Hiroshi is a shortstack that clocks in at about 5’2’’ and 115 lbs. His face isn’t as ridden with acne as someone his age could be, much to his relief, but it’s still noticeable.
His outfit consists of a zipped up green track jacket, a light green mouth mask, swirly eyed goggles, a normal hat, a pair of black jeans, and long leather gloves. Unpictured: elbow pads, kneepads, and matching yellow sneakers.
Personality: Hiroshi is an honest and hardworking, but easily worked up young nerd with a bit of a one track mind. He’s not exactly a jerk, at least he isn’t one on purpose, but he can be blunt with people and doesn’t really try to sugarcoat his words. Although he does try to speak respectfully most of the time, at least until he’s been particularly ticked off. At that point he’s willing to verbally tear into you. He’s not a fan of violence either, but since superheroics tend to involve it he tries to keep injuries to a minimum. Again, at least until he’s been really ticked off. A few ways to do that are to disturb his (very meticulously crafted, he’ll have you know) time schedules, attempt to cheat, or to poke fun at his family.
Equipment: When he’s suited up he carries a yo-yo, a frisbee, and a couple of hand sized rubber balls on his belt as his “weapons.”
Abilities:Telekinesis: With his SUPER POWERED MIND, Hiroshi can lift and move up to six objects at a time. However, he can only affect objects up to his own weight (115 lbs), and even then that requires his utmost focus to keep it up. Moving specific objects inside something (like a nail in a board or someone's limbs) requires about the same effort.
Skills:
Time Gauging: Hiroshi is eerily good at guessing what time it is, how much time has passed since something, how long it’ll take to do something, and how much time is left to do something. He insists it’s all guesswork, but it’s not a stretch to think it could somehow be a form of precognition. Or it could just be a natural product of making on the dot schedules.
Piano: Hiroshi is actually pretty good at playing the piano, and if he weren’t so focused on becoming a doctor he could potentially learn to be a proper musician. As it stands now, though, it’s entirely a stress relief hobby.
Brief Backstory: Hiroshi was brought up in a hard working family that had a few rough patches getting by, but nothing that wasn’t manageable. Growing up, Hiroshi was firmly taught the importance of hard work and perseverance so he wouldn’t abuse his powers in the wrong ways. He’s stuck by this principle no matter what, and it’s crafted him into a hardworking and studious type so he can become a doctor that can support his family. Even in the wake of his family being scammed and being saddled with a debt in the millions, Hiroshi has refused to use his powers immorally and has just worked even harder to keep his goal in sight. Money’s still tight, though, even with his older sister joining in the work force with two jobs. Not being able to stand this, and after reading about the scholarships he could potentially earn, he’s joined SUPER to help ease the financial burden, if even a little.
Oh alright, I can just lop off everything that isn't telekinesis then. He was originally just gonna have telekinesis anyway, but I was afraid he'd be a bit too squishy to last super long, at least as he is now. He can always just bulk up the hard way.
Haaaaaah. I felt really bad about trying to join this since I didn't really do anything to help Saikyou Hero from dying, but I've been really feeling this kid lately and wanted to use him. Here's a developing esper for you.
Name: Hiroshi Fujikawa

In the B-District of Megatropolis, Larson General Motors was in a bit of an uproar today, no doubt because of the earthquake that rudely jolted them all awake. As much as they would have loved to get a few more winks, something like that is just not something you go back to sleep from, and they all scrambled to make sure everything was alright. By the time they managed to get themselves dressed properly, the announcement was going off and all eyes were on the first son of the family, who was less than enthusiastic about the whole thing. “Do I reeeeeeally gotta go fight bones?" he whined, "I mean, bones are hardly scary, and they did call for all the heroes to go for it, so in a huge crowd like that I’m not gonna stand out at all— BWAGH!”
Victor’s “get out of work” excuse was promptly cut off by his irate sister kicking him out the door. He stumbled out and looked back inside with a groan and complained, “C’mon Charlotte it’s way too early in the morning to fight giant monsters…” None of this seemed to breach the serious-faced, arm crossed young lady standing in the doorway. “It’s too early to go to an evacuation shelter too, but look at what we’re doing now!” she threw her hands in the air, exasperated, to drive her point home, and then folded them again. “You’re the one who wanted to be the hero, Vic, are you even taking this seriously?” Her expression softened a bit as she spoke, apparently meaning it as an actual question instead of simply being annoyed at his less than heroic attitude.
