@InkarnateIt makes sense though. UA is the biggest school in Japan.
So, given IA's relatively unknown status, even if it is said to produce hero's just a great, I imagine a lot of them also fly under the radar cause of the school bitterness against the spectacle that is UA.

I am actually really surprised we didn't get a lot of applications from Sapporo in retrospect. You’d think people from Sapporo would try really hard to get into the academy that represents their little slice of Japan, right?
