back as he removed the bandages there...

"Insanity's Evolution: Cardinal Wings." Zed mumbled as the same great wings erupted from his back, flapping mighty gusts of winds. With great speed, Zed soared through the air as he made his way to the 1st district, not forgetting to pack some bandages en route.

He had been flying for sometime now... suddenly, a large bolt of lightning soared through the air as his eyes took in the magnificent yet deadly grace and beauty of such an event. His keen eyes saw somewhat of a silhouette of a person... who rushed downwards... Minutes later, sounds of pain and death were heard by Zed as his curiosity got the better of him.

Flapping his wings slowly, Zed floated downwards... only to greeted by the sight of corpses... No scratch that.. fried corpses. There was a man, wreathed in golden light. He was murmuring something to a lady who, by the looks of it, was just saved by him.

"Is he a hero? I doubt... the way he fried those corpses would tell me he's more chaotic.." Zed mumbled to himself as his wings stopped flapping. The woman looked terrified of him... So terrified her eyes were actually watering; The gruesome sight must have been quite extreme. Before she could wet her pants, Zed had to intervene.

"The lady got the message, as it seems." Zed spoke in a soft tone. Zed turned to the lady as he nodded, signalling her to run away now. "You've got quite the prowess of a gifted one... Although, you might have done something good, but the aftermath is that of a villain." Zed continued, still in a calm manner. "So what are you exactly, Mr. Thunder?" the lad inquired, taking in a deep breath, inhaling the scent of this man for future references.
Zed nodded as Niesha replied. "Sorry for dragging you into this. I never expected something to escalate to this level. For now, you might want to keep a low profile. The civilians know our existence... It's best that they don't get into anymore panic. I'll patrol this district for now to make sure that those villains don't do anything rash. You might want to get some rest... It's already 3 o'clock. Again, thanks for everything you've done today." Zed smiled as he tightened his bandages, the wounds are still sore but at least they were closed. He took care in breathing as to avoid his lung rupturing from a not-so-completely state of recovery.

"You might have some due appointments before joining the scrap... I doubt they'd like to be kept waiting. Just keep being vigilant, and if you happen to see them again, do not attempt to take them on by yourself. They are far too dangerous to tackle alone." Zed spoke as he decided on something. "I'll be travelling to the other sectors to find allies who might want to help us. Hopefully, the heroes now are still as warm as before." he said as Zed headed to the city proper.

He had planned to go to the other sectors in the hopes of finding someone who would be willing to aid them to stop a terrible threat. If the heroes now are what they were before, however, if they were all lukewarm... then severe death tolls will rise soon.
I'm game :))
Zed's breathing slowed down as he exhaled painfully. Suddenly, a sharp pain originated from his left lung as he began to breath profusely. Somehow, the bullet was being forced away from his lung, as if something was pushing it out. It was a painful journey originating from his lung to his throat... At last, Zed spat out the bullet, red with his blood. It seems that when he was struck with the bullet, the Muog evolution was already pushing it out and healing the wound in his lung. Niesha's heal sealed the deal which effectively ejected the bullet and closed the wound, although there could still be dangers of it reopening.

Zed began to breath hard as he took in loads and loads of air. He coughed again as he spat out the excess blood. His system began to stabilize as he lifted his pale hand to Niesha's face.

"Thank you." Zed spoke weakly as he smiled. "I owe you so much." Zed chuckled as his hand fell weakly to the grassy floor. Zed noticed that his bandages were rip apart, practically leaving him quite naked from neck to the waist, with only some straps covering parts here and there. The lad stood up weakly as he wobbled, it seems Niesha's healing prowess were able to speed up the regeneration of his hands. Although weak, his hands were able to do complex tasks like gripping and stuff.

Zed entered his shack as he got his bandages and began to wrap himself again slowly... It seems they had some villains already... They were defeated only because Zed could not control himself... They had a chance of winning, but he blew it.

Zed stepped outside of his shack, wrapped again in complete bandages. He looked at Niesha as he felt his blood calm down... He didn't know why... but he didn't dislike it. Niesha was like a relaxant.. was that part of her powers? Zed didn't know. What he knew, however, was that they were in great danger. If those two villains were just that adamant in protecting that briefcase... then Zed can only guess that it was something very dangerous and important. The key was in that briefcase.