Apparently her question hit a little too hard at home for him, shifting his expression from “pathetic” to “slightly offended.” Taking her words to heart, Victor simply stood up straight with a sigh, his hands finding his way to his belt whereupon he pressed all four of the buttons at once. The lights on his bracelets blinked on and the young man turned to his sister with a renewed smirk of confidence. “Please, of course I’m serious,” he held his right arm out diagonally in front of him while the other rested bent up a little at his side, “Like I said, I just don’t like sharing the stage if I’m not the lead role. But if you insist…” His arm shifted its way across as he spoke, and following that he thrust his right arm up and across to complete the pose.
“Henshin!”
The light on his belt flashed on and his suit quickly phased in over him, transforming him into Common Rider V. Immediately after doing so, he headed for his bike and started it up. Apparently satisfied with his brother’s change of heart, Charlotte gave him some words of encouragement as he sped off towards the border.
As the mountain of bones and walking snake skeletons (sneletons?) eventually became visible, a sense of relief washed over him. “Oh thank god, it really is just bones.” he thought aloud, “...Can't just be bones, though, right? They're probably weak, but we can spend all day fighting them...” And just as that thought occurred to him, Taiichi's magic email popped into his head. May as well give it mind read, he figured.
…From what he could tell, it was talking about working together to form a plan. As much as Victor loathed the concept of losing potential headline status, he wasn’t so stubborn as to deny that there was simply too many sneletons to handle on his own. Plus, somebody had to be controlling them all somehow. If they could crack the earth and move a literal mountain of skeletons into action, Victor feared he wouldn’t be able to take them for long in a fight. Succumbing to the logic of the situation, Victor dialed in to the Master of Business Administration. @tanderbolt
Appearance: Victor stands at 5’10’’ and a slightly wiry frame. His hair is gelled back in a style he thinks looks rather stylish. He typically wears polo shirts and long, thick jackets that extend past his waist. In this case, it’s so he can hide the rather conspicuous belt he wears around his waist almost all the time. In addition to the belt, he wears two bracelets that are linked to the belt.
Personality Victor is a guy that acts as though he can take on the world and more, and follows through on it with an air of confidence. He’s not humble in the slightest and makes it very clear he’s going to make the world know his name, especially to villains and especially when he’s in front of a crowd. One of his number one priorities for heroics is looking good in front of one, at that. Hubris aside he’s not a hero just because it’ll make him famous. He’s honestly a decent guy and genuinely does want to protect people from harm, especially if it means making criminals face the music. Unfortunately, for all his talk about “taking the world by storm” he’s honestly a bit (really) intimidated by enemies that happen to be out of his league. Especially if they gain the edge over him.
Powers: Witness… my Henshin!: When transformed into Common Rider, Victor’s physical capabilities are greatly increased, giving him Peak Human Strength and Speed. His durability doesn’t change, though, and it’s only thanks to his suit that he’s able to absorb damage that could easily break a normal human. His stamina doesn’t change either, so he can only keep going for as long as a normal human can as well. Incidentally, the suit is lined with rubber, making him resistant to electricity.
Weapons:
Motorcycle: Drives one of these babies. Sometimes he might use it to ram into something if he has to, but he otherwise likes to leave it out of the fight because getting another or fixing it up requires MONEY.
V-Driver: The belt around Victor’s waist. Pressing all four of the gray buttons at once activates the henshin sequence and can only be started if Victor does the correct gestures. The two buttons on the left activate a finisher for Victor himself while the two on the right activate a finisher for his weapons.
V-Batons: Two metal batons that can be used together in a few different ways. Runs on rechargeable batteries to do combinations.
V-Batons: Just using them separately as a pair of dual clubs.
V-Pole: Attaching them together on the flat end of the batons links them together for a weapon with longer reach.
