Well with her being a divinity of the Egyptian God Setesh I thought it would be more deathly instead of happy happy joy joy, if anything. While she could still have ordinary thoughts, no telepathic ability would really grab them. And if there was something still 'readable' it would probably cause a migraine of sorts similar to the effects of Disorder, causing the telepath to be forced to ignore it or block it out.
@Lekkuen I'm realizing some people have telepathic abilities, and would like to note something... While it is more of a request as it could be OP I guess... but being chaotic and in disorder, nothing is 'normal' a reading on Impulse would result in nothing. Not as in, she's immune, but... no thought patterns, blank, emptiness. Would that be too much?

Personality: Dice is always hyper and on edge, no matter what motion she becomes associated with it's usually the very end or passed the limit of of how far it can go, which is the reason why she tends to be overly excited all the time. She's always curious, excitable, upset-able, and surprise-able.

Anything that had recently died, still with flesh, a brain, and not controlled by anything else.
Note: Effects can city-wide and can only be used on ordinary human beings. Can affect grave sites with recently deceased (No walking skeletons). Those brought back have 2-3x their original strength but have no intellect, are ordinary, slow-fast walking zombies. Nothing is healed, their bodies merely reanimated.
Create havoc and chaos, defined as explosions, busting of glass, roads split, earthquakes rumble, fires burst from any flammable source, normal animals become wild and aggressive. Also cause slight 'zero-g' environments; not jump into space, but everything becomes a little lighter and travels further. This is her personal, natural power from herself. It is not just for causing havoc, but for the rest of its' abilities lie in non-combat roles.
Notes: Only breaks what is physically breakable by human kinetic force. If it is flammable easily (As a type of gas, unlikely for wood to just start burning), can be shattered, crumbled, etc. easily, it does. Bulk head doors, thick and solid concrete, bullet proof glass are examples of hardened material and do not get erupted during Disorder. Earthquakes are completely random and not able to be use in targeting, same as tornadoes from Chaotic Storms. Is city-wide but on small scales.
Creation of a City-wide storm that causes electrical storms, disturbances, heavy and fast winds, and multiple lightning strikes (Chance of creating derechos, tornadoes, water cyclones, and maybe even Supercell Tornadoes, depending on the location).
Ability to travel through solid surfaces through a specific type of focusing, i.e. can not 'phase through' a solid object being thrown at Dice at random. Also able to manipulate own body parts to other places within a certain range. i.e. producing her hand and arm out of a wall or the floor. (Must have seen the area to know its location) -- When striking her own staff with the body part. As a result of having this ability, Dice naturally floats, or hovers in the air. Another result allows her to 'blink' travel. The distance and amount of uses requires intense amount of power, an example of how much power needed is it is recommended only for her blink within half a mile at most. The farther she blinks, the less she can use it. The more of other powers she uses, the less she is allowed to use the blink travel. (Associate blink with teleport)

She has little to no physical strength in resistance or power. She relies heavily on her staff for most of her powers.
For most of her abilities, she uses a staff imbued by her father, Setesh. The Staff essentially uses abilities from her father, and she can manipulate what is used and how much power is used. But how much power is also taken from her Father. If she uses too much power, or uses too many of her abilities at once, her Father can choose to 'cut her off' from the source, leaving her with only her personal powers. EVERY power, except Disorder requires intense of amounts of power the wider it is used and the longer it is used. Even for a few minutes it takes incredible amount of power. Each day only one power can be used, excluding Disorder which may be used multiple times, and if attempting to use a single or multiple powers more than once, too long, or too wide, results in immediate cut off for the rest of the day.
No matter the emotion, she is always on the peak of it. If she is happy, she is as excited as humanly possible. If she's nervous, she's nearly to the point of crying. If she's saddened, she becomes suicidal. If she's scared, she will snap and probably go unconscious.
Weapons:
Created by Setesh and given to her when she was matured enough, the staff is a direct link to some of her Fathers power and abilities. It was given to her as a fail-safe and not a toy, in case of emergency as she is unable to physically fight for herself. The staff also can act as a shield or weapon for melee, giving her the ability to fight face to face with her attackers. The strength of the staff in physical use is as strong as needed. But as it was intended for defensive purposes, it is made sure to never break with Setesh' power, but not be able to break everything it hits. In the unlikely event that Setesh cuts Dice off from his power, the staff will still not break, but it will not hold the resistance it had before, basically able to prevent a powerful blow to her, but not allowing her to keep her footing.
Gear: Along with her simple skin-tight clothing, she likes keeping two pistols with her for normal combat.
Skills:High Precision, incredible agility, stupidly overconfident, with her powers and abilities, mostly because of who she comes from, she believes nothing bad will ever happen to her, and she will never have bad luck (Although she acts like she lives on bad luck), because her father is Setesh and if anything happens he will come to her aid. Contrary to the thought, Setesh' only impact on her life was her birth and the gift of the staff. He will truly never encounter her again, reasons why are unknown.

Although she kept off the radar, she has been through many professions (not any that increase her combat skills, just a more understanding of the world and its situation, also for fun).
But when the news came that there was a new main enemy to everyone, and a super team was being assembled to fight them back, Dice saw this as an opportunity to show off. Not to be 'good,' but she always wanted to get into new and crazy things. And fighting aliens may sound corny but for her it was something new to do and did not sound 'normal' to this 'modern day living.' Dice always loved change, which is the reason for her multiple different professions. She also thought it would be hilarious to think about how the conversation would go as 'I'm the daughter of the Egyptian god Setesh.'
Other: Dice has been alive for along time, but her aging is significantly different than the average human being. She is not, unfortunately immortal, and the lifespan of hers seeming to range to a max of 10,000 years at most. When she realized she was mortal and would only live for such a length of time, she has been known to keep her weaknesses and age a secret. When attempting to converse with her about life, illness, or otherwise similar, she tends to immediately become anti-social or run away. Due to her mental state, anything negative throws her off completely and she can not handle it.
