Glad to see this is still going ableit a little slowlyf. It's been too long for it to really make sense taking my character back up though. Besides which I kinda promised myself I was only coming back for DoD to keep my schedule as free as possible.

Thanks for the pointer Muttonhawk and I like your IC post! Looks like Ashley went for a party with what could be the last night of her freedom! Anyone can feel free to have a character join if they feel it would make sense.

I think we have a particularly good bunch of roleplayers this time around. Some very nice posts cropping up!

No intent to be rude I assure you and yeah. Muttonhawks ref seems to change every time I refresh (I've tested this theory) with some pretty cool pics (although the dancing cat remains the winner in my books). How is that done?

Phew... I am finally liberated of Mahz's cursed unicorns.

Anyway. I'm likely to have Ashley timeskip the next two days like Elite and Ra'reth in her next post so if anyone want's to be referenced as having dropped by during the two days it is probably best to mention they'll be doing so, why, and what they did so I can write them into it. I know Ashley is likely to invite anyone who does come out drinking and/or gambling... Doesn't just have to be the folks she invited directly as I am sure she will have put in where she is staying with the assembly for contact reasons so if anyone is inclined to get to know her or catch up with Ashley they are welcome.

"Well it'll be interesting to have a celebrity on board." Ashley said following Augusts statement. "Although that makes me wonder again about the nature of the missions we'll be taking on almost as much as the fact there are a number of species present. Maybe they want a fall guy if things go bad on a black op?" she speculated before hastily moving on, worried she might alienate the effeminate bounty hunter standing next to her.

"Anyway it looks as though people are starting to excuse themselves now so I might think about doing the same but all of you guys are welcome to swing by my ship any time you like if you can deal with the gas and the scum in Downtown where she's parked. I'll send the co-ordinates now. The Hummingbird is a real beauty and almost one of a kind and I reckon you guys'd probably appreciate her for what she is... Don'chu dare think about changing anything without my permission though. She's my baby and if I find so much a chip in the paintwork I'm liable to go ballistic." She continued momentarily fiercely defensive before relaxing once more. "But yeah. Feel free to swing by. Downtown isn't a bad place to look if your searching for anything the fuzz [i.e. police] might be trying to clamp down on."

Ashley nodded in approval at the loadout descriptions the other two provided and to agree with Coin.

"Yeah. The carbine isn't exceptionally powerful but the rate of fire is high enough to tear things up at close range and it is easy to carry which is my primary need with a main armament... I do prefer to have at least my sidearm and usually sneak it into places when I can, i have to play it safe with a bounty on my head, but this place has securty pretty tight and they got my handgun in no time. Speaking of this place what do you reckon they're doing gathering so many races like this? I've only ever seen this in mercenary companies and not usually the good ones."

Ashley raised an eyebrow at the new arrival. The fact he knew the gun showed he was at least a little more than a literally pretty face and the implication he had survived being hit by one intrigued her. "You've been hit by a Seburo C-X?" She enquired.

Ashley grinned as Coin extended some generous offers then very endearingly blushed as though she might have caused some offence by offering to work with Ashleys ability. Quite to the contrary Ashley was flattered that Coin would even offer to develop something for her and chuckled right back at Coin before responding jovially.

"That's quite the resumé Coin. The trouble when it comes to working out weapons for my abilities is that I can't actually move voluntarily whilst using them. It makes possessing conventional guns problematic in any kinda frontline firefight. My standard gear though is a Seburo lightweight setup. I use the Compact-Xploder handgun and, if I need something extra I take a MN EP-1 Carbine. Not great for heavy firefighting I know but it's what I can manage... Supposed I lied in respect to the C-X pistol being especially lightweight too. It's heavy to wield as handguns go but I love it."