V-Spear: Adding onto the previous combo, twisting one of the batons causes a retractable spear tip to pop out and fold open.
V-oomerang: And adding onto that last combo, twisting the batons and pulling them apart at the same time activates a short link that can lock the batons into the shape of a boomerang. Return is not guaranteed if thrown.
Fighting Style: Victor fights at close range given that his batons still don’t have that much range overall. He typically prefers using his weapons, but he can get down and dirty with his hands and feet if he has to. Either way he’s not very skilled at fighting at all, and tends to just swing, jab, kick, etc. with very little, if any, finesse.
Signature Moves: Rider Kick: What is a Common Rider without a kick? Victor presses down the appropriate buttons and sends energy down to one of his feet. From there he gets a running start and does a high jump kick down onto the enemy. Tends to cause explosions after a delay.
Rider Punch: Kicks aren’t always an option, so after pressing the appropriate buttons he just sends the energy up to one of his hands. From there it’s just a matter of jumping and punching the enemy really hard. Also tends to cause explosions after a delay.
V-Slash Wave: After pressing the correct buttons, energy is sent into Victor’s batons. How exactly he performs the move depends on the circumstances, but the constant is that it sends out a wave of cutting energy into the enemy. Is just as explosive after a delay.
For the past two generations, Common Riders have defended the streets of Megatropolis from crime and tyranny. Victor’s grandfather, Tom, and a small group of his friends started it as an ordinary biker gang looking keep the streets safe for their loved ones. His mother, May, carried on their spirit as their age caught up to them, and with the help of Victor’s father, Henry, they developed the first Common Rider suits to better fight against more powerful foes. Even after they had kids, they continued fighting for a world they can peacefully live in.
Victor and his sister Charlotte admired their parents growing up and both expressed interest in becoming the next Common Rider (for Victor, it was if he hadn't become a successful actor yet). They weren’t exactly keen on letting their kids face the same dangers they did, but they didn’t discourage them either. Said dangers finally caught up to them when Victor was in middle school. An old enemy of his parents, Zapper, started wreaking havoc on the city, apparently much stronger than he was in the past. Victor’s parents went out to fight him like normal, but both sides ended up severely injured. Victor’s father was left crippled in a wheelchair while Victor’s mother wasn’t lucky enough to come back in any state from her injuries. Zapper, on the other hand, seemed to have fate on his side and managed to escape without a trace.
With Victor’s father unable to walk and his grandfather too old to fight anymore, the Common Riders were no more… Well, that is until a few months ago. Zapper was reported to be active again and Victor didn’t want to simply leave it to someone else to bring him in after what he did. His sister agreed to this sentiment and together they convinced their dad to help them develop an all new belt for Victor, thus creating a new Common Rider.
Common Rider V.
He fights for justice.
For vengeance.
…And to get popular.
What, did you think he was gonna give up acting to become an avenger of justice? His secondary objective after dealing with Zapper is to ride the waves of popularity into stardom. If he can’t find work properly, he’s decided that his second best option is to build popularity as a hero, and when the time is right reveal himself to the public to hopefully receive work (or at the very least adoring fans).
Skills: Victor is actually fairly good at acting, though at times he tends to get hammy with his roles. He’s also fairly good at dirt biking, having given it a run for a couple years, and tries to translate it over to his ordinary bike whenever he has to ride it into danger.
Weaknesses: Victor is still just a normal human being beneath his suit. His suit is basically just a means to strengthen him, so the moment he can’t use it he’s just a guy with a bike. His own stamina is an issue as well, so being worn out too soon is a big deal if he hasn't been effectively scared off from a fight. His own mental fortitude is rather weak as well, so he's very susceptible to any mental or psychic attacks.
Nemesis: Zapper, for obvious reasons. (I can make a sheet for him if you need me to.)

Alright... I was really hoping I could hurry up and play the catch up game here after a hella long time away, but I'm committing into something that'll take a lot of time and energy out of me. I don't think I'd be able to play in RPs in addition to working on it, as much as I'd like to, so I'm afraid I'm just gonna have to drop out of this RP.
Sorry if this messes up any sorta rooming developments or anything.
