I think that your CS should be good, but is there a limit to the strength of the teleportation rune?

Assuming that it's limited to relatively small items, you're accepted.
Yep, that's alright.

Anyhoo, I'm working on the city's description right now.
Long ago, humans had a wide domain, spreading throughout the vast Terra's biomes.

This is, of course, long ago.

Every year, for two weeks at a time, an eclipse affects both the sun and moon. This allowed demons to run rampant in the human realm even in the day, and makes all of them even stronger during the night. Humanity slowly weakened year by year by the onslaughts brought on by the Blood Moon and the Black Sun, as they were forced to retreat and compact into smaller and smaller havens that disappeared after the next eclipse. Unable to become stronger, or rebuild, or develop quickly enough, humankind quickly approached extinction.

But, not all monsters were mindless; among the more civilized monsters were vampires. They were the race closest to humans, some once being human themselves. But of course, that's not why they were helping them. Vampires fed on human blood, and they too would inevitably disappear with humans from starving to extinction. Knowing these facts, the king of the vampires and the last king of humanity met to make a deal that would shape their races' futures. Vampires, in exchange for a safe and easy supply of blood, would help protect humanity from the monstrous threat. A system was devised for harvesting blood, and their pact was sealed.

Although this was originally met with some controversy throughout both sides, the wrinkles were ironed out as they fought and grew side-by-side. Humans discovered magic, and vampires used it to create better weapons and armor. As humans and vampires grew to accept each other more, they also began to allow other monsters into society; that is, of course, only if they're domesticated or follow the rules. But even with the newfound peace and acceptance, the Black Sun still occurs. In fact, soon, those two weeks of war will begin. In recent years, the monsters seem to have become more powerful. There has been a larger sense of dread than before, as if the darkness itself has begun to manifest into a monster of its own....

Notes about the RP:
- For the most part, this will be lower Casual in terms of the amount you should post. A single, but slightly longer paragraph would do. Of course, more is perfectly fine!
- While there are forms of transportation aside from monsters and simply walking, machinery is both very limited and requires a large amount of magical power to use, thus making it relatively inefficient.
- Many devices are powered using orbs charged with magic.
- Magic usually varies with their personality of the user and their race. Vampires will almost always be able to use hemomancy, while humans tend to just have slightly stronger magic all around. Magic is usually based on nature or its principals(I.E. Fire, Water, Electricity, Light, Time). Not everyone is able to use magic.

My Character:
Well, this seems like a good-sized group. I'll work on the OoC tomorrow.
There might be monsters other than vampires within the walls of a city, but they will generally be either be domesticated or just not a threat. Gargoyles, for example, usually act as security for buildings like banks.
I was thinking of an idea for an RP.

Humans, on the verge of extinction, make a pact with vampires; in exchange for their blood, the vampires would help provide protection against the monster population outside the walls. Through time, humans and vampires developed alongside each other, eventually discovering magic. While this provided a good, easy life for both parties, it occasionally becomes much more difficult.

Once a year, for two weeks at a time, an eclipse blocks out the sun. While normally confined by the light of day, monsters are completely free during the eclipse.

Anyone interested?
Hello!
FREEDOOOOOOOOM
High in the air, Faust thought he saw a flash of red and blue light in the near distance. Squinting slightly to get a better view, he saw the flames appear again momentarily. "Ah wait, is that coming from the village...?" Figuring that a fight had broken out, he went into a dive, accelerating towards the village before his Farfetch'd pulled up to slow the approach. "Rest for now, my friend." he said quietly to it before returning him to his ball. Faust figured he'd be tired after flying him all this way, so Faust decided it would be best to let him rest. As he did this, he saw the familiar girl, and.... another girl in front of her that he didn't recognize at all. As he approached, he saw the unfamiliar girl turn and say in surprise, "Tinder!"

Tinder.

Something clicking in his brain, Faust smiled slightly as he remembered her. "So that was her name," he thought to himself, forgetting his anger for the moment. But, he couldn't help but think about her brothers too; Faust had left long before she did, so he had to wonder how they were hanging on. "I'll have to ask her later," he decided, before suddenly getting surprised by yet another girl that was chasing after her Meditite. "Wait a minute..." Faust paused. She sounded like the other kid he heard from the meeting between Fateen and the trainers; she really had a grudge against Cipher. Aside from realizing that it probably wasn't the best person to be in front of while talking about where he's been, it could have also meant that Tinder was one of the trainers Fateen chose. But.... why would she have left the village in the first place?

Realizing how tired he was, Faust decided that he should just head to the Poke Center and go sleep on a couch there instead of worrying about that. He'd go ask her tomorrow. As he walked past them, he couldn't help but notice loud banging noises coming from the back of the center. Figuring it wouldn't hurt to check, Faust walked around and saw a Machoke banging on the backdoor, a body slung across its shoulder. "Do you need help with that door there, buddy?" Faust asked, somewhat concerned as to what happened to the gentleman's face.
