If the ground would swallow her whole, the gods would have been much too merciful.

Emiri shifted, clearly uncomfortable at the now very awkward situation. She had managed to get her clothes on, and yet she felt so naked. She hugged her arms, choosing to stare at her own knees. Gods, why did this have to happen now?! She let out an irritated groan, though she huffed, deciding to take control of the situation. She raised an eyebrow at Wesley's apology, and shot a glare at Nadeline, who decided to cower behind Wesley, clearly wanting to avoid the awkward tension in the air. She was in disbelief at them, specifically Wesley and Nadeline. Savayna she could half excuse, not knocking was something she would probably do, but she expected better from the prince and princess!

And when she thought it couldn't get worse it did.

Her jaw visibly dropped at Savayna's audacity--so much for not blaming her. Regardless of whether they did or not, why in the world would she want to know?! If her face could have gotten any redder, it probably did. She felt somewhat dizzy at this point, unsure if she could take any more of...this...

(Read: I started school again and have been lost in like everything)

Emiri let out a low groan, hastily lacing her dress and trying to preserve whatever dignity she had left. She couldn't believe them! As Jaakuna yelled at them, she managed to secure her dress onto her body, and she let out a long sigh. So much for that, who knew if she would ever have the courage to do that again? As Jaakuna's voice trailed off, she caught his embarrassed look, and in turn she became very embarrassed too. Wow, she was really into it, huh? Did she really want it to go all the way like that? Well, it mattered not, as the moment was ruined and she highly doubted that even if she threw the three off the airship the mood was brutally slaughtered.

Nadeline looked shocked, to say the least. Not by Jaakuna's outburst (she was quite used to those at this point) but by the fact that he was actually vulnerable. He was embarrassed! They totally loved each other! Did that mean that Emiri had confessed to him? Boy, did Jaakuna decide to mate with everyone that told him that they loved him? She let out a pleased squeal of delight, though she would confess that now she felt slightly guilty that her own worries had been the result of not being completely awake. Now that she thought about it, she was definitely wide awake now. Boy, this was better than her morning coffee.

Nadeline cleared her throat, twiddling her fingers nervously. "W-Well...Emi hadn't come down to breakfast...and she was not in bed..." She tried not to giggle, but it was not working.
At this point, Emiri was on top of Jaakuna, the two heavily caught up in each other so to speak. She then broke their current kiss, and as she caught her breath, her scunchie released its futile grip and her hair spilled all over her shoulders as she sat up, placing her bum on top of him, her hands on his chest as she admired him, if only for a moment. She put on a rather seductive smile, her heart racing as she took her hands off him. She tugged at the ribbon based behind her dress, and as the lace binding the dress together loosened, she took in a breath. She began pulling her dress down, starting with her right shoulder, albeit a very loud voice interrupted her.

Emiri looked behind her, seeing Savayna happily having kicked the door open. Wesley and Nadeline were not too far behind, the two peeking in curiously. Emiri looked at them, her dress slipping off her shoulders and revealing her chest. What in the world were they doing? Her realization came slowly, and her face turned a bright red. The brunette let out a gasp, then let out a horrified piercing scream. She scrambled off of Jaakuna, trying to cover her dignity, though her terror became something of a righteous fury as she glared at them. "What in Ivalice are you doing?! Haven't you heard of knocking at all?!" She yelled, pulling up her dress to cover her chest, though without the ribbon holding it, it was a futile attempt.

"What in the world are you doing, frolicking around like this?!" Nadeline wailed, shaking Wesley, as if he was the one she was yelling at. "We thought you were missing!"
Did Wesley have the clean up now? Nadeline huffed a bit, trying to remain patient, but for whatever reason she was having none of that this morning. She did mildly play with the idea of Wesley making a good husband--the princess herself didn't really know how to cook, much less prepare a meal. Once an eternity and a half had passed, he had finished, and the girl nearly cheered in victory but proceeded to rush the other two (yes including Savayna) to the elevator. Now Nadeline just felt giddy, like they were secrely infiltrating Jaakuna's room or something. She just had a stupid smile on her face, like it was some kind of adventure. When Wesley made the comment of the button, Nadeline snickered lightly.

