Current @Spirit me too friend, me too. @Rin, oh, so you meant that..... that would certainly be great. If FGO does gather enough people, it'd be great to play the novels again

@Rin Are we just not counting FGO USA? Or do you mean like a full release of all the content on the Japanese version? lol

Then I like her even more. And now I am craving some tacos. :v

Liking your character because she likes tacos.

As long as it isn't from Taco Bell and actual tacos, that is.
Sure, I shall wait. I'm gonna be busy today, anyway.
So, well, firstly to introduce myself.

I am GrafRoy Zeppeli, but you can just call me Roy. 20 years old. Colleged Student. Massive weeaboo. Overthinker and producer of many ideas that often don't lift off the ground.

I don't wanna jinx this, though. So, I'm just gonna go ahead and explain my idea, heavily influenced by manga and anime lemme warn you.

You met him in a cliche way. Perhaps bumping into him as you were running late for school with some bread in your mouth. Perhaps he saved you from some other men harassing you. Or perhaps he simply helped you pick up your glasses.

It was a fateful meeting, though, one that would change your life forever.

Mainly because the guy was in charge of protecting earth against the forces of evil, and you were roped into that as well.

You became the heroine of the story.

He battled bravely against the forces of evil with his supernatural powers. He was hurt, beaten half to death and even captured and tortured, but he never stopped.

He even rescued you when you were kidnapped at some point by his rival, sacrificing his own arm to save you.

It was hard not to fall in love with him.

Once the fighting was over and he raised victorious over everybody else, you were to be wed.

It was a joyous occasion. Every friend you two made along the way, and even his rival, showed up to the wedding.

You thought you could never feel so happy again with him by his side.

Sadly, you were right.

It is hard to know when it all went awry. Perhaps it was when you started living together, or when your son/daughter was born, perhaps it was the fact that he seemed to miss his old glory days more than he could ever love you.

Divorce ensued, despite his saying he still loved you. You just couldn't put up with some manchild that couldn't grow mature and face the reality everyone else had to.

Now, he is trying to get you back. He is trying to change. He is trying to win your heart once again.

Even if it already belongs to somebody else, he'll do what he best does. Fight against the odds and rise victorious.

I got this idea after watching things like Gurren Lagann or Naruto.

In a modern setting, with a hero in charge of saving the earth, would they really be able to leave their glory days behind to settle down and raise a family?

Given the personality of many shonen heroes, I say 'NAY!'. Leaving behind the adrenaline and excitement of life-risking battles to pay taxes isn't exactly the best.

So, I want to know if anyone would like to take on the paper of the ex-wife of this particular shonen hero-turned-salaryman as he tries to win the heart of their beloved back.

I'd like this to include several things, though. Per example, a kid by which the two will be forced to see each other, when picking them up or otherwise, or another love interest (the rival could be a good twist), perhaps even a secret admirer on the hero's side that makes the ex-wife feel uncomfortable.

I dunno, really. Most details should be discussed between the two of us if someone actually is interested in this.

So... any takers?

@sakurasan You can have more than one kind of magic, yes, but as a student you can't master 'em all. As a teacher, you are a master of at least two kinds of magic.

@Zombehs cool character bruh.

No, but seriously, Runik is accepted. He is actually plenty similar to another character for this same setting, tho not as extreme.

Go post him in the character tab and then IC whenever you want.

@TheHangedMan Then, shall I wait until you are done with the portrait.
It is. And I don't mind at all.

Also, you only need the name of the familiar and a pretty incantation, as long as it asserts the fact that you want your familiar there.

E. G. 'I summon you, Gall! '
Sakura Aoba

The girl started kind of... well, panicking. Well, that was to be expected. Aoba had scared her out of her mind yesterday. It was an expected reaction but, again, Aoba felt his heart break some more because of that.

He noticed it since yesterday, but the girl had not uttered a word for as long as Aoba had, err, talked with her?

Was she mute or something?

His face reflected his questions and doubts, but he decided to ignore the elephant in the room for now. Often times, it was the best thing to do.

The slight tap on her own head did make Aoba want to stop her, though. Hell, he knew better than anyone what it was like to hurt oneself, even if it was only through not eating, so it didn't leave a good taste of mouth for the girl to be doing that just because she was trying to say it was her fault.

Again, Aoba mostly ignored it, despite the fact that anyone with enough experience could probably read his face as clear as any one open book.

The small smile in her face made Aoba a bit more relaxed though, the tension on his shoulders suddenly disappearing and him letting out a relieved sigh.

Rikka then squated down and started writing something in the dirt. Her name and what she was looking for.

She stood up again and started making an air guitar with her hands, and then started playing, well, the air guitar.

Aoba scratched the back of his head as he thought.

"Ah. I-I'm Aoba Sakura. It's nice to meetcha." The boy shrugged a bit and his smile grew wider.

Yes, that last one he did not stutter as much.

"B-But well, it is kinda hard to lose a guitar. They are, well, damn big." The boy cursed himself and his sailor mouth. At least it wasn't something like 'f*ck' or something. "Are you sure you lost it around here? C-Can I help?"

The boy did seem concerned. Both for the guitar of the girl and for the fact that his stomach was about to growl any minute now. It was going to be ginormous, practically like a whale calling for its mate, and it was going to sound right when the girl was talking, or well, signing. He was just sure of it.

He'd feel like running, like the girl did yesterday, but he was going to withstand the shame. With some luck, the girl would be deaf as well and wouldn't be able to hear his stomach.

A horrible thought, but one that would keep his dignity intact.

@liferusher
Yep, but we will meet the teachers AAAAND the teacher characters will give us a short review of what they taught during their classes after we jump from there, so it doesn't end up being irrelevant.

I'm looking at you guys @Musoka, @neogreggory, @Light
