@Azakma Accepted.

And there are three more character slots before I close the rp for now.
@Trevor1001 Can I ask you to pad out your sign-up a bit? I myself personally know what Edward can do, but other players might need a bit of clarification on him, okay?
@HHShetland Well, I'm okay on silly characters as long as they can somehow contribute to the RP I guess. Dizzy was more the exception than the norm since her player seemed to know exactly what he was going to get into and acknowledged the consequences. But yeah, no more Dizzy-like characters from now on. ^^.
@Flamelord Actually, your apparent ballerina WAS noticed. Especially since if children could come into a bar like that, they'd be something like a wealthy rich kid who employs a Terminator-esque maid or two really screwed in the head murder twins. And also every PC character in the bar was being talked to so I thought it was okay not to do too much specific things at once. Sorry if it seemed like I was ignoring you.

@Dead Cruiser Pretty much what GG and Lug said.
Looking at what spilled out from the bag, Sakie's face blanked out before she went into a quiet panic, fidgeting this way and that with her eyes darting about the place. Shaking as she tried to figure out how to help the girl without being all that pushy, the rushed cook simply made her way over after pushing her chef's hat comically over her eyes so she couldn't see anything and bent down to help the girl pick up her spilled ofuda. Even without her sight, her hands alone easily picked the spilled paper seals due to their honed sensitivity and sense of touch, which seemingly drew her fingers over to the papers like a magnet did metal. "H-here you go!" Sakie stuttered even as she held out a splayed hand of ofuda like she was showing a deck of cards before sliding it together into one regular "deck" like she was in a casino before handing it over to the girl. With her hat still hiding her eyes in a very silly manner.
@Comrade Doge Yeah, pretty much. Yellow Flag is a bar in Roanapur at least.
Roanapur

The tense silence continued on for a bit longer before the scarred woman gave a dark smile, waving her hand while regarding what appeared to be a giant bean wearing glasses. The guns in the immediate vicinity were uneasily holstered, though the snipers peering through their scopes had their sights trained on the Overlord's rather showy glowing eyes. Any sudden moves from the guy would result in armor piercing rounds being fired. Her eyes sweeping the surroundings and taking in yet more arrivals to the bar including that of a particularly small girl that reminded her of certain... children, the Russian finally spoke. "That would be interesting. This pirate den has already stolen quite a bit from the surrounding areas, from places with tech bases that are at odds with ours. Someone who could show us how it works would be a boon." Still, the woman wasn't that foolish. She would see how much benefits could be reaped through.... mutual cooperation, while keeping a close eye on the seemingly affable thing in the future should they work together.

Taking in another drag of nicotine stick, the Russian pondered for a bit before taking in the rather motley crew standing in front of her before narrowing her eyes. "And also... you seem to be important pieces in His game if you were brought here in such a way... You poor fools..." Audibly smirking now as she looked the villains over, the crime boss then smiled cruelly. "Yes, the Viewer has a vested interest in you all. The Being who created the City... And the one who brought hundreds of different fragments of the various dimensions together into giant sprawling birdcage... And the one who brought everyone, including you all, into this place. Hopefully you entertain Him more than the last lot."

Mahora

"Damn, no rope..." Muttering under his breath as no one helped him tie up the psycho, Ranma muttered under his breath before glaring at the guy under his grip. "You try shooting up stuff again and I'll knock you out." Getting off the vastly bigger man, the lean martial artist then slowly followed the various people that were congregating about the train cars while giving those staying further away a brief glance. The giant garbage truck, that took more than just a second of his time as he stared dully at it. "...Okay, that's... new..."

Just when enough people were close enough to the carts did someone finally come out: a teenage girl of Chinese descent and mannerisms clad in a qipao. "Hello, dear guests. Would you like to try out a bit of my humble Chao Bao Zi's menu before we discuss why you've been brought here? Or would you rather get straight to the point and find out why you've been transported to an utterly exotic place such as this?" Fanning herself and hiding her mouth, the cheerful looking girl giggled a bit, finding it fun as always to be the person who had all the answers. Glancing at the respective members of the group, she then nodded. "We can also adapt our cooking to meet most anyone's dietary needs, so don't be afraid to speak up about that. I, Chao Lingshen, am a consummate businesswoman among other things. Such things are no trouble.~"

For his part, Ranma shot the girl a dour look before pulling out a chair and sitting down. "Give me some fried rice, extra large. I ain't much tactful, so I'll let the others question ya. They prolly know how to word things better than me, so they'll get things done better." When said platter of requested food came out in the blink of an eye piping hot and steaming, the boy almost facefaulted at how quick it was before cautiously prodding at it. After all, he's been hit with his fair share of drugs and poisons, especially in food. Finally trying a bite and ready to spit it out if necessary, he froze at just how good it was before scarfing it down in his usual manner, the party sized plate disappearing down his gullet at a speed which was quite frankly, rather ridiculous. If anything, the girl's Cheshire Cat-like grin grew even larger at this.
@Comrade Doge Jake Lawton's accepted. Also, there's no map as of yet, partly because I wanna surprise people who will be exploring. Just two known locations so far: people of heroic qualities and those of a lighter shade of gray get transported to Mahora, which is a seemingly deserted school campus. Those with darker leanings and outright villains get transported to Roanapur, which is basically a city full of modern day pirates and bandits.

@Invisible Man Yeah, it is getting pretty big, eheh. Gonna cap it off once the Characters tab meet an even 30, so we don't get too swamped.

GM post incoming.
@Comrade Doge No, it's not too late at all. Whip up a character sheet, mate.
@HHShetland Indeed, the rp is still open and in its infancy, so you have a bit of time.

@ToadRopes Well, I'll accept her since you've accepted the consequences of such a character. ...And now I feel guilty since Dizzy is going to lose her innocence.
