We were the people who were not in the papers. We lived in the blank white spaces at the edges of print. It gave us more freedom. We lived in the gaps between the stories

Contributes * Lacks Self Directed Motivation * Easygoing * Carefree * Optimist * Unconcerned
Sexuality: Argubly Bisexual, but honestly still under consideration.
Relationship Status: single
Personality: Isley is very friendly towards everyone she meets. She has no walls and what some people would consider an acquaintance, she calls a friend. She trusts recklessly and easily, often taking apologies at face value. She isn't naive and there are some wrongs she would never forgive, but she chooses to believe that people act with the best intentions and never takes slights personally. Isley isn't really a peace keeper and is content to let people do and say as they please. Kindness comes more easily to her than cruelty and love more than hate, but it isn't something she strives for. She doesn't make her choices based on the feelings of others, she just tends to truly want to do the kind thing. She is a very hard worker, but makes a better sailor than captain--even in her own life.
Habits: When lost in a day dream, Isley tends to play with her hair. When in actual thought, she tends to put things in her mouth (pens, paper clips, really anything small). She also tends to impulsively throw things away when she is feeling cluttered or overwhelmed, with little regard to the objects value.
Hobbies: Isley is a runner, having taken up track and cross country in high school, and she keeps the habit up for the peace it brings her. She has never been able to commit to any other hobbies with fidelity, but is usually attempting the next great thing.

Biography: Ever met someone who had every opportunity to be successful and just...wasn't? That is Isley. If parents were graded, hers would have gotten an A plus. While originally from some suburb of Denver, Colorado, Isley was relocated to just outside Salt Lake City when she was not even a year old. Her father took an engineering job that allowed more time to spend with his family of five. Her mother was a nurse who switched to part-time until the kids were all in school.
Isley didn't attend private school, but her parents made sure that they were in the best school district within driving range of her dad's work. Her childhood was a mixture of after school activities and long weekend family trips to Moab. She did well as a student. Not because she was particularly bright, but because learning came easily to her. She knew how to study, she knew how to take tests and she could focus. It wasn't that she particularly enjoyed school, seeing it more as 'this is what kids do, so I will do it'. She was content with doing things simply because those where 'the rules'. All of her report card comments followed the lines of "She is such a hard worker and a joy to have in class". Not clever enough to be a pain, not slow enough to warrant extra energy.
She studied hard in high school. Did all the recommended extra curricular activities, not because she enjoyed them, but because she was supposed to. Then came college (she went to the one her mother recommended ) and spent two years in prerequisites when it all fell apart. During a conversation with her academic advisor, Isley asked what it was she should get her bachelors in. When the answer was 'Well, what are you interested in?' she couldn't answer the question. No one seemed able or willing to tell her what to do next. So she did nothing. Dropped out of school to 'find herself' and ended up in Seattle for the past 5 years, still just as lost as before.
These days, her parents still support her (emotionally), still love her and defend her and her choices (or lack there of). Although her mother's 'gentle nudges' towards returning to college are starting to fade, they are being replaced by an endless list of successful sons of her mother's friend's. And, even though Isley hasn't mentioned that she's just as interested in women, her mother has already started slipping a few successful daughters in that list as well.
One day, right as she got off of work, she was struck down with a crippling illness. It was the worst she'd ever felt. A call home brought her mother to her side as she went from the hospital to home. The doctors couldn't find anything wrong with her and she truly thought that she was going to die. Then, just as suddenly as the illness appeared, it vanished. It took a few weeks for Isley to notice anything strange or unusual. But there isn't anything normal about seeing people who aren't there.
Discovery Of Your Power: It took Isley a while to 'discover' her power, although it was in continual use. For a long time it just seemed like the weather was always agreeing with her. Like the freak warm day in the middle of a rainy week when she wanted to go to the beach. There was also the time when a lightening storm came out of now where on that day her neighbors barbecue was getting annoyingly loud. Looking back, the 'first' time she really 'used' was that 'night', although she didn't know it at the time. She was running after work one night when she saw the women get attacked by a man she couldn't see. She couldn't touch the man or the woman and all she could do was watch her die. She felt it a second before it happened. A huge down pour of rain struck the park she was running in as the shadowy figures she'd been seeing became truly clear for the first time.
She never told anyone about her suspicions, because frankly, she almost doesn't believe it either.
Ability & Powers:Atmokinesis
Ability & Powers Weaknesses:She can only create and use one weather pattern at a time, example she can make a thunderstorm, but cant suddenly change it to snowing. Also if she is in emotional distress the weather may suddenly change.
Theme Song: Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For-U2
