The American Prince

HRH Abigail Martha Washington

Age: 25

Titles (Position): Princess of America, Duchess of Carolina(not in line for the throne)

Brief Bio: Abigail has been the darling of America since she was born, the people didn’t mind nearly as much as her father did that the first royal child wasn’t a male. She has learned to live with her jealousy for her younger brother’s position in life as she’s gotten older and seen the experiences he has missed out on or had to endure all in the name of King and Country. She graduated top of her class from Yale with a degree in East Asian Studies and now serves on her father’s court as a diplomat. She is a strong proponent of the feminist movement sweeping the nation and has made great strides in that arena as well.

Family: Abigail is the oldest of King George IV’s children, followed by Jefferson, the heir apparent, James, “the spare heir,” and finally little Louisa. The only reason Abigail is not in line for the throne is she had the great misfortune to be born a woman.

Net Worth: $375 million. As a Duchess she receives a stipend from her Duchy which happens to be one of the wealthiest in the Nation. Wise investments and careful money management have seen the Princess flourish. Unlike the other Washington children, she does not live at the White Palace and instead either resides in her Duchy or in a small townhouse she bought in Washington DC for her work as a diplomat.

Charitable Activities: The Princess is a huge animal lover; all of her charities have something to do with animals. She herself has a border collie she goes on hikes with.

Hobbies: Anything outdoors or travel related.

Any dossier on Princess Abigail includes quite a few photos of her latest pup since her childhood dog passed away last year. She got a puppy, Hancock, and takes him everywhere with her, mainly because she can. Who says no to a princess?

HRH James Alexander Washington

Age: 20

Titles (Position): Prince of America, Earl of Cambridge (2nd in line to the throne)

Brief Bio: James is the complete opposite of his older brother – a bit of a wild child. He has been linked to a variety of scandals over the years – usually involving him and various young ladies being splashed all over the front page of the papers with his antics. He is smart like Jefferson, perhaps more so, currently working on his degree in Cybersecurity from Harvard University. He ruefully refers to himself as “the spare.”

Family: James is the 3rd child of King George IV’s, preceded by Abigail and Jefferson, the heir apparent and followed by Louisa.

Net Worth: $125 million. As an Earl he receives a much smaller stipend from his holdings than Jefferson’s Duchy and has made no move to invest his money in any form or fashion. His mother calls him aimless or drifting. He just hasn’t found what he’s looking for (and likely doesn’t know what he’s looking for).

Charitable Activities: The young prince is often involved in whatever charity event his parents make him do as penance for his latest scandal. He isn’t against charity work but has often found it bores him to tears.

Hobbies: Anything he isn’t allowed to do. High adrenaline activities, fast cars, motorcycles, skydiving, and all sorts of adventures.

Any dossier on Prince James is bound to be thick with newspaper clippings of his various escapades over the years.

HRH Jefferson Thomas Washington

Age: 21

Titles (position): Prince of America, Duke of Maryland, Viscount Annapolis (Heir Apparent)

Brief Bio: Jefferson is affectionately called "The Perfect Prince" by the media. He graduated top of his class at the Naval Academy and was going to have a promising career as a Naval Officer before his royal duties got in the way. He is classically handsome and has never stepped a toe out of line, he always has the perfect response to reporters or citizens of America who have the pleasure of meeting him.

Family: Jefferson is the 2nd oldest child of King George IV and Queen Consort Mary Washington. Preceded by his sister (25) Abigail Martha, he is followed by his brother (20) James Alexander and the surprise to the royal family (4) Louisa Quincy.

Net Worth: $425 million. The young prince receives an annual salary from his holdings but has wisely invested in a diverse portfolio ranging from agriculture to technology. He is one of the richest members of the Washington family and will one day be the richest.

Charitable activities: Jefferson is on the board of the Jefferson Washington Foundation, his charity organization that focuses on the development of reading programs and food programs for the impoverished youth of America. Most charitable events the prince attends have something to do with children, he is very family oriented.

Hobbies: The prince is a history buff, enjoying museums whenever he travels abroad. Though he doesn't always have time for such things he also greatly enjoys the cinema, something he shares with his mother. He plays a variety of sports but is most known to play baseball as it is America's pastime.

The dossier on such a public figure is surprisingly sparse but was likely given to every eligible young lady attending the party and it is likely the Washington family compiled their own dossiers on suitable brides for the prince so that he might know who to ask to dance at the party.

The American Prince

A bright white envelope with elegant but simple gold trim is addressed to your family, the card on the inside is a heavy cardstock the same brilliant white as the envelope with the same gold trim, the letters embossed on the paper are in in a gold foil. The card reads:

The court of Washington formally invites you to the 21st birthday celebration of His Royal Highness Jefferson T Washington, Prince of America, Duke of Maryland, Viscount Annapolis. The grand fete will take place at the White Palace on the 15th of October at 7 o’clock in the evening. The honor of your presence is requested. Regrets only.

It is tradition for the royals to look for a spouse when they turn 21. While the Prince is the most eligible bachelor he will not be the only member of the American peerage in attendance. In fact, foreign royalty will send their sons and daughters to also look for a suitable partner whether it’s the prince or not. Families without titles but deep pockets will also be in attendance though it is not likely they will catch the attention of the long reigning and wealthy Washington family.

What brings you to the prince’s birthday celebration? Are you looking for a suitable husband among the peerage? Trying to land a title of some kind for your wealthy business magnate family? • Posting frequency: I can sometimes post multiple times/day but definitely multiple times per week barring things such as real-life emergencies. I ask for at least once per week.

Arranged Marriage Anyone? (Seeking Female characters)

Hello! I have a craving for an arranged marriage RP and am happy with whatever time period you would like it set, past, modern or future. I would prefer to play the male character in this pairing. If you have an idea for a FxF pairing I'm also not opposed to that (and would be intrigued how we're going to pull that off). I have some ideas in mind, PM me with what time period you think you want to set this in and I can send you my ideas or we can make something up together.

As for the romance I can do attraction at first sight but not love, especially not for an arranged marriage. Please be 18+ (I'm in my 30s). I'm fine with either fade to black or explicit detail and can do either PM or thread posting. If we post on the forum I will say we should definitely fade to black.

Percy Jackson RP

So I'm not looking to play any cannon characters. More I want to do an AU story where our characters are campers at camp half-blood getting their first quest. I plan on playing as a child of the big 3 but you are not required to do so if you don't want to. I like romance in all my RPs but it does not have to be the main aspect of the RP - I just tend to lose interest without it. PM or @ me.
