Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent looked over at Rutger, and then to Jamie. Strange how so little human contact could change a person. He had never decided to join a Guild, had never wanted to. But for some reason, these two people...why did they make him feel like this. Vincent felt his hair stand on edge when a wave of magical energy washed through the guild, and a third person appeared. He glanced over at him, and raised an eyebrow. A member of the Guild? Well, he didn't know what was going on either, so it seemed like everyone was scattered. "I'm Vincent." He said, putting his hands in his pocket. "And...if it is ok with the Master, I'm also looking to join the Guild." The statement shocked even Vincent, because this time, he was serious. He glanced over at Jamie, his eyes clear. "I want to see what it's like first hand to have comrades...maybe I can recover some of the humanity I've lost. I can't promise I'll stay, but I want to at least give it a try."

That and their personalities and interests are different. Lazarus and Gabriel's personalities are about the same, what mostly got to me was the interest in women.

Also that. Wow they are quite similar. And as their mentor said. Even if they both use ice magic, you create your own style to make it you. Or something like that.

That, and their appearance aren't exactly the same. But enough for me to look twice before fully distinguishing which one of the two guys I was looking at, but that's propbably just me. I'm just really amazed by how close the comparisons are if Heartless didn't see the full appearance, personality, and magic of Lazarus, the odds of it happening is really quite funny.

I literally thought about it at work today, as an angelic counterpart of Mirajane's Satan Soul. The chances are amazingly slim.

I read through HeartlessAngel's CS and it kept imagining Lazarus as I continued reading it. I seems like almost everything in the CS is about the same to Lazarus except for the history and magic which is slightly different. Even if Lazarus doesn't return from Edolas and Gabriel Faustus shows up, people wouldn't if noticed the difference and accidentally replace Lazarus with Gabriel lol So as indecisive I am about accepting to how funny the thought is, I still have to think about it. Because the similarities are just there for me when I read and I need time to think about what differences there are to really say yes or no

For some reason I keep thinking that Grane stabbed Mayt through the gut.

I just realize that CS has no appearance.... SO NO CHIBI!!!

So I gave in and decided to create this guy because I think he will be awesome! Name:"Angel of Light" Gabriel Faustus Age: 23 Magic: Takeover Magic: Seraph Soul Seraph Soul allows Gabriel to take on an angelic appearance, as well as use powerful Light Magic. It increases his speed and strength, while giving him a massive boost to his magic, and allows him to use the following Magic: Urteil Flügel (Judgement Wings): Gabriel is able to shoot razor sharp feathers from his wings, and then make them explode at will. Speer des Lichts (Spear of Light): Gabriel is able to summon a spear made of Light Magic. It is capable of being thrown, or used as a close range weapon. Hintergrund der Ruine (Light of Ruin): Perhaps Gabriel's most powerful attack. It is an attack of pure magic, released from Gabriel's entire body in the form of an intense light. It takes such a high amount of magic that it usually forces Gabriel out of Seraph Soul. Takeover Magic: Fallen Seraph Soul: A darkness that resides within Seraph Soul. Not even Gabriel knows of its existence. It's current magic capabilities are unknown. Magic Level: B History: The Faustus family is said to be descended from angels. Each child of the family has inherited powerful Light magic, but it is said that the child to inherit the fabled "Seraph Soul" Will be the child to return the family to its Angelic Roots. Gabriel was that child. When he was first born, he showed no signs of magic, even after intense training from his Father. It would be at the age of five that he would unleash the Seraph Soul for the first time. Amazed, his Father began to teach him how to control the powerful Magic, teaching him the secret lore of the Faustus Family. He was told that when he had fully mastered his magic, like every other member of his family, he would have to go out and join a Guild. And so, at the age of 20, he left his family and traveled the world, searching for a worthy Guild to join. Personality: Gabriel...is a womanizer. He loves women, and loves to be loved by them. He is quite suave and smooth, talking with a smooth tone. He is more than happy to buy women drinks, food, and what not. However, if he ever gets rejected by a woman, he tends to fall into a deep depression, usually going into a fetal position, and drawing circles on the ground with his fingers. However, despite these quirks, Gabriel is quite loyal, and puts the lives of his teammates above all else. Also, as an 'Angel,' Gabriel hates Dark Magic of any kind. When it comes to facing opponents, Gabriel becomes quite serious, never underestimating his opponents. He takes every fight seriously, especially when with others, and will actually, intercept attacks aimed at bystanders or teammates. Team Members: None Three Strengths: 1. Information Gathering: Due to his womanizing ways, Gabriel can attain information from women using his skills. 2. Gabriel is incredibly friendly, making him easy to get around with. 3. Gabriel has access to powerful Magic he can use in battle. Three Weaknesses: 1. Gabriel's Womanizing ways can get him into trouble. If an enemy tries to seduce him and catch him off guard...it would probably work. 2. Pride: Gabriel takes incredible pride in his heritage, and because of this, can look down at those who use Dark Magic. 3. Bleeding heart: Because of his bleeding heart, Gabriel is willing to take attacks aimed at others, which can cause him serious harm. Greatest Love: Women Motivation: To ascend to become a true Angel Appearance: Regular: Gabriel has shoulder length white-blonde curly hair, and chocolate brown eyes. He has a fair complexion with a slim, tall build. He wears a white double-breasted trench coat with black lapels that is fastened by four buttons on either side, as well as a black belt with a large buckle around his waist, slightly baggy white pants, and white boots with furry black liners. Seraph Soul: Gabriel does not change much. He grows a large pair of White Wings, and his eyes become golden in color. His face becomes covered in golden markings, giving him the appearance of an avenging angel. Additional Details: Always willing to give other guys women advice.

Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent turned to the Master, grinding his teeth. "You...you know even that much?" He said, glancing at Rutger. He noticed the black flames leaping from the other male's body, and couldn't help but let out a humorless laugh. "Oh, this coming from someone who uses one of the most destructive kinds of magic out there! Don't think I don't know what those Flames mean...God Slayer." He said the last words with as much venom as he could muster. "Magic created to slay Gods, and you ask if I have a conscious...fine. Let me tell you two something." Vincent closed his eyes, trying to get his emotions under control. It had been so long since he had felt this way. So long since he had this much human contact. "I was indeed an Orphan. I watched, day in and day out, as adults came and picked children of there liking, like we were shelter pets or something. And I, everytime, watched, and prayed that I would finally get adopted. But that day never came. As I got older, the less chances I had of getting adopted, until I knew all hope was lost. So I ran away, and almost died. I had to do whatever I could to survive, I learned Magic, I stole...I became an assassin." He took a breath here, unpleasant memories flooding into his mind. "You have no idea what some of the people I've killed were. They were monsters. Human Traffickers, murderers, the worst of the worst! That is why I say people are rotten! Because they treat children like animals! Because they do whatever they please...I'm not afraid to be judged. In fact, I welcome it... at least then maybe people would see that I exist..." Ah...here it was. The one thing he had never told anyone before. So why now...was he telling two complete strangers? He looked down at his hand, and smiled bitterly. "I became so obsessed with surviving....maybe I forgot what it's like to be human."

Phoenix Wing Guild Hall Vincent's eyes darted between the two, and felt that uncomfortable feeling return. Of course he had a conscience...who could kill without a conscience? Just because he acted like he enjoyed it, he didn't. He acted like a sadist, because he didn't trust people. He wanted to keep people away from him. He had always been alone... But then why did he always feel lonely? He scowled, and turned away from them, closing his eyes. "I do what I need to survive. Nothing more, nothing less. Sure, I could stop killing. But then what? Join your happy family of a Guild? Be accepted, and let my past sins be absolved? Sorry, but people are rotten by nature. They won't look past the fact that I've killed people. I'll be judged, just like when I was a-" He cut himself off there quickly, cursing himself. He had almost done the cliche 'Oh wow is me, here is my tragic past' spiel. So what if he wasn't chosen by the adults, while all the other children got adopted? So what if they looked at him with disdain, while they beamed at the others? He didn't care anymore, he wasn't that sad little child anymore... "Maybe I want information, but that's just to ensure my survival in case I ever meet up with any of your Guild. I'm a survivor, that's what I do." He glared at the Guild Master and Rutger. He wasn't sure what his goal was now. All of his facades had been seen through, it felt like the Guild Master could see into his heart itself. It made him feel vulnerable...Why was he still here?
