@Hero Looks pretty good to me. The summons work too. Ravana being the dark god of Escain though would normally not be okay, but considering his relationship with Escain, he's not looked down upon or shunned as much as other dark gods are. Just keep that in mind when using his summon.
Finally, I'd like to note that everyone still making their CS now, keep doing so. Even if the limit is 8, I may let you in anyways over the limit, if your characters will increase the variety, or are good characters with proper longevity.
But everyone who is considering or has not yet started, I'm afraid I cannot accept you, so this is a notification to tell you to not waste your time.
Though that may be the case, it's not uncommon for players to drop either which I completely expect. You can expect entries to open up periodically depending on this.
Thank you.
Figured I could get away with an attack from Ravana (Maaaaybe potential summon in the future, idk) but sounds good, thank you.
@Hero I'll start with the combat stuff. Devout is an actual advanced White Mage class name, not a WHM SMN cross, could benefit from a different name here. Regarding Angelic Voice, I think a better trait may be... "Enhance curative and supportive spells by singing". Casting more quickly benefits an offensive mage more than a defensive one. Perhaps your class could be something like "Divine Songstress" instead? Just make your title your class.
Everything in Techniques belongs in Spellbook also, just for being magically-inclined. Techniques are almost entirely physical, or if they're a hybrid skill that has more basis in being a martial attack (eg. A sword slash with fire buff would be a Technique, but a spell that summons a sword to swing would actually be in Spellbook)
You can have multiple Limit Breaks in each level of it, not to mention they also apply to your stats (10/15/25 in strength/cost, respectively LB1/2/3), so be careful on using LB3. So you can be a little more specific about Limit Break 1, Summon, and describe how each would turn out.
Otherwise the spells look okay, and the Opportunity Skills are acceptable. Just regarding revival spells, there are a few rules regarding that. First, it can only be used very recently to when an ally gets incapacitated, and it will prevent them from taking a strike (I'll have stuff on this mechanic soon, but basically everyone has 3 strikes, they take all three and their character will be either killed or permanently unable to fight and be played).
Now the last part is lore side of things. Summoners are a class of faith in the gods they summon, and the human experimentation is more of a thing for Escain than Songdae. Songdae is also Korean as the base for the nation, so your family name doesn't suit it, however you can actually just change everything to Escain and edit around the Summoner thing (perhaps they were trying to make artificial summoners, or mechanical summoners to summon Alexander and so in this case, they'll have ties to the Alexander cult in Escain). If you change those then it should be fine.
I know what a Devout is, just chose to use the name since it was fitting the whole religious theme and I wanted her strength to be White Magic, but changing it is whatever. I actually didn't want to do casting by singing but I guess it makes more sense that way so I'll edit Angelic Voice per your suggestion.
See, the Techniques had me confused because it was mentioned that Techniques are things that don't cost MP. So for example, 'Pray' has always been an ability that doesn't require MP, so anything that doesn't take up MP I put it there. That can just be moved down I suppose.
As for the last thing, I made everything all up since I only knew I wanted her to be from Songdae and had little references, I can just change it, no biggie.
EDIT: Actually, I forgot to ask, I left Summon ambiguous because I was a little confused again, are the deities limited to the ones in the country? And would there be a big difference between the parent summon and the children summon (i.e. Summoning Shiva vs Summoning Lakshmi)?
If anything needs to be changed, please let me know.
Edit: In my delirium I forgot something. Added it.
Name:
Lady Aria Cadewyn of House Eldoris
Age: 22 Gender: Female Nationality: Escain
Heritage: Escainian
Personality:
As a well-known songstress, Aria is a bubbly, charismatic young woman. She's very open and welcoming, able to communicate with nearly anyone while keeping a bright smile on her face. She's curious about others, always wanting to delve into her thoughts, though she is quick to put up her own walls when inquired about. Despite her sunny appearance, she tends to get lost in thought a lot, and is on the forgetful side of things. She seeks to avoid fighting and arguments, though understands they're inevitable. Often, she prefers to keep her insecurities and fears to herself, though once in a while she'll let her true feelings slip.
