Hello! My name is Lilly and this is a bit about me :3
I'm a Canadian role-player. Atlantic Standard Time; UTC/GMT -4:00, Atlantic Daylight Time; UTC/GMT -3:00.
I like: Tea, Cats, Books, Music, Crafts etc. I read: Fiction, Adventure/Epic Adventure, Fantasy/Dark Fantacy, Sci-Fi, Tragedy, Apocalyptic, Manga, Christian, Historical Fiction I write: Romance, Adventure, War, Superpower/Superhero, Fantacy/Dark Fantacy, Apocalyptic
I used to write in larger rp groups and post an average of once per day at the free-casual level. Lately because of life circumstances, I've been participating in more 1x1 with an average posting rate of once every 1-2 weeks at the casual level.

Well it's nice to meet you, how do you like the RP so far?
I am really enjoying it. It is well put together and a really interesting concept. I've been enjoying manipulating an old character of mine to suit this rp as well. It's not been easy but the challenge is refreshing. It's at a pace that I can keep up with on top of my studies. Everyone here is so nice and friendly!
*stares at the site* I finally write up a big post and suddenly the site updates or something and eats it. Fuck it, I'm going to bed.
I can't help but think that was my fault...I noticed a bug, and reported it to Mahz.

Makoto listened to Kalinda and Phoebe. She turned her attention back to Phoebe.
"So, shall we attack Mimic one last time?" With what Makoto knew about electricity and the human body, she could try to act as a tazer/defibrillator if needed. She was genuinely concerned for Griffen/Zack. If there was nothing she could do with her first aid training then she would just have to sit quietly and wait to be useful.
Makoto was forced aside as Mimic deflected her blows. She tumbled a bit, felt dizzy for a moment but was alright and stood up in time to see Mimic be flustered by what must have been Phoebe's successful attack. She squealed in excitement and encouragement. She looked around to her teammates, to see their reaction and if she was right to celebrate.
Makoto noticed Devika to the side with Griffen?Zack? either way, he didn't look so well.
"I'm first aid certified." She offered, but didn't yet make a move to come to their aid. Would Mimic attack them if they went to help their classmate? He had surprised her more than once so she was not sure what to expect from her new teacher.

Also, am I posting too fast for everyone?
Makoto watched Mimic toy with her ability. She could do _that_? In time maybe she wouldn't nearly have that kind of control right now.
"Uh oh..." Makoto breathed, wishing she could do the same. It occurred to her that maybe she could, Mimic was a teacher after all. She stood tall like he was and held her hands in the same position he did. Breathing carefully she tried to focus her ability, the tingling into the same form he was. In her own area small sparks began to jump form place to place across her body, seemingly having no effect on her. The tingling sensation spread across her body once more.
"I don't know how much I can do but maybe I can help." Makoto said, her speech directed at Phoebe. She rushed at Mimic, straight on. He he was as cocky as her classmates had made her out to be his focus would be drawn to eliminating an obvious threat. She held her hands open, obviously going in for a palm strike or two.
Makoto paused, mildly confused. Was Mimic _taunting_ her? It made her feel small in comparison to his skill. She tried to shake the insecurity off, even if it hurt her feelings a bit. She had been proud that she was even able to activate let alone use her powers. The tingling held fast in her dominant hand. The comment from Devika really helped her keep at least some sort of a hold on her emotions, ironically.
She tried to quickly leaf through all that she remembered from her old school about electricity. It occurred to her that she was wearing rubber soled shoes. weather it would be an aid or a hindrance she wasn't quite sure but she kicked them off about as fast as she could. In the meantime she tried to increase the... voltage? that was in her arm. It spiked, shooting across her body and into the air from all over her skin then it was back to a low buzz in her hand. Makoto noticed that the air felt dryer as she moved, and that her classmates' was standing on end. Was she radiating a charge? Makoto couldn't be sure but it didn't seem as if anyone else had similar powers to her...
Makoto ended up somewhat close to Phoebe, breathing heavily from both the adrenalin and exertion of the fight.
