@The Spectre I fail to see how that is any different. You just described all the things people do with their racist "jokes." Sounds pretty hypocritical to me.

I'm convinced the site hates me, I seem to only be able to get on either really late or really early. -.-
Solomon frowned intensely at the door, [i]very[i/] intensely. To the door's credit it didn't seem to give a shit as it just stayed shut instead of exploding like he wanted it to. Even as Isabella walked away he stayed back staring at the door that seemed to be laughing at him, and he could feel his temper starting to boil.Taking a deep breath and thumbing the dogtag around his neck, he managed to calm himself down enough to get the hell away from the door before he ended trying to put his fist through it. "Hey wait for me!"

"Sup, all?" His voice easygoing again , as he pushed the doubt and frustration away. Wow there were a lot of people still stuck here. The school had really screwed the pooch on this one, He couldn't wait for someone to go down for this nonsense. Still being stuck in school now had its perks and he intended to make the most of the situation. He showed up just in time to catch them discussing what to do with their situation. "Well the library's pretty warm, plus it has those couches. Much rather sleep on one of those than the floor."
"That'd be me." Solomon smiled as he held the ball in his hands as he watched her talk. She certainly was...animated. It was really fun to watch the way she talked with her body and the blunt way she spoke, it was a nice change to what he was used to dealing with. Now he at least knew why he had recognized her. Like she'd brought up the volleyball team was present at most all of the other teams games, He'd catch a game himself here or there but not with the commitment they had. Though he was starting to think Chapman might've just forced them to do all that. When she was done and walking toward the exit he nodded when she left with "Well Sol, catch ya around."

"Hope so." He said with an amused tone. She was a real interesting person. that "give no fucks" kind of attitude she had going on was a nice change of pace. He almost smacked himself when he realized he forgot to ask her name. That was unfortunate but it couldn't be helped. Maybe if he was lucky he'd see her arounf again sometime and find out. He was barely out the door when she came back into the gym. "Forget something?" Next thing he knew she was telling him the door was stuck from the snow and he dropped the ball in his hands and went to check it out.

He looked at the door, surprised that it was snowing as hard as it was. The door was clearly blocked by a bunch of snow that only seemed to grow every few seconds. Cracking his knuckles Sol stared at the door once more looking over at the girl from his shoulder once. "I think I can get this." It was snow and he was pretty strong so this should be a piece of cake. He could do this, definitely definitely could do this. He took in a deep breath and exhaled slowly like he would before a game, and suddenly fell against the door pushing it with everything he had. He kept this up for a few minutes and had indeed managed to budge it a small inch, but it was starting to be clear that he wasn't going to be able to push it open even if he didn't seem to know it.
Accepted.
Ishmael tried to hide a frown when he Ferra had told him what happened to her mother. The horde had to be upon the bridge by now and If the woman was trapped in the car like she said she was he didn't such much of a chance that her mother was still alive.. Seeing the forming tears in his eyes hurt his heart, something he didn't even believe to be possible anymore. He didn't know what to say to her in the situation. He could tell her that er mom probably got out but that felt like giving her some sort of false hope."Its good that you and Alysia got here. All by yourselves at your age is really impressive." giving her the same smile from earlier.

He began looking around at all the other people that had taken refuge here like themselves, taking note of the white-haired girl Alysia had engaged conversation with, when Ferra had asked her question. "No kiddo, just me." He said with a small laugh though it wasn't very genuine. He didn't like thinking about his parents much, still he hoped wherever they were they were safe.Deciding to get off that train off thought and noticing Ferra placing her shoes down he figured he could change the topic. Did she really run here in those? Her feet must've hurt like hell.

"We should definitely look into getting you some new shoes more suitable for running, odds are you're going to need them." He doubted they'd find anything in the rest stop itself but if they were lucky they might find something in the cars, and he could kill two birds with one stone.

Good evening (morning here..). I'm a newbie to this site, but I'd like to join your RP if that would be alright? I consider myself a decent writer. I'm definitely not advanced by any means, but I enjoy the freedom of creating your own story that role playing gives you. If you don't mind me joining in, if it's not too late, I'd kindly appreciate it. Thank you.

Accepted Mak.

Sorry for vanishing guys. Finals and the following drive back home kept me from posting. Fortunately now I'm back home and free for a month so it shouldn't happen again.
Conan groaned and automatically reached for his pounding head. His body ached but he was definitely still breathing which he supposed was a fair tradeoff. Alive and in pain beat dead at the bottom of the ocean any day in his humble opinion. His slowly brought himself to his feet and scanned the area around him with blurred eyes as the memories came back to him. That was right, he and the company were on a ship and judging by the fact that he was no longer on said ship, that didn't work out so well.

"Roland! Jeanne!" He called to his commanders, his vision finally cleared as the beach he was standing on finally came into view. No response from either Roland or Jeanne. He had to find them or any other survivors first. After that he figure out what to do next.. A gleam caught his eyes further away from him in the sand and grinned, trudging his way over to the source he found his sword buried amidst the sand. He started to yank the sword from the sand despite his muscle screaming at him not to. It didn't matter to him in the slightest though, the pain was at the back of his mind. Eventually the blade came free and he grinned wiping his sand from the blade. He wasn't sure if he would need to use it but he felt more comfortable having it with him. Now that he was armed again he set off looking for other survivors.
Accepted Mochi!
Solomon broke from his concentration when the ball flew off course. Finally noticing the girl, the only other person in the gym. Had she been there the whole time? He really had to work on his observation skills. She returned threw the ball back before he even had a chance to say anything and he couldn't help but find her familiar. "Thanks!" He called out to her as she entered the storage room.

Noticing the nonexistent population in the gym probably meant it was getting late. Better to head home now before the twins got antsy, well more than usual anyway. He tossed the ball into the hoop once more just for validation. It caught the rim and danced around it for awhile before going through the net. He grabbed his ball before going to where he had left his bag by the bleachers just as the girl from earlier came back into the gym. She had must've played some sort of sport to be stuck in gym on cleanup duty. It was certainly a common punishment amongst the coaches. "Thanks again for the save." His voice took an amused tone before he decided to go for broke. "So which coach did you piss off to get stuck here?"
We have a cheerleader now yah! Accepted!
