I'd like an in-depth explanation of the abilities you mention, especially exactly what vitae manipulation is and how it's anti-magic.

Let's see how to explain it....Vitae Manipulation is a True Vampire's spirit, a "born" one you could say. Vampires draw their magic from their spirit as to use magicks which could be elemental or perhaps something else such as Umbrakinesis. It has MANY applications and uses. It is anti magical due to the fact that the Spirit of the Vampire can only be controlled by oneself (vampires can't control each others' Vitae) and if I remember correctly Vitae is anti magical in that sense that it's another...."layer" of magic. To counter it you'd need to use Vitae against Vitae or not use magic, I myself use it to force opponents into a fair-fight situation. I'll see if I can dig up more on it. Distance Manipulation has the following uses I am aware of, it is the ability of warping distances from one point to another: -Teleporting -Suspending Projectiles and Magics in midair, you could call it "Isolating -Suspend someone's movements. -Take an object such as a heavy boulder and warp the distance to nothing between it and the opponent. -Manipulating distances on a smaller level, such as Atoms and all that. (I don't have this confirmed yet, nor can I find a proper use yet, either) -Disabling machines/guns, warping the distance inside the machine tyinmake the mechanisms be too far away from each other. -Manipulate the organs inside someone's body, usually the heart so as blood never arrives to it.

Still, teleportation and insta-avoidance are big no-nos. I'm not going to go into the acres of personal bias I have against OC vampires that are basically WoDpires with the weaknesses filed off, but they've got some nastily abuseable powers.

Aw...tsk....I can live without teleporting, but I can't suspend projectiles and magicks in midair? WoDpires? Also, Vitae Manipulation is a TRUE vampire's spirit, it is another source of magic, available only to vampires, it is anti magical, and has many uses.

Biggest problem I can see there is Distance Manipulation, though I'm not a mod or anything. After all, that sort of thing makes it pretty easy to insta-win fights.

It's not as if he can use it excessively for offensive purposes. Teleporting and defensive uses is where it's at. Offensive-wise there are COUNTLESS combinations. Just because he's proficient at magic doesn't mean he knows how to use the full extent of Distance Manipulatio. If you'd like, I'll list all current uses I know of.

Danke, question, is faceclaiming a canon character allowed for my OC? Here's a summary of whom I plan to put in: -Avro; A 14 year old Mana-sensitive child. He has Aquakinesis, Cryokinesis, and Distance Manipulation. Since he's basically ME, real life skills and ability are also transferred to him. -Romulus Nightshade, A sadistic, evil, and Spanish TRUE vampire, he uses Psychokinesis and Pyromancy, a master at Psychokinesis and an assassin at heart. He also uses Vitae manipulation. He is the sole remaining member of the nobleman House of Nightshade. -Velorina Scarlet Nightshade (faceclaim of Remilia Scarlet) Daughter of Romulus Nightshade, she is twelve years old and a bit more fragile. Though she uses Vitae manipulation as well but mostly using Blood, Sound, and a bit of Wind manipulation. She is in love with Avro, her only weapons are her bat wings. EDIT: Velorina and Avro are spawned in together.

As she came close, Xander quickly went down in a bridge position before kicking upwards, enough force to deal a nasty injury but not knock out. Both his feet came upwards ramming up the woman's chest and into her face, knocking her backwards before he did the full backflip, coming up standing before opening his arms. "Go now....I don't want to have to hurt you..." He said as he cleaned his hands on his jeans. (In case anyone wonders, this is a Bridge, Xander merely kicked upwards and landed standing up.)

Doesn't matter, it'll take $100k to get the HQ cleaned up to what it used to be. Alternatively you can get your employees to clean it and pay a cheaper price but it's not guranteed that they'll fix the building.
