XD She slipped up! Everyone does! XD And it's not to say Asuka's been injured in battles before.

Kaede's fighting style specifically requires her to get injured usually

She goes in bold and takes injuries on her own terms before they can get the drop on her

Yeah but Kaede kinda finds that annoying too since her perception is if you take a job to guard a princess then you should try and actually guard the princess not run after enemies who arent attacking you yet

She's a pretty clear cut, uncomplicated person, the idea of like having a noble goal in life or gaining honour or glory doesnt really sit with her at all