"Niesha. It seems we have a problem. That briefcase was some sort of a weapon which they intend to use... They were just that adamant in protecting it. We have to swipe it away from them. However, at my current situation... I'd prove to be more of a hazard than a use. I still have their scents but it is quite weak. We'll need more allies if we want to stop it." Zed spoke in his same soft voice as he sighed heavily.
Zed flew to his shack, still in his demonic form. His face was slowly turning into the demon again. He had to get rid of his form before he completely lose it... His sanity was as unstable as ever... His great wings soared through the air as he landed on the ground. He turned to Niesha, his eyes slowly turning yellow.

"I'm sorry you had to see almost all of my mutations. I'm sorry for almost killing you. It's getting stronger, I need to control of it." Zed's soft voice was slowly turning deep, a sign of incoming possession. "I'm going to devolve myself. Sorry, for sending you on a goose chase. I didn't expect the other man to be there. I almost... damn it." Zed cursed as he first devolved his wings, sending an extreme trail of intense coughs to surge... Zed was spitting out blood as he further devolved his arms, revealing long and deep lacerations. Due to Muog Torso still active, the wounds were slowly healing. Zed fell to the grassy floor, the ground seeping some of his blood.

"I might die here, but please, don't die yet... Not when villains still rule." Zed smiled beneath his bandaged face as he devolved his torso, turning his skin from metallic-diamond to the normal human flesh. Zed felt his lungs crave for air, the feedback had started. He gasped and gasped but only so little air went inside his system. What was happening? Zed's eyes opened in realization... He remembered seeing the murderer take a shot at him... It must have pierced through his skin through one of the cracks and went straight to his lung... He shouldn't have devolved his chest yet... too late...

"I miscalculated... the life... of a hero... was never for me.." Zed chuckled, his pale skin turning paler by the second. "Hey Niesha... If I was as powerful as you... would I have lived longer?" the lad coughed as his breaths slowed...
"Humans... Flesh and blood, so fragile." The demon spoke as it approached Niesha, taking note of the woman who managed to get some sort of brief case. Niesha tried to speak to the demon but to no avail. T edged closer and closer, dragging its huge blades on the ground.. Suddenly, the murderer appeared behind Niesha, attempting to incapacitate her. However, the girl was quite quick and dodged the attack in time.

"That is my prey, filthy human!" The demon roared as it flew towards the murderer, spinning in midair. As it came nearer to the murderer, the demon unleashed two quick strikes, one below and one aimed at the head.

After delivering the blows, Zed backed off, landing an equidistant from all 3 people with him. Suddenly, choirs of Niesha's voice scorned him.

"Actually, I like that female whore now. It's making such great hatred rise." The demon chuckled as another yet warmer voice chimed in.. Telling Zed that he was not a monster. The monster felt the hatred boil down.

"The girl is right, fool! You are a monster! Don't bother!" The demon screamed.

"I am not! I am not a monster, Niesha said so!"

"Listen to what she is saying now! You almost sliced her neck clean off!"

"No! It was because of you! That was not my fault!"

"Oh really? Don't you think that Niesha hates you now? She will never come to accept a demon such as you!"

"No! She said she wasn't disgusted! You are the fool!"

"Do you really think that it was sincere? She just pitied you! No one would ever tell a dying man that he was dying... Neither would she tell a monster like you that you are one, except behind your back."

Suddenly, Zed's voice vanished.

"I win."

The demon lunged at Niesha but as quickly, stopped midair.

"Why does he keep fighting back when it comes to you? And the sight of you being hurt drives him mad..." The demon growled as the partial mutation on his face vanished... Zed was back.

"Niesha! We need to run, we can't take them all... Not when i'm an enemy as well.." Zed spoke softly as he released the pressurized gale, sending a flurry of boxes across the room.

