Nayeli Zyanya -Tezcatlipoca's Wrath

Nayeli didn't hear her obsidian blade strike, and so backed off slightly from the wall. Just in time it seemed as the silver wall quickly produced spikes trying to impale her. Nayeli managed to block several of them with her shield. If the spiked didn't need much fuel, they would quickly be drained dry as her shield would heal all damage done by them, quickly stopping them with little more than a tap. That, and the blocks managed to deflect herself as much as they did the spikes. Kaelia would hear the crunch of the impact at the very least.

Nayeli, however, didn't hear impact from her earlier long ranged blade, or any sort of impact, meaning it must have been dodged.

What reflexes, she dully thought to herself.

It was time for Nayeli to move. She saw the obsidian blade flying above the shield. It was time to act. Nayeli jumped up, landing on the top spike before jumping over the shield. It almost seemed in slow motion as she ended above the blade, and her eyes narrowing at Kaelia beneath.

"Traitors."

She swung her sword at her obsidian projectile. As did, it shattered. Several pieces melded onto her sword, but the majority blasted downward in a wave of glass shrapnel down on Kaelia. Looking at it was inadvisable.

Tezcatlipoca's Breath

Tezcatlipoca's Blesssing

Falling slightly, she kicked off against the very top of the shield as her spray hid her, flying towards a new target, Sophia. She swung her reforged sword at the young girl, a strike that was easily identified as going for her neck.
Well, shit. Now I have to compete for Terra!
Nayeli Zyanya

The shield pushed against Nayeli, stopping her blow, and shattering the obsidian completely on one side, pushing it into the wood. This was good enough, as it would start to naturally absorb some of the vis in the shield, stopping some of the force pushing against her. Nayeli stood her ground, and smashed her shield against the silver to give herself some room with her blade. She swung up with her blade at awkward position, scraping against the ground. The blunt wood would do nothing against the shield, except maybe damage itself and weaken the shield slightly with its vampiric healing. It still was unlikely to do anything more to it. A rising blade of obsidian from the earth beneath Kaelia's legs might be slightly more persuasive, however. It moved straight up.

Tezcatlipoca's Blade

Nayeli continued her little speech and tips from before through the attack.

"Now, when an opponent has a guard up is when they are most vulnerable, as they tend to be confident they can block. The best tactic against a well-guarded opponent is a surprise as it breaks their focus. Traitors receive no mercy. They've killed worse in their selfishness than us."

She still pressed her shield against Kaelia's eyeing her opponent carefully to see how she would react. It was odd, on one hand, her eyes were focused, they knew the battle was important. On the other hand, they seemed distance, like Nayeli wasn't really there. Combined, it was more like she was reliving a memory.

Ruzha possesses long white hair she's rather proud of, and rarely cuts. She has a darker skin tone from being constantly outside, and her robes are constantly worn. She's extremely tall for a woman at 6'1, and has an extremely lithe body. She's a fan of wooden jewelry, and generally has several baubles on at all times.

P E R S O N A L I T Y T R A I T S
Due to her upbringing, Ruzha is socially awkward. She's rather new to it. She's much more adept in nature, with animals and plants. Still, Ruzha wants to explore the world, and is willing to stake her life for a bit of fun. She's constantly looking for adventure, and would kill for a chance to see new sights.

A bit of a hippie, Ruzha is very caring for all plants and animals. She doesn't like to see them in pain, and refuses to eat meat (despite her parents being trappers). The fact she can grow fruit from a seed as easily as someone could throw a stone likely reinforces this. She has a habit of approaching and petting any animal she comes in contact with, and the fact she hasn't been mauled is an act of god.

Ruzha exemplifies marching to the beat of one's own drums. She lives freely, doing what she wants when she feels like it. She's generally kind, but she's surprisingly stubborn once she's made up her mind, which takes about 5 seconds in her case. She wants adventure, so she ran from home. She wants fun, so she looks for work other people shy away from. She hates the Status Ecclesiae, and has often been in trouble for attacking them and the like. Many towns have called her a witch from her innate magic, and can never seem to stay anywhere twice. She's never actually caused enough damage for serious search for her, just enough to harry soldiers, priests, and the like.

For Ruzha, its as simple, as she wants, she does.

Ruzha's parents were the definition of star crossed lovers, both working in the imperial palace under the royal family since a young age. They constantly flirted, but their duties kept them from doing much more than that. When the Status Ecclesiae took control, her parents barely managed to escape together. They fled to Zahren to seek safety from the event, and start a new life. They eloped there, unofficially married. The gods weren't done with them, as a worse incident would send them fleeing for the woods as that city was destroyed. They were terrified of the Status Ecclesiae, and made life for themselves in the forest, only travelling to the city of Dryadalis under extreme circumstance.

The largest surprise to the couple came however when Ruzha's mother found herself pregnant. The couple was unprepared for a child, they weren't even sure what to make of the world. They were both Magi, but unsanctioned. They couldn't live in a town, the occasional visits to trade in their trappings terrified them both. Still, they had little say in the subject, and raised Ruzha in the forest.

