Taking a long hiatus from RPing, what with RL and all. Not sure when I'll be back. So long all.

I think I may have been on the guild easy too much at work. It's now banned on the servers and I can no longer access it at work. My posts frequency will drastically lessen.

Poppy was hanging around, still soaking up the smells and sights of the new world she had found herself in with fifty or so of her fellow convicts when her attention was diverted elsewhere. The sounds of the insects, the running water and the leaves rustling in the breeze would have to wait. Now her attention was solely focused on two guys standing atop a boulder. One of the guys was a rather attractive looking guy with white-coloured hair. She wondered if the colour of his hair was natural, or if the colour was attributed to a dye. The first guy spoke, introducing himself as Charlie Arcadian and his friend, the white-haired dude as Tobi Valade. Hmm.. Tobi Valade. A name that she gotta remember. These two had taken it upon themselves to play leader and give them all a task to work towards. Poppy didn't have any problem with that, she was more than in one ways, completely lost.

The task that they were given was to go on a scavenging and salvaging run into the ship that they had all arrived in, picking it clean so that they could improve their chances of surviving when night falls. Poppy didn't intend on dying just yet, and she could definitely see the logic and reason in doing so. Any volunteers were told to approach Tobi and she was about to step forward when a snide remark from a girl not too far away from her stopped her in her tracks. Mocking them about having some election where they had been chosen to be the leaders of the group. Wow, what an asshole, was her first thought. What's with her?

The good looking guy she now knew to be Tobi didn't take too long to come up with a retort of his own. He called her an Inquisitor's daughter, and it was at that moment that Poppy spat on the floor near her general direction. Inquisitors. The very ones that had arrested and imprisoned her for the crime that she did not commit, the very murder of the parents she loved more than anything else in the world, while the real murderer got off scott-free. Now that the interruption was over, another brief one made itself known as a blonde girl came out with a package that looked like a first-aid package. Moving past others, Poppy came to the front of the boulder before she glanced up at Tobi with a smile. "I'll join you, doesn't seem like anyone else is gonna though."

Senua

Unknown Location ♦ 500 HP 4/6 Stamina

Her attacks sliced through the head of the faceless creature easily enough just as quickly as Erickson cleaved the monstrosity into two halves. Her party members were equally victorious and the resulting mess that remained on the floor was a gooey puddle of black ooze that looked as disgusting as it smelt with its pungent and acrid stench. What was surprising was seeing all the remains of the faceless that had been slain fizz before rejoining back into one solid mass like a mother hen recalling her chicks back to her. That sight did not bode well and it definitely could not mean anything good. As the puddles melded into one another, it rose, solidifying itself as though it was made of clay. Up and up it rose, until it took on the shape and form of a humanoid that stood a foot taller than her largest party member, Erikson. It was as large as it was thick and was not a foe to be underestimated.

Senua was without a doubt that this abomination was on a completely different level compared to the faceless ones her group had fought and slain earlier. It was equally faceless but it was much, much larger and without any doubt alot stronger. What took her by surprise was the fact that the thing spoke with a voice with so much bass that it rang through the air. "Your souls are tainted. You shall not live." Those were its words and the girl almost scoffed at them. Yeah right, of course we are the tainted ones. Senua was just about getting ready to launch an attack, her hands clasped firmly onto the grip of her broadsword when the red-headed priestess warned the group to stay back. The young girl did not know what she wanted, but the expression on her face was one of seriousness and determination, and so she abided by the words of the priestess and stayed several paces back.

The girl watched as the red priestess lunged forward towards the monstrosity, with some sort of energy that must have been magic emanating out of her palm as a burst of fire promptly erupted with force in a focused trajectory towards their foe. Senua stared dumbstruck at the towering abomination absorbed the magical fire from the red priestess like it was nothing. Yikes, they were in serious trouble here if something like that didn't even hurt it one bit. From her backward position, she saw as the one called Nicholas saved the red head from being crushed with a timely tackle. Yikes. They were indeed in for one hell of a fight.
@icmasticc

The only one I like now is Superman. I still feel that Batman and Wonder Woman are horribly miscast.
@DJAtomika

I would! I've lived here long enough to understand 90% of all the insults!
I've got a bit of reading to do!

So do I.

A loud and heavy bump against the glass covered confines of her pod roused Poppy from her slumber. Waking up to be in somewhat of a shock, she panicked for several moments, before the girl managed to calm herself down. For some reason, the voice of J yelling "GO NORTH" remained a constant thought in her mind, although she didn't remember where exactly that came from. Looking out from the confines of her glass coffin, she could feel and hear others not too far away from her, and guessed them to be in a similar plight. They were in a ship or sorts, and the integrity of the ship seemed to have taken a really big hit. The only thing she could think of that would do that were two main options, either the craft they were in had been fired at or they were entering the atmosphere of a planet.

She had done plenty of ship repairs on Port New Hope, and these two situations were the often damages caused by such situations. The confines of her pod were opened and what used to be darkness was gradually replaced by light as those who had gotten out of their confines must have acquired light somehow. Stepping gingerly out of her pod, her feet touching upon the hard surface of the metal the formed the floor, Poppy began to walk towards the light. Soon she rain into a crowd of other people that she recognised from her time in prison and realised that they were roughly around forty or fifty or so of them.

The massive source of light was revealed to be coming from the outside, through the open door of the ship they were in. The girl watched as more and more people were beginning to head out of the craft into the light, as jovial laughters and cries of joy were heard from the outside. Pushing through the hesitating bodies of her other shipmates, Poppy ran face first into the light. What she saw as a whole new world. Something that had only existed in her dreams so far. When her parents were still alive, they had told her about the tales of the planet Earth and what it was like on the planet. These tales were passed on from generations to generations and she was the last of such a legacy.

She saw green. Green and browns everywhere. Greens that once only existed in the hydroponics laboratories in Port New Hope. There was just so much green and it was one of the most beautiful sights she had ever seen. "This is definitely better than I could have ever imagined it to be." Shaking her head in shock, she said. "Wow, just Wow."
@HushedWhispers