Public Biography:
The House of Eldoris is one of knowledge, as their patriarch Lorenzo Eldoris pioneered Dogma research, and it is rumored that the Eldoris line were once royalty. These days the latter is forgotten, but the family of prominent scholars and researchers ensured that the name Eldoris would be recognized world wide and revered in Escain. The family has amassed great wealth due to their contributions and has grown wide, though the family secrets are kept tight under lock and key. Born the third child of Vivace and Lirit into the branch family Cadewyn, Aria grew up in wealth and lavished in knowledge. When her proficiency for magic was discovered, the family was able to hire a mentor from Raelin and she was able to study privately. Her parents would also make sure to groom Aria into a woman of faith from a young age, cementing her belief in the gods and had her tutor include lessons about the gods in her education. Perhaps it was because of that faith that Aria would blossom into a talented summoner, her white magics on par with those years ahead of her. The pressure was insufferable, though she found her escape in music, often escaping her home to go perform on the street. Her voice attracted many, and with her summoning talents revealed to the public as well, Aria's celebrity status was all but cemented. She earned her freedom at last, traveling around the world to put on performances wherever and whenever she was asked. At first, she relished the freedom, though she would realize soon that she traded one prison for another. She couldn't so much as walk down the street without being recognized, and there was more than a few occasions where she was hassled. Still, she chose to embrace her glided cage as well as her many fans--she truly loved to perform and reach out to people.
She has two elder sisters, Cadenza and Sonata. She has little contact with her family, though they write to one another on occasion.
The House of Eldoris has long been experimenting on any child with any sort of magical ability, wishing to raise an army of artificial summoners, their goal of bringing forth Alexander being their endgame. As the bloodline has produced many prolific mages, they were deemed the perfect candidates. Their experiments have resulted in many deaths, though they believe their success outweighs the downfalls. While it was mostly those of the main house--those who were believed to be the 'purest'--with whom the experiments were performed on, it was discovered that the branch families also held just as much potential. After the success of Vivace summoning at a tender age, they wed her to Lirit, another summoner, in hopes their children would all inherit their power.
Sure enough, the three first-born showed promise. However, Harmonia showed signs of instability and an ineptitude at actually controlling her powers. Despite their attempts to seize control, a summon resulted in the deaths of many, and the destruction of one of the facilities. Cadenza and Sonata, the two eldest, had their memories sealed away and were monitored closely, although it would result in all the sisters losing the memory of Harmonia. When Aria was shown to have an aptitude for magic, they used a more subtle approach, using the excuses of gifted jewelry in a way to both monitor her and quietly give her the ability to summon. It was much more successful, though they showed concern when Aria began to gain popularity as a songstress. Rather than make any unneeded risks of exposure, they chose instead to gift her a pair of bangles, hoping they would amplify her powers.
After all, Alexander will only answer the call of their best...

Sure things were...hectic, but were they truly such a cause for concern? Then again, Aimee never did pay much attention, and if the situation was as serious as Mrs. Sanguis made it, then at the very least, things were not good. Aimee offered Mrs. Sanguis a rather apologetic smile in response to her question of what Aimee was doing here. Did she really want to get into another one of their disagreements right now? Her coven leader was usually less than amused at Aimee's penchant for 'having fun'. Luckily for her, Mrs. Sanguis decided that it was not important--and Aimee would have counted herself lucky were it not for her expression--and instead, would begin to give her instructions.
But as always, that, too, would be put on hold as a man decided to halt their tracks.
Aimee raised an eyebrow that signaled her unimpressed and unconvinced reaction to his explanation. How convenient that a doctor or whatever he was just suddenly popped up right in front of them. She knew that she probably should listen to orders for once, but there was something about this Cain she didn't like. Crossing her arms, the blonde was silent as he spoke, though she didn't like where this was headed. Mrs. Sanguis replied rather cordially, though Aimee would quietly shift herself closer to the woman's side, her own eyes never looking elsewhere. As Lizzie arrived, she was somewhat alright with the added number, though she was unsure if it would either dissuade Cain or feed into whatever he was planning.
Deciding to test the waters, she decided to speak as well. "There's a lot of other people who could surely use your expertise," Aimee pointed out casually, a finger on her chin as she widened her eyes slightly.