"Follow me!" Zed flew outside as he headed for his shack outside of the district. "I can't keep this up any longer."
As Zed's blade drew nearer to the woman's face, a psychic blast forced him backwards, toppling some boxes he landed on, a great rage rose within him but as quickly, Zed forced himself to calm down. His wings fluttered as he rose into the air again, his eyes searched for Niesha as he sensed that the woman had casted an illusion, only this time, it was meant for Niesha. Zed noticed that he was getting affected by the illusion of darkness and some piercing sounds... Being a bit far from the woman made it possible for him to be himself for a second, but not before noticing for a split second that the murderer had lined some perfect shots towards him... With only a millisecond to lose, Zed dodged sideways, dodging some shots but getting shot himself in his leg and arm. As a perfect shot went for his chest, he decided to take his evolution farther... The bandages on his torso ripped to shreds as somewhat diamond and metal layers replaced his pale skin... His whole body had become metal and diamond. The shots bounced away from his torso as visible scratches and cracks gave a message that the murderer had powerful shots.

"Muog Torso... I didn't think I'd go this far." Zed mumbled. The wounds caused by the bullets began to heal at a rapid rate, signalling that the Muog Torso had gone to the second stage. "Two more evolutions left before the Herald of Dawn's End." Zed gritted his teeth in hate as the murderer vanished from his sight, although the scent was still there.

Suddenly, an intense hatred rose within him... something so intense that he wasn't able to guard against it. The demon took control of his system as Zed released a piercing roar, half of his face had already evolved. In a flash, Zed flapped his wings intensely and in an extremely fast frequency, creating a pressurized gale inside the room. The debris inside began to circulate in the center, creating a vortex of debris and boxes which floated around them.

"DIE ALL OF YOU!" the demon screamed as it began to slice madly, not caring whether he hit friend or foe. He went inside the vortex of winds as he stretched his bladed arms, rapidly heading towards the woman. As it drew nearer, darkness and piercing sounds began to envelope its senses.

"I can smell the sins of your soul!" the demon laughed as its 4 eyes (1 normal, 3 demonic) closed. The demon went for the woman and Niesha, aiming its outstretched blades at their necks, driven by the speed of the gale.

Deep inside, Zed's mental state had been imprisoned... it's not Zed anymore... it's the Predator.
As Neisha left to follow the woman, Zed's eyes began to water as he painstakingly raised his hands and wiped the tears off.

"Don't treat me that nicely... I might treasure you too much." Zed mumbled as he observed the chaotic surroundings, smoke and ash were flying everywhere. For a long time he was just there, lying down, waiting for the pain to vanish. It did vanish after the time as Zed stood up and dusted himself.

"Neisha... what a nice name." Zed muttered to himself as he took a deep breath while walking around the chaotic place. His eyes opened in surprise as he caught 3 scents in one location... Neisha's, the woman's, and the murderer he had met earlier.

"Not good... not good." Zed panicked as he faced the direction of the scents. "I have to get there quick... Feet won't be enough..." Zed mumbled as he took a deep breath and exhaled. "Wings will have to suffice." the lad growled as he arched his back.

"Insanity's Evolution: Cardinal Wings." Zed spoke as two large wings erupted from his back, shredding the bandages there. In a moment's notice, Zed flew high into the air as he tracked the location of the scent. "Let's soar."

Zed soared through the sky swiftly, vigilantly following the scent. He could already feel the rage building up in his system and if he let these feelings overpower him, he would lose his mind again. Exhaling deeply, Zed thought of the only thing that could calm him, Neisha's existence. As Zed continued to fly, he saw the destruction that befell the area. It was total chaos. Civilians running here and there, to and fro. Shaking these things from his mind, Zed focused his attention to reaching the place. It was actually quite far which made him wonder how long he was out.

At last, he saw the location. Based on the scent, gunfire had happened. His heart throbbed faster as he exerted more effort. The building came into his view as he crashed into the wall just a few meters away from the trio. The wall erupted into a flurry of debris as the light from outside invaded the room. His eyes trembled at the sight of the woman and the murderer, although he wore a different attire now.

"I'm not letting you get away this time." Zed roared. "Insanity's Evolution: Reaver Arms." Zed muttered as his arms erupted into the same sharp and long blades.

