Not true, to be honest.

There are currently 8 servants, not counting players who have two Servants, and 6 Masters with another on the way from my knowledge, which makes 7 masters. Meaning, we only need one more Master for everyone to have at least have one partner.

Edit: Annnnnd got Ninja'd by Guy >:L ...MEANIE!
Speaking of Masters, I think we have an appropriate amount if we wish to begin the RP. Just need people to pair up, and I'll finish writing up the opening post.
@William "Quick Disks" Ellis: I'd say that they are accepted. VEEEERRRRRRRYYYYY suspicious-looking, but accepted~

@Amarita: Very interesting... reminds me of Souichirou a bit, which I kind of like. Looking forward to seeing where this goes; accepted!

As for the location of the area where the war is being taken place, it's a land that can't be found on the map and where no one hero has stepped foot upon until now due to the instructions that The Overseer sent out. So no territorial boosts for those looking for a sudden boost in prowess~ It's a made up place in a made up location, don't judge me, alright?! ;-;
I just wake up, and there appears to be a lot of discussion. o.O Man, I should sleep more often than I usually do. ^_^''

Gimme a minute to respond to things appropriately... and clear my head with some morning coffee, since again, just waking up.
@LaXnyd:

Alright, I like the concept and I like how she has a disability of being in the wheelchair. Makes a lot of things interesting. My only two big complaints are the fifth field, and the martial arts. Take the latter out entirely, since I don't see it being necessary at all on her considering her magecraft capabilities. As for the fifth field, there needs to be some restrictions as to what can be halted, since time-stopping powers are a bit... well, they're overwhelming.

However, I'm also taking into consideration that your character is crippled, so I'm going to come with a compromise since she has quite a few restrictions as is. The field will have full effect on inanimate objects (bullets, arrows, cars, thrown stuff, etc.) and non-magical entities (such as animals, normal humans, and weaker humanoid masters). Against the likes of Servant caliber normal weaponry, I will say that they will only be slowed but not completely halted since their weaponry are on another level. Servants within the field will be slowly reduced, but you wont be able to have control over their actions, they will only be hindered unless the Servant is an extremely weak one. Servants with high enough magic resistance can and may just straight up bypass this, otherwise other Servants will be slowed to some degree giving your character at least some time to react.

I believe this is quite fair considering the fact that your character is literally stuck in a wheelchair, but if there are complaints from others, I will listen to them and possibly take them into account.

Sorry if it wasn't obvious to me, but I read it as that the fifth field works on all entities. If that's not the case, then just ignore this post, but remove the martial arts; if it is the case, then once those changes are made, then I will say that they are accepted.
Sorry for the constant prodding there by me, but I wanted to make him more balanced as I can. >_<

Nonetheless, with those changes he's accepted!
Hmm... Well, the other reason I suggested the Endurance reduction is because his skills as an Assassin are hidden as well due to his unique Presence Concealment, and allowing him far more diversity than any other Assassin would since he can be unknown. I wanted there to be a feel of more-risk = more-reward feel to him like a normal Assassin would, however since I know who he is, this is a different case compared to other Assassins.

Alright, well, I suppose lowering his Luck to E rank would work, but I would also like to lower his mana down one rank to D, forcing him to rely more upon his Master for mana than himself. He retains his durability and offense, but he will have to play cleverly like an Assassin should, utilizing his skills wisely or he would be found out if he makes mistakes.

How does this sound?
In Regards to Fish of Oblivion's Assassin:

Alright! Since there has been some concerns among the players, I've decided to look into this matter more deeply myself!

In regards to True Assassin, I'm a bit with BB on this. I personally believe his stats were similar to Fate/Zero Assassin at first, but due to Self-Modification and his Delusional Heartbeat NP, he was able to absorb some of Lancer's Strength and intelligence, hence the reason his statistical rank is higher than Fate/Zero Assassin if they're all meant to be the 'same' person, but with different skills. I'd assume if he were to devour more Servant hearts, he'd probably grow stronger in those ranks as well, and possibly his agility as well, but the odds of that happening would be fairly low.

Now, back towards Fish's Assassin, since there are a few complaints, I suggest we lower a few stats subtly: reduce his Endurance to C, and his Luck to D, or even E Rank. He's a tad squishier, but he still retains that hidden offense like an Assassin should, and he would also have the strange odd rule that all Assassin's usually have extremely bad luck.

How does this sound to everyone?

Edit: Also, if I haven't mentioned this already, and those of you who have made the changes I requested via PM, then your characters are accepted and I'll update the Character List shortly.
@GuyYouWishYouDidntKnow & Psyker Landshark: I sent both of you PMs with some questions and some tweaks, but other than that, they will probably both be accepted~
@Tatsua: Marianne is accepted~!

Also, I decided to copy and paste the Overseer from the interest check thread so that people can get an idea of exactly who's calling the shots here! Beware the stylishness that he holds within his hands!

As a side note, the introduction from the interest check has been added to the first post here as a means of backstory and to give players an idea of how different this Fate RP is compared to others.

  • Class: Overseer!

  • Master: The Holy Grail

  • Alias: The Overseer, Protector, or Kalameet (He made the name up off of the top of his head) as he tells people.

  • Gender: Male

  • Height/ Weight: Unknown

  • Alignment: Unknown

  • Appearance at all times: Stylish!

  • Personality: Friendly, yet cynical; calm, yet hyper; heartwarming yet fear-inducing. Just a few terms to describe the Overseer that the Holy Grail has created to find its one true bearer. Kalameet doesn't seem to care too much for the casualties of this war, but instead seems as if he wishes to test those who dare to uptake the challenge and claim the Holy Grail. He will do whatever it takes to ensure that someone worthy is chosen... even if it means making things far more difficult than they were ever meant to be.

  • Stats: (From E to A+, E being the worst, A+ being the highest)

  • Strength: A

  • Endurance: A+

  • Agility: A+

  • Magical Energy: A++ (Normally it would not be this high, but due to the Holy Grail as his Master, he has tremendous amounts of energy.)

  • Luck: B

  • Class Abilities:

  • Magic Resistance (EX): While he has a naturally strong Magic Resistance, it has been elevated even further thanks to the Holy Grail.

  • Personal Skills:

  • Revelation (-): A skill that Kalameet was given due to his unorthodox nature. An instinctual-like skill, Revelation is an ability that allows him to always see the right path. The 'truth' of the world and its future can said to always be seen with his eyes.

  • Saint (-): While Kalameet himself doesn't particularly believe that this skill should be associated with him, he was given this skill thanks to the unclear legends and myths surrounding him. This particular ability grants him an increase in recovering from his wounds.

  • Riding (EX): The Overseer, due to his true purpose and his great status, is capable of riding and operating anything, even beyond their normal capabilities and raising them to something of a divine level. The truest reason for this skill is still unknown, only that it ties to his true identity, and can be related to how powerful of a rider he is compared to his siblings.

  • Noble Phantasms: Unknown as of now.

  • Edit: Decided to edit some stuff stat wise considering the Holy Grail is his Master, and to express how bad of an idea it would be to get on his bad side.