She grew up with nature, always adventurous, and always oddly thankful to the plants and animals around her. She also wanted more. The trips to town, rare as they were, were always fun. She wanted to live in town, and play with the other children. Her parents weren't sure what to do. They hesitantly moved to the outskirts of town, but still largely kept to themselves. They finally relaxed as they found a life and began to smile again as they fit into society once more. The Guild of Magi being destroyed meant they no longer had to worry. They never taught Ruzha magic, and they hoped that would be enough to keep their cover as simple trappers.

Ruzha, however, had a knack for it. She became intune to the Ether around her. Being in the forest so often, she could feel it around her. It wasn't long before she naturally began to tap into it. Ruzha had Terra. Her dances could enchant the very plants around her. Her parents stumbled upon her one day in the middle of a clearing, the very forest dancing with her, swaying back and forth. They panicked, punishing her, and yelling at her how bad magic was. Ruzha became upset, magic made her feel special, at peace. She ran away from home, wanting to experience life away from the forest. It took her all of two seconds before she was chased down by the soldiers for uncertified magic use. Her plant magic kept her safe however. She's been running since. It's been the most dangerous part of her life, but also the most fun.

Prodigium Magum: Terra (earth) - OverGrowth

Magic: OverGrowth- With a dance, Ruzha is able to infuse ether into nearby plants, causing them to rapidly grow as she commands, often using this magic to entangle and trap opponents as foliage overruns them. Ruzha is able to grow a tree out of a seed, and as such keeps several on her. Overgrowth requires intense concentration, as Ruzha has to command each of the plants, and direct their growth. She has to motion every action to enact her magicks. Should she stop moving, so will the plants.

Magic: Vitalizing Roots- Using Overgrowth on nearby plant roots, Ruzha is able to cause them to pass ether onto her legs, allowing for explosive leg speed, only as long as she's walking on roots.

Item: Staff of the Wild Magus - A simple oaken staff Ruzha carries embedded with seeds in case of emergency. She always, however, has several spare fruit seeds on her as a way of rations.

Nayeli Zyanya

Nayeli mumbled from a rooftop.

"Beloved, this would be a mission we could solve so easily by ourselves. I'm still fighting for the city, are you happy? Watching over me? Please give my arm strength before this great fight."

She finally eyed her targets through binoculars. They were in Edis park. They had betrayed the hunters, they would be cut down, it was simple. There had been others who had died for the organization, throwing it aside was wretched. She spoke to her partner, seemingly just remembering her she was there. She smiled warmly at her.

"Lymarx, are you ready? Now, both of use prefer to engage close range, which means this initial jump is the most important of this entire mission. We have to jump right next to them. Just a protip."

She looked off to the sky one last time, then closed her eyes.

"I really want to see you, but I don't think you'd be happy right now. A pair of hunters vs a pair hunters. Its a bloody world. Nayeli Zyanya."

She snapped her eyes open, grabbing her weapons, a shield and obsidian blade. She leapt off the building, leaping at a tree right next to the pair, before heading straight to the two, diving in on Kaelia in particular, hoping to slash at her. She was wordless to her victim.

Interested, making a character right now if that's alright. Plants would be Terra, correct?
Zeki Glaedwine

Zeki still stood grinning like a cheshire cat, only dropping slightly as Charles gave a counter offer to those in a van. He wasn't THAT disappointed, but it still squashed some fun messing with the crew. Zeki had a pretty good outlook for their success, not that it particularly mattered. His little lambs just had to make a big enough racket to attract the Prae, but not let them catch them. Zeki had to admit, he was particularly impressed how safe Charle's plan was. There was little chance of failure, even it going south would entail a hasty retreat and a teleport away. He'd give it a B+. It wasn't entertaining enough.

Suddenly his phone went off, his ringtone re-vibrating around the small van. Zeki answered it without second thought, despite the tension of the situation.

"Mr Glaedwine, owner of the Twilight Spirits speaking, how may I help you?

What do you mean you have eyes in the skies?

You got the drones? Really now? What am I suppose to do if I'm useless as your eyes?

Of course its a good thing. Its just rather ominous to have things start off so well. Well, I suppose only one thing for me to do. Goodbye, Roger."

Zeki closed his flip phone, his smile broadening. He called out to Charles and Mairyell leaving, still from inside the van. Zeki really hated doing this, but, there was no real other choice.

"Professor Aeon, it appears you have another recruit going with you. He's a good sport. Just give me a moment to introduce him."

A ghostly flame shone from the back of the van, followed by a sharp yell. One of the men they had captured walked out, wearing sun glasses, and smirking. He spoke with Zeki's voice.

"Mr. Gutierrez reporting for duty."

Zeki, who was obviously the man, groaned as he stretched, looking very much in pain.

"I haven't done that for a few centuries. I was rather fond of that body. Moving in a new one is quite a nuisance."

He flinched again.

"Enough, Mr. Gutierrez, you can have your body back later, I need it for now, quit resisting before I jump into a river with it."

He then called out to the driver of the van.

"You're free to ride Mr. Thomas. Take my body back the shop, I'm rather fond of it. That, and it can't toss me out like this one can."

He then ran to catch up with Charles's group, or at least a fastly sauntered to them.

"Alright, what I can offer, I can neutralize bullets in an area around me. Doesn't help if they can use Anima, but against majority of security guards, it's a definite advantage.

Feel free to factor me in as I'll be coming along.."
