Zed looked as Niesha took off to do her own business. The lad patrolled the streets of District 3, keeping an active eye out for those two menaces. Their scents have complete vanished from his system, he couldn't track them down anymore. Being a street cleaner, the civilians didn't really think much of him roaming around the streets. Zed reached the place of his first major confrontation. The abandoned building. The police had already blocked off the entrances and exits, with some patrols left and right. He saw the huge gaping holes in the walls which resulted from their destruction.
Zed sighed in sadness as he realized that he needed more allies other than Niesha... And if there were heroes, more or less, they'd be at the best and richest district of all where crime was more or less rampant. District 1. The boy decided to go there by the quickest time possible... through flight. Going into a dark corner, Zed arched his back as he removed the bandages there...
"Insanity's Evolution: Cardinal Wings." Zed mumbled as the same great wings erupted from his back, flapping mighty gusts of winds. With great speed, Zed soared through the air as he made his way to the 1st district, not forgetting to pack some bandages en route.
He had been flying for sometime now... suddenly, a large bolt of lightning soared through the air as his eyes took in the magnificent yet deadly grace and beauty of such an event. His keen eyes saw somewhat of a silhouette of a person... who rushed downwards... Minutes later, sounds of pain and death were heard by Zed as his curiosity got the better of him.
Flapping his wings slowly, Zed floated downwards... only to greeted by the sight of corpses... No scratch that.. fried corpses. There was a man, wreathed in golden light. He was murmuring something to a lady who, by the looks of it, was just saved by him.
"Is he a hero? I doubt... the way he fried those corpses would tell me he's more chaotic.." Zed mumbled to himself as his wings stopped flapping. The woman looked terrified of him... So terrified her eyes were actually watering; The gruesome sight must have been quite extreme. Before she could wet her pants, Zed had to intervene.
"The lady got the message, as it seems." Zed spoke in a soft tone. Zed turned to the lady as he nodded, signalling her to run away now. "You've got quite the prowess of a gifted one... Although, you might have done something good, but the aftermath is that of a villain." Zed continued, still in a calm manner. "So what are you exactly, Mr. Thunder?" the lad inquired, taking in a deep breath, inhaling the scent of this man for future references.
