Kanade is a 14-year-old Cyborg who possesses short white hair and menacing yellow eyes as a result of partaking the power curriculum program. Standing at 5'3 and weighing 180 lbs, Kanade assures that she maintains an athletic and capable body build at all times, especially against sudden incidents. As a Cyborg, Kanade is granted cybernetics in courtesy of the cruel experiments of the Kihara clan, these implants augment her physical performance.

_Past

Kanade grew up in the Kihara household and in Academy City and suffered abusive treatment, affecting her well being. She coped up with their intellectual expectations through playing video games and cosplays, oftentimes she'd be ratted out by rumors of her undertaking and reprimanded with physical abuse. When she had enough of her family's overachieving demands, Kanade resorted to committing suicide and for herself crushed by a truck, knocking her into a comatose state.

A week after the incident, Kanade thought she was in the afterlife but in reality, her fate was a lot cruel because she lived. Kanade noticed that she lost her limbs and was told that she got revived for the sole purpose of attaining hybridization between magic and ability. She cursed her fate but can only move on to fulfill her family's bidding.

_Vision

Unlike the rest of the ax-crazy Kihara; Kanade plays the white sheep trope, straight. She's traumatized by how her family made her and hates herself for being a Cyborg because she rarely feels human. In the end, I made Kanade as human as possible instead of playing a level 5, as the Game Master of the RP, I'm here to set Kanade as a benchmark for everyone.

_Mechanics

At level 4, the ability Thermal Hand is renamed Thermohaul as it allows Kanade to not only have better preservation of temperature but also control the movement of heat from point to point. This grants Kanade versatile uses such as suddenly dropping the temperature to cold and raise it to heat, causing a flash thermal explosion and thermal vision. Kanade has a peculiar AIM field that switches hot or cold.

Kanade can only use her ability for 5 minutes, she refills herself with more batteries to function.

° Signature Technique: (Thermal Explosion|定温爆発 — Teion Bakuhatsu)
By rapidly transitioning from cold to hot and expanding the airflow, Kanade causes a thermal explosion reaction that she can manipulate at will. A linear superheated blast that devastates its path and since it's straightforward, avoiding it is easy.

Magic

Kanade mitigates the backlash of magic's severe internal bleeding through her cybernetic chains. She can cast mid-tier ice and fire spells and augment magic-induced vision to scan magical anomalies.

Cybernetics

Kanade is a Cyborg with cybernetic implants and enhancements designed by her family, the Kihara clan, after being maimed by a truck. This makes Kanade 60℅ Cyborg as not only her natural limbs were maimed but she's provided cybernetic calculation assistance after some brain failure. Her cybernetics makes her stronger than an average human, this doesn't mean that she's the perfect cyborg that everyone thinks; her strength and speed is akin to an Olympian athlete.

Levi is a Japanese-Jewish man who stands 6'0 and weighs 170 lbs; he keeps his slim and toned body to stay physically coordinated at all times. He dons Detective-themed clothing as a testament to his intellect and Hero Name. Due to skepticism about identifications, he obscures his face with face-mask variants at all times. His snowy hair is the result of his power along with a heterochromia eye of black and red.

Characterization

_Personality
A callous man with no sense of space, whatever fascinates Levi's curiosity in his child-like attention span, he never ceases to seize it. Levi is a perfectionist, the manifestation of perfection despite his moodiness and short attention span, he'd do anything to attain perfection in the most pragmatic ways. Beyond his self perpetual frustration of wanting things to be perfect, Levi can be one heck of a comical chatterbox of nerdy topics, making him socially awkward outside of his job.

He's also short-tempered and prone to making rash decisions despite the discrepancy of his superpower. Perceptive yet brash, the decisions he makes are on the fly and could be pragmatic, married to his hero work, he subtly uses interrogation tactics to his advantage.

_Backstory
Levi descended from the Amakusa genealogy which stretched from early Christianity in Japan as well as having ninja and samurai ancestry. For the most part, Levi wasn't always known as Levi but he had a Japanese name and once had a normal childhood back in Fukuoka with his Fisherman Father. His ability manifested late childhood when he took a liking in Detective novels like Sherlock Holmes: Levi accidentally mixed unknown chemicals outside of his Science class which gave him his ability.

Even before having an ability, Levi had always towered in his class as an honored student and one of the best martial artists all throughout Middle School and High School. With his ability, Levi took it to the extreme and invited his friends on a vigilante work against the Yakuza and it didn't end well since his best friend was killed by an Earth-user villain within the Yakuza household. Levi in return murdered the Earth-user Yakuza by copying a Lightning ability from one of their gang and defeated them with a scarf. Levi's vigilante deeds also alarmed I.C.O.S.A due to unknowingly breaking their guidelines but gets a pass due to being a minor — leading him to H.E.R.O.

Levi's one of the young Heroes out there who grew up too fast for his own good and carried the responsibilities of having to live with failures of saving his comrades. Among his heroic peers, Levi serves as the bridge in dealing with I.C.O.S.A matters and the likely person to reprimand his comrades during battles to not cause public damage. It's also due to his ability that he rarely joins battles with his peers and deal with the intelligence section and undercover missions.

• Like solving a puzzle, Levi's cognitive and retention skills are empowered through his eyes. He can remarkably deduce ideas through constant thought provided that he has source materials to understand. This makes him a human supercomputer but without a photographic memory, Levi is limited to what he can retain and then he short circuits, blinding him renders his ability useless.

What makes it even more useless: if he doesn't understand something not does it interests him, he will never understand it.

° Eye of Mirror
The subset of Eye of Insight allows Levi to virtually copy superpower abilities through deductive analysis. This takes time because Levi needs to understand the logic of the powers he is copying, he can only copy one power at a time, should he copy another, he must discard the previous. He can never copy complex powersets that has something to do with mutations.

° Unlimited Brainpower Works
Levi breaks his limit and recalls all the abilities he has copied. This is a mode that he can only use it for 15 minutes and will put him out of commission for a week.

OTHER

° He casually disturbs his neighbor just to copy their poltergeist ability daily so he can use it to bend his scarf like a Ninja.
