In front of him was a SWAT car ready for their departure inside was 4 heavily armed police personal battered and tired. "Luka can you run something for me? Any info on the history of super villain attacks here?" Ross said stopping before stepping into the SWAT van.

"We can help you hold the laser along with a few of my men when the time calls." Preston said shaking the girls and the mans hands. "I need to go back to the air base for a few minutes now to get my steady handed people so don't mess anything up!" He said walking off towards the base.

The sky was now a purplish orange color with the sea just a mile or so off it was a beautiful afternoon with the sun barely reaching above the horizon and its streaks of lights faded darkness creeped in...

"HEY!!" A voiced called in the distance,"What are you guys doing to my vault!!!!" It called again closer. All of the sudden out of the tall dead grass a man app read out of it...just a single man. "What the FUCK is going on here! Why are you pointing a giant dildo looking thing at MY vault! Who are these...these degenerates around it to! And who are these assholes around the dildo." Rex said in an angry voice he was always cool headed but this this was something he couldn't stand. He had left his men camping after they all started to collapses from walking so long and so it was just him. A tall,pale,sunglass wearing,dirty black trench coat wearing,young man in the middle of something probably important.

"Do you even know what your doing!!!" He barked again after everyone went silent.

The Communist down south are all ghouls or the Rivercats are a all ghoul Faction. Other then that their is Kitty Hawk the capital where you could enlist in the ORB and go of and fight. We have a little to much characters in one place though.

"We have found no one has been trying to get her open anytime soon. Ole Linden found a small crack about foot or so long on her left side near the second 3. Other then that nothing else this here vault is strong and probably wasn't been open since it happened since the metal is all melted together I think. Don't worry miss we Crimson Wings have got a lot of spares for you if this thing ain't working and we have our mechanics that have to be careful if they are working on the Birds near the airfield. So yes we can help." He said reaching out his hand for a handshake.

"We're almost to the Vault!" Rex said to his men they were tired and sweaty from crossing rivers and streams to get where they were going. All while Rex had not even a single sweat droplet on him has they began to pick up pace. "We are in Crimson Wing territory they have Vertibirds and bombers still working around here so whatever you don't start a firefight...yet we pay the tolls if they ask and obey the laws until we get to the Vault. We should be their by tonight and once we open the vault this Wasteland is mine." He said walking on the trail while the men behind nodded in growled in agreement.

Near Vault 33

"I ain't paying no damn two times! I will give you the 1,000 caps promised and I will keep the workers another day to help the lifting and give ya what ya need but thats it. I think its fair!" Preston said to them. As two of his men were behind him holding M4 Carbines in agreement with Preston's comment.
