Current It's been a long time, RPGuild. I hope you're all well.

Bio

HI THERE~!

Thank you for visiting my profile!

You can call me Destiny. I am a 26-year-old pansexual woman from the USA who has been roleplaying since 2007. I got my start on a Kingdom Hearts fan-forum, and now here I am! My roleplaying interests include slice-of-life, romance, drama, fantasy, and anime fandom. Did I mention I am a HUGE otaku? :D

I write at a high-casual/advanced level as far as the amount of content I write per-post, but I'm not into flowery language most of the time. My writing is very simple, with a lot of the focus being on the characters and how their thoughts and feelings are developing. Realism is the name of my game! This stems from the fact that, when I am not roleplaying or slaving away for a large technology conglomerate at my day job, I am working on plays and films as a professional actress. With this being my passion, it's quite literally my job to pick apart each character's brain to find the motivation behind their words and actions. I'm just saying, that kind of obsession shows in my writing.

For my partners, I mostly do 1x1 RPs unless a group really catches my eye. I expect 2-3 paragraphs per post and prefer those who can respond at least once a day. Original stories catch my eye more than fandoms, but I don't rule anything out until I've tried it- trust me, if something's not working I'll let you know. I do not write smut, but if it is story-driven I will consider 18+. I'm really not picky; these are just guidelines for how to *guarantee* I will love our RP! I've been surprised before!

A fair warning in advance: I'm also a little crazy. I am diagnosed with Anxiety and Depression, so if I am feeling off I may just stop responding. My mental health does come first. Rest assured, I will pick up the pieces and clear my head enough to reply soon. I use my writing as an outlet, so I can never stay away more than a couple of days. That being said, my Guild partners are my family. Y'all have helped me through the worst times of my life and continue to remind me why I'm still alive on this Earth. So just know that I am here to do the same for any of you, even if we've just met. :)

Anywho, if this sounds like your thing then shoot me a PM! I swear I'm friendly, albeit a little strange, and I don't bite (hard)!

@Dirty Pretty Lies Sure! It's always open. :)

@MissCapnCrunch Your voice fits so perfectly with your character's face. :o Hope that's not weird to say, but it's kinda cool haha!
@Saz LOVE the mentor idea!! :) *high-five*
I think it would be super cute if they both liked reading books, but were like super secretive about it (him because he didn't want to be the "golden genius child" and her because of something else... maybe her father?). It would be like a way that they could eventually bond and understand the burden in each other's lives. <3

Just an idea. What do you think? :)
Scott spent his lunch just like any other day: Him and Emily scarfed down some food together, and then they both went to take care of their student council tasks, together. This basically gave them free reign over where they traveled during lunch period, but it was ultimately a drag. They got to do a lot of the tasks together, which was great, but spending time with Emily wasn't as fun if they were working. He would much rather be alone with her, making out wildly on his bed like a young couple in love. But of course, that was a rarity... Joining the council definitely had its setbacks, and Scott just couldn't understand where Emily got her love of this constant workload.

With a sigh, he lugged a pile of paper down the hall toward the teacher's lounge where the principal had requested. Undoubtedly, they were handouts for the next classes - the first actual work of the day. But this was a one-person job, so Scott was once again stuck alone without his Emily. Sighing, he trudged on. This day was such a drag... He had somehow been a bit hopeful that they could sneak away for a minute, or even spend an actual lunch period with their friends, for once. Just deluding myself, of course...

As he passed through the lunchroom, he noticed the slightly familiar gloves from the corner of his eyes. Great. There she was, standing outside the cafeteria looking... kind of creepy, honestly. Was she waiting for someone? She seemed to be staring out into space. Normally when Scott was irritated with someone, he would play nice and polite and just pass them by. But this time, his feet seemed to move on their own as he approached her. "Hi. Did you like the assembly?" A polite smile crossed his lips and he inwardly grimaced. Why am I even talking to her...? "Sorry I didn't have much time to talk, earlier. Are you okay?" His eyes bore into hers as he waited patiently for her reply, subconsciously aware that completing his task faster would still not enable him to spend time with Emily.

It wasn't like she was all he thought about, day and night. He did have other interests. For one thing, he loved books. A story could entertain him for hours, and there was something about that fictional world that really made him feel... a little more normal. Maybe more "human"? He also loved cars, though even he didn't know why. They were fascinating. Although he read a lot of books, it sort of frustrated him that he still didn't understand everything about how cars operate. It was fun for him to watch Nascar races. He loved to tinker with cars and figure out how to make them function better and better. They were like a puzzle of sorts. And although he was happiest with Emily, these were things he just had to do alone. So it wasn't like he obsessed about her day and night... Even geniuses could be somewhat normal, right?
@MissCapnCrunch That's ok! Feel free to post however frequently. As long as there's one post in-between your own then it doesn't matter haha. :)

@OldManWongThat's alright! I figured something had happened... Sorry to hear it was that, though. It sucks when PCs break. >_<"
Such a diverse group, haha!
@Zelosse Cool! And your group haha... Sorry, was trying not to be confusing. Proper descriptions escape me, today. xP

@PyroDash888 Haha thank you! :) I take a lot of pride in making my characters realistic, so that means a lot to me! <3
Colton noticed the look in Holly's eyes and internally sighed, a little. So she was still really beaten up about the whole thing, huh? If she's so nervous, we just shouldn't do it! Messing with the dead is creepy, anyway... He frowned a little at this and slowly moved his hands to rest gently on her hips. Colton wanted to bad to support her in this, to give her some kind of closure, to find out anything about why Rosie had left them, but something in him screamed that it was a bad idea. It felt like something might go terribly wrong, and he couldn't lost Holly, too. He just couldn't. Despite what she may or may not believe about him, he really did think that he was in love with Holly. She made him happy in every way imaginable. Rosie had been dear to him, but she was dull compared to Holly's brilliance. It was terrible to say after everything that happened, but he really did believe that.

"Oh, I see how it is. Best friend comes first, huh?" He teased, sticking his tongue out, playfully. "Just keep your hands to yourself, Jada. Holly's mine." Gently, he turned Holly around to face him and winked at her, of course only joking. They weren't like that, obviously. But Holly just looked so cute when Colton teased her, he couldn't help it. His hand went to cup her cheek, and he lightly pressed his lips to hers, letting a bit of sexual tension seep into the connection. God, she was hot... he couldn't deny that. He loved this woman, definitely. Grinning, he decided to leave them be and went over to where his guitar sat against the wall. To soothe his own nerves, he decided to relax and practice a few chords until the rest of the party got here.

Being ignored by everyone didn't really phase Isabel, as that was how they usually reacted to her drunkenness. So when Holly didn't reply, she took the liberty of placing the rum next to the punch bowl with the expectation that everyone would be crazy enough to drink it straight, like she did. "Now don't go hogging it for yourselves..." She slurred, wandering over to the bed and flopping herself down on it. She frowned at Colton's playing and sighed loudly, obviously annoyed that he was playing over her music. When he ignored her, though, as usual, she occupied herself by counting the people in the room. "Wait!! Where is everyone else? Ughhhhh they're so slow!" She exclaimed, boredly.
@OldManWong Just waiting for your reply before I post, again. :) Anyone else, feel free to continue on with the tour!
@Zelosse Sorry that took so long! Work has been hell this past week... Finally catching up on my work though, so I will be posting more often!

Also, did the bold work better for the dialogue or is it not quite enough to stand out? ^^"
