Kat was standing in an alleyway across the street from the playground, checking her Desert Eagle before holstering it. She lifted her hands up to her ears, flipping a pair of specialty earbuds just over the sides of her tall ears, before pulling out an Ipod mini and tapping it to play. As she strut forward, her boots thumping the asphalt, she glanced about, bobbing her head to the beat of her nightcore playlist.

Tapping a comm on her wrist, she muttered into it "Sorry I'm late for the party, kittens. Let's play."

• Race: Feline Hakedian

Appearance

• Gear & Possessions: A pair of hunting knives, what would be considered a shortbow to humans, and a traveling pack.
• Skills & Abilities: Can shoot an arrow pretty accurately, good at hand-to-hand combat, and wields a silver tongue when her blades fail. She has the attributes of a cat; flexibility, vision, and balance. The off put of this is that she isn't that strong. She travels light because she has to.
• Personality: Serious and withdrawn when she's confronted, but if she gets the chance, she will cause mischief and have a good giggle at it. Once you have her as a friend, however, she's your friend for life unless you betray her trust.

History

Deep in the Bellion Forest, where most traders dare not travel, is a small village. It was a calm and quiet place, a humble place compared to the bustling trade centers and human towns. Here there were a people that wished to be left in peace. To live day by day in harmony with a land they almost hurt irreversibly. Stories are told of this village by the few travelers that brave the dangers of the forest to get to it. It is a village made of the trees, but not invading upon them. Taught by the neighboring elves, they have a mutual agreement with the forest. The trees provide them shelter and protection, and the people give the trees offerings of their special water.

It is the village of the feline Hakedians. Or more commonly known as nekos by humans.

In a home of this village, a young Hakedian learns how to use a bow from her father, an elder and keeper of lore. She pulled back on the string, but her finger slipped, causing the bow to fly out of her untrained grip to smack her on the forehead. Giggling, with her father chuckling behind her, she picked it back up and tried again...

"Father, I want to see what's beyond the forest! To see other places!" The young woman protested. Her father waved a hand at her and replied with a quiet "You are too young to understand why I don't want you to leave." The girl huffed and stormed out of the hut...

As she was packing her pack, her mother walked into her room. She didn't say anything...it was the day after the village elder was laid to rest under the Ancient Oak. The young woman tied her pack closed tight, threw it over her shoulder, and breezed by her mother and out the door...

The young neko bartered her way onto a trader's cart, heading to Vekia City. It was now that Rendyl learned what her father wanted her to realize all along...

It's harder to make the hider work for whole CSes I've found. You'd have an easier time linking to the posts. You can do so by going to the RPer's profile, finding their CS post, be it in the int check or the OOC, and /url= them.

If you wish, I can do this for you. I need something to do anyway XD

Edit: However I just....found a way to do so.

Name: Esailia
Age: 16
Country of Origin: America, visiting Germany.
Power(s): Telepathy, Telekinesis: Esailia has the ability to speak to others through their minds, and if they can't concentrate on a single thing or effectively block telepathic links, she can read their minds like an open book. This is rare, since even focusing on an object or listening to something intently can raise a wall, due to how the human mind works. Her other ability is to affect objects with just her concentration. This can also be thwarted if she is distracted. While both of these are useful, she feels her best defense against others is a meditative state where she lowers her body's activities to a bare minimum, barely living. This lowers her mind's activity as well, increasing her telepathy and telekinesis greatly. But the other effect of this is her higher brain functions are lowered as well. Her mind reacts by instinct as a result.

Appearance

Personality: An observer in most outward appearances, Esailia tends to avoid social activities and interactions. She is shy and enjoys the company of animals more than other people. Once someone gets past her shy demeanor, she's an eager friend, quick to try to please and quicker to help those in need. She has a general dislike for people who disrespect others, and will attempt to call them out on it. She's honest and upfront to the best of her abilities.
History: Born and raised in Washington state, she enjoyed a quiet life, going to school and excelling in all her classes. But she had one issue...she was mute. She never talks about how it happened, but she tries to not let it affect her everyday life. She even took a language class, German.

It's her hardworking and high grades in the class that landed her a ticket to Germany. Her teacher had bartered with the principal to get her a seat, and it was an amazing experience to be heading to the place where her favorite language was something she rarely heard outside the classroom. But this was a curse in disguise...if it wasn't for this gift, she would have been safe.

After the meteor hit, she attempted to book a plane ride home, only to be told all flights were cancelled. She spent the next weeks huddled in her hotel room, drinking from the tap and eating the hotel's food. It was a mistake to drink from the tap. She soon found herself spacing out, hearing voices in her head, and most obvious...floating objects when she went to grab them. She was clever enough to realize that she had become mutated. She kept up with the news, and with the realization, she spent her time stretching her new muscles.

She honed her telekinesis until she could be doing something else, focus on the object in her mind, and move it without even looking. And to her surprise she could talk to others in their head. She learned this by the expression on the room service maid's face when Esailia asked her telepathically while she was focused on writing the request on a pad.

She left quickly after that, heading out to find others like her, ever learning and expanding how to use her new abilities.

Other: She has been picking up a few others like herself, more than the minor telepathic communication. One even seemed to speak to..what she could best describe as a deity.

Zombie survival RP

I'm surprised there aren't more of these around. But I've been itching for a good survival RP, and to say the least I've had little luck finding any active ones.

I can't lead one, due to my impending inactivity in the near future, as well as being in one or two other serious RPs. But I know how to make a ZS fair, and quite interesting. So who's up to join and/or lead a good ol' ZS RP?