"I think it to be a good idea for when you're intoxicated." She commented stupidly, holding in her laughs.

As the elevator doors opened, she tried to be as quiet as possible approaching Jaakuna's room. She hesitated slightly, looking to Wesley. "You open it." She instructed him. "In case he is...taking care of his business." She told him quietly, crossing her arms. "Gods know that is not a thing for a lady to see."
The blonde perked up slight,y the coffee finally at the very least giving her energy. She nodded at Wesley's suggestion, very pleased for whatever reason. Nadeline wrinkled her nose at Savayna, however, clearly disappointed in her lack of interest. However she did stand up, a chin on her finger as she pondered it more. "We must be careful, I wouldn't want to upset him too much if Emiri is truly missing. He might still need some rest." She mumured slowly, though she snapped her fingers, triumphantly pointing to the hall. "Lead the way Wesley! Let us go and get to the bottom of this, Savayna!" She suddenly declared, full of energy as her coffee invigorated her.

Now if only it could invigorate her brain.
Nadeline blinked a few times, processing what both Savayna and Wesley said. Once again it took somewhat longer then usual for the cogs in the blonde's brain to start turning. She wasn't even worried, she was more curious then anything. There was the possibility of her having gone into town, maybe. She waved Wesley's worries away, then started to think. No, she doubted Emiri would run away, not after yesterday's events. She shook her head at Savayna, tilting her head to the side as she let out a yawn. Buy, she felt tired today. She clucked her tongue impatiently, drumming her fingers on the table as she thought.

She let out a light whine, resting her head on the table. "Mmm...I wonder if Jaakuna is missing too. Perhaps they went out." She suggested.
Nadeline stifled a yawn, rubbing her eye as she waiting for her coffee to brew. Of course Wesley already had a fresh pot out, but her picky tastes would have none of that. For one reason or another, she did not sleep well and woke up a cranky crab. She couldn't wait for the stupid machine to finish, she needed that stupid coffee to function and it was taking way too long. She did perk up slightly at Wesley and Savayna's conversation, and she let out a low groan. Emiri should have been up by now! Did she not learn? She grumbled something under breath as the machine finally spat out her coffee. She downed it in one gulp, slamming her cup in the sink, and she crossed her arms. She groaned again, a palm on her forehead as she dragged her feet out of the kitchen.

As she reached Emiri's room, she did not bother knocking, going straight in. She took in a deep breath, prepared to unleash her holy cranky hell of a lecture, only to find the room empty. She looked around, somewhat confused, as she was sure Emiri hadn't been in the kitchen. Did she maybe pass her on the way? She was not entirely awake, so it was possible. She looked at Emiri's bed, staring at it intently, though eventually her eyes widened. She never made it to her room, it seemed: her bed was still perfectly made, it looked like no one had even slept on it.

Nadeline shuffled back to the kitchen, a curious look on her face as she took a seat at the table. "Emiri seems to be missing." She stated blankly, her voice somewhat light, like she was really thinking about what she was saying. "She is not in her room, but she is not here either." She said curiously, her brain not completely awake and at a loss for words.
Jaakuna took it well, it seemed. He didn't say a single thing, which surprised her because she expected him to say something, but he remained silent. Instead, he looked deep into her eyes, and she saw something had changed in there somewhere. It wasn't explainable, just something she just knew. The way he kissed her had also changed. She could feel butterflies in her stomach, and her nervousness seemed to ease up a bit, too. She was happy, so to speak. She guessed he was too. Is that why this was different? She didn't know if only a few seconds or a few minutes had passed, it seemed like everything had just about slowed down at that point.
