I'll be gone for about 3 weeks as of 18/06. I might see your message, but I also probably won't be keeping up like I usually do.

As someone who lost a parent before their time... It's never a bad time to give your folks a call and see how they're doing. One day you're going to say goodbye for the last time.

I think it's also just a sad fact that forum RP has been undergoing a slow but consistent decline for the best part of a decade now. Games that once would have thrived can no longer get the numbers.

NRPs are also usually advanced level with tons of writing per post. I co-GM'd one that ended up being the length of one and a half LotR books. That not only takes time, but also makes them fragile.

Bought Helldivers 2 because of the online hype, didn't expect that much. Ended up putting 5 hours into it on my first session. For Super-Earth and Managed Democracy! Oorah!
Personality: Lauren was once a criminal. It wasn't that long ago as a matter of fact, but she has been on the wrong side of the law for quite a long time. She knows how the system works from both ways, and as such goes out of her way to act as little like the police from her past as possible. Friendly, down-to-earth and with a bounce in her step, most people don't expect her t-shirts to have kevlar weave in them, or for her to be a devotee of center-axis relock, to know the Mozabique Drill, have advanced stunt driving knowledge, or the ability to roll a four hundred pound man over her back like a child.
Back Story: Born in a dirt poor neighbourhood, she showed an aptitude for mechanical activities at quite a young age. She studied for as precisely long as she needed to, then promptly dropped out and joined a chopshop garage. Not that she knew it at the time of course, but she quickly became an accomplice in stealing, breaking down, and generally meddling with cars, learning of the gang connections in time.
An FBI sting operation brought the entire thing down, although she had no criminal history, no history of drug use, and was mentally sound, and agreed to be an FBI informant. From there, it wasn't a very large leap to get to be an agent.
Weapons:
(Fitted with silencer and laser sight. She has a x2, x4 and x6 set of sights, as well as a collapsible foregrip.
James didn't try to be subtle. If you have been looking, you would have seen a human figure shoot up into the air, before stabilising and slowly floating down on top of a stack of rubble, having a magnificent view over the proceedings. Gravity control was incredibly useful, and not just for construction or killing people. He could see Walter, Twilight, obviously Ricardo... Manya, that was interesting, he hadn't thought both of his employers would be turning up to this event... Might cause issues if they both wanted to talk to him. Ah well. Dropping down the stack of rubble and landing again into the crowd, he began pushing through, looking specifically for one person.
Marci was currently talking to another hybrid. The snake stood about a foot higher than this other person though, and whilst he couldn't say for sure, he thought she was talking to a wildcat. Either a wildcat or a wolf. Not sure. Tapping her on the shoulder, he held his hands out as the other woman whirled around. She stopped after registering him, and crossed her arms.