"Remember, Neisha is your ally... Neisha, ally... Neisha, ally." Zed repeated to himself as he looked at the duo. "They are your enemies, enemies, enemies, enemies, enemies."

Zed hovered above the floor as he spun mid-air and dove at the woman, creating a flurry of spinning blades. He had been tricked last time, but not again. Neisha was here to tell him the reality... he only needs to cut them down.
Zed rampaged through structure and structure, his rage has been sapping his sanity away. Suddenly, a voice called out from near him... a woman... She had a shield of light, and from the looks of it, she's willing to use it.

Who was this woman? Did he know her? Is she an enemy? Suddenly, a burst of rage surged inside Zed. "Kill her. Kill her. Kill her. Kill her. Kill her. Kill her now."

Zed arched forward and lunged himself at the woman. His blades sliced through the air as it collided with her shield, making only a scratch in the process. Her shield was extremely durable, this the demon knows. Zed backed away as he tumbled in the air and remained still, his eyes glowing with anger.

"Stop hurting me... stop hurting me... stop hurting me.. stop hurting me... stop hurting me!" Zed roared as his back began to bulge... He again lunged at the woman at full speed but when he was a few inches away from her, the woman's face eroded his insanity.

A warm aura that helped him earlier that day... Zed's sanity was snapped back to reality. He suddenly stopped and dropped to the floor. Tears began to drip from his eyes as his arms and legs returned to their normal form. As his condition calmed down, Zed dropped to the floor writhing in pain, the feedback had started.

"Don't... look... at me... You must be disgusted at me right now. I let my rage slip away. Leave me here." Zed mumbled as he convulsed with pure sensations of pain within his arms and legs. The painful sensations subsided as Zed just laid there on the ground, lashing at himself for the carnage that he never wanted to happen, but in the end, happened anyway. "Go after the woman... she is dangerous..."

(Won't be back until late afternoon :)) Cheers!)
Zed listened carefully. Her tone was pretty much sincere, something the cleaner was quite surprised at. He had calmed down for at least a moment, the suspicious smell was actually vanishing now... Perhaps it didn't come from her after all. Zed inwardly chuckled as he rubbed his neck or the bandage covering it.

"Indeed... such heartless people." Zed smiled as he returned to normal. Suddenly, a voice within him echoed in a disgusted tone.

"Foolish... YOU HAVE BEEN TRICKED!"

"You're wrong." Zed thought to himself calmly as painful nervous attack triggered his arm... a forced evolution. His right arm tore the bandages apart as a huge blood red blade sprung forth and pierced the woman directly in her chest. "NOOOOO!" Zed screamed in fear as he noticed something... the blade went right through... this was not the woman... an illusion.

Anger, shame, humiliation, wrath, and everything else soared within Zed as his left arm burst forth and became a twin blade.

"Insanity's Evolution: Reaver Arms." Zed mumbled slowly as the illusion vanished, revealing the woman on the other side of the street. "Insanity's Evolution: Sapien Limbs." Zed continued as the bandages on his feet erupted into a clawed form hand. "No one... tricks me and gets away with it." Zed roared as all his anger surfaced. With a mighty jump, Zed soared through the air and brought down his blade on the woman...

However, his enemy screamed in horror and backed away, leaving her briefcase on the ground. Zed's blade sliced the briefcase in hand as he----

"What the---" Zed mumbled as he examined the briefcase stuck to his blade.... It was oozing red liquid. "Illusion again... STOP IT!" Zed shouted as he snapped out of the woman's first illusion. The briefcase was actually a poodle, decapitated and stuck to his blade.... The woman turned into another woman with dark tanned skin... He had been tricked again.

Many meters away, he spotted the woman's twin... another dark tan skinned individual with a poodle as well who was walking ever so calmly. Meanwhile, his first victim was already screaming in his face shouting: 'MONSTER! MONSTER!'

Such rage and humiliation infested Zed's mind as the only thing in his brain is slicing the whore in half. His evolved feet dashed forth, quickly charging towards the dark tanned skin woman who had casted the illusion on him. His blade sliced through debris after debris as he aimed his left hand straight into the heart of his enemy.

"Limb from limb..."
