That depends on if someone claims it.

If it is not claimed, then it will not be hard to think of some excuse for why that area is not colonized. Unfriendly aliens? Tons of radiation? Little to no resources?

I personally like the idea that it has a race of its own, which is simply pushing back all attempts to move in.

Machines? If your race is mechanical, then I will allow them to have immortality and disease immunity, but machines have other major weaknesses that make up for that. Your race does not have the weaknesses of machines, and therefore it would be unfair to grant you their strengths.

Unless you plan on redesigning them as a completely mechanical race. Because even cyborgs have organic sections which can get sick, age, etc.

Will you be adding a "Namilee" dot to the map, or will we simply leave your fleet off the map altogether? And if you do place the Namilee on the map, will we be updating it regularly to show their current position?
