Physical Appearance
She stands at about 175cm or around 5'8" with a very well built body from all the work around the workshop, a veritable slab of muscle. There are burns all over her body from the years of working, and there are dark bags under her eyes that never seem to go away. Her clothings are whatever she feels comfortable in, which usually means a body suit and her usual baggy workers pants with all her tools.

Biography:
"Ah these?" Her father readjusted the picture book, bringing it closer to her face. "These are warriors of old, that protect their lands and people."
Life, was not fair. Ever since she was born, she knew that to some extent. But it was her life, and as long as she did not do anything stupid, her life was relatively fine. Her father's workshop was doing alright, with a relatively good amounts of people bringing in their machines to be repaired, worked on, adjusted, etc. A wide variety of objects from small electric cookers, to vehicles, to the occasional mobile workers. Inevitably she started to gain an interest in machines, and started working for her father in the workshop, looking for destroyed parts on Venus itself, or even buying them off people who do not know where to throw old broken down machines.
"You found it, have you?" His grizzled face did not have anger on them, as she feared, but rather a nolstalgic look as he turned on the light, revealing the machine. "I made a promise to your mother once, that we'd go for a cruise one day, all around Venus, and just enjoy the sights. Heh, stupid, but I can't really deny it had a certain feeling to it."
It was the frame of an old fighter plane, stripped down, and being rebuilt for her father's purposes, hidden in the recesses of their workshop by all the other usual junk. She knew it was mostly just a pipedream, for no one could really fly it now, and they would just as likely to be shot down as a pirate if they were found out by the military. A pipe dream, but she still did help her father with it.
"Why!? He had done nothing wrong! Someone... someone please help!"
Life was unfair.
She had lived her life trying not get on the law's bad side, and her father did too. They had hurt no one, kept clean of drugs or alcohol, and worked only on things her father was sure of their legitimacity. Yet still was her father taken, punished for crimes she knew he did not commit. The law separates the man from the beast, but what happens when even following the law the man was punished?
Sam had no idea, but she did know what she wanted to do now. Closing down the workshop, and turning to alcoholism to cope, she started working on her father's plane with renewed vigor, for her final revenge.
Skills and Abilities
Instinctive:
She was a person that trusts her gut instincts a lot. Whether it be on working on machines, fighting off the occasionall mugging, or even just picking out the right bolt to take out first, her instincts had rarely failed her before. Often she reacts before she could even think about it, though that may not always be for the better.
Strong Willed:
Her resolve, first strong, then strengthened more by her father's... disappearance. To say she was willful was an understatement; once she gets her head into something, she was unlikely to let go, back down, or change her mind. It would take far more than just torture or threats to break her will.
Tech Savant:
She was not learned at all like the usual people that researches mobile workers and mobile suits, and she probably would not be able to tell you which part was named what. But what she can do was rig functional machines out of even scraps if she had the proper parts or proper replacement parts that can replace those functions. Or perhaps even rig up addons to existing machines. It may not be as reliable as properly tested machines and things from the proper R&D department, but it will work.

Self explanatory, handy for handling smaller parts and repairing delicate things inside of bigger machines.
Blastproof bodysuit:
These... happens a lot more frequently than one might think. That she only has burns on her body instead of having mechanical limbs was proof these were effective. Note the body suit is only blast proof and not blast immune. Explosions larger than the standard engine misfire, overstressed parts etc. tended to give off larger pieces of shrapnel and more powerful decompression effects.
Strengths and Weaknesses
For all intents and purposes, Sam is nothing but a colony mechanic, and while she was no idiot, she also had no proper training, or drilling for proper military tactics, maneuvers, etc. Her combat skills in a mech would only be considered average with perhaps only her movement skills being above average. Without parts, and the basic concept of what those parts do, she wouldn't be able to really develop any real technology, and while she can make a mech from scratch it still needed a proper workshop for her to do her work.
What she does have however, was almost suicidal resolve when going into battle, the willingness to put herself in a death machine and the insane maneuvers she can perform due to that. The overtuned death trap that was the Interceptor Custom was proof of that.

Unit Appearance
A relatively small fighter plane painted red, it has two blades stored on clamps on top of its wings, as well as having two manipulator arms on the bottom. Other than the boltgun strapped onto its bottom, it looked like a typical mundane fighter plane.
Technical Details
Accommodation: Forwards cockpit with two seats for a pilot and co pilot. Features flowery patterned comfy seats. No fancy screens for viewing, with only a reinforced glass canopy.

Equipment and Design Features:
Plasteel Frame and Plates
Lightweight metal used for armor, though she wasn't thinking of protection, but the absolute minimum of weight. While it was enough for environmental protections and the high speeds maneuvers it can perform, it can at most take a few shots, though the curved nature of its plates does help in deflection, though not to be relied on.
Surround Vernier System
Verniers and thrusters are installed on the aircraft to maximize and allow for movement in any direction. The wings are rendered redundant in this instance considering it will fly without one. Due to this system the machine can achieve astonishing acceleration and speedy turns. Unfortunately,while the machine is perfectly equipped to handle that much stress, only the suicidal would even dare pilot such a beast, considering the sheer amount of stress on the pilot this places.
Manipulator arms
Crudely attached arms, with their parts ripped from another CoolTe, enabling better item manipulation and grappling if need be. Folded under the wings.

Handheld Armaments
Vengeance
A dual set of curved blades around 7 meters long, made from all the liten metal she could gather, edged with fine carbon nanotube to maximize sharpness. The only real thing she put a lot of effort into on this contraption. Stored by placing it on two metal clamps on top of the wings.
Fixed Armaments
Modified Boltgun
A crude weapon strapped to the bottom of the plane, modified to shoot smalled projectiles with greater force and at a faster pace. Still suffers from inaccuracies, though it will penetrate better due to greater force behind them as well as having a smaller faster projectile. Bonus of making the gun a bit lighter due to the smaller projectiles.No on the fly reloading, needing a mechanic to physically replace the magwell. 150 rounds.
Strengths and Weaknesses
A machine designed solely to fly and and destroy, neglecting even the most basic of safety measures for the pilot. There was no limiter or dampening systems to combat intense G-force, the thrusters while reliable and unlikely to blow up, tended to heat up the entire plane the longer and harder they operate, the canopy was just reinforced glass, and the armor of the plane wasn't great to say the least. The entire design speaks of suicide, with even the gun not having a reload mechanism.
But, while the plane, and the pilot lasts, it gives unparalleled speeds and accelerations, as well as a huge potential for damage as long as the ammo lasts, and the blades remain intact.
Technical History
It was an old fighter plane, older than even the last seen fighter planes during the pirate uprising. Perhaps it saw action during the wars on Earth, perhaps it was simply a plane used for parades during peace times, but whatever this particular plane was, the faded markings on it clearly identified its designation as 'FD Interceptor MKII'.
Recovered during a Martian expedition, it was originally slated to be displayed as a museum piece until a wealthy collector bought it for his private collection. The old collector, however, did not live for very long after that, and his son, with no appreciation of the antique, sold off his collections, the plane being sold to a junker which just so happened to be Samantha's father.
Originally it was meant to be restored albeit without the weapons system as part of a promise to his wife, with the cockpit first modified to use a comfortable floral printed sofa chair, and a nice foam upholstery installed. When Sam's father was taken however, she instead modified it to be a tool for her vengeance, to be the beast of war it once was. A beast of war, to roar once last time, in both it and its maker's swan song.
