You start out with 30 people actually. Then you can have 2 "henchmen".
Henchmen can serve as advisors, especialist and mission leaders. I really took out alot from Evil Genius. xP

Well you wont have any political assets at the start of the game. You start out small and make it to the top.
You'll start out with a small base of operations, meager equipment and some men then you work to gain finance, equipment and influence.

I hate it when the collectors refuse your student id, and expect you to pay the regular fare. Because clearly, it's my fault students are entitled to a discount, and taking advantage of that discount is immoral. The shouldn't be putting down those who are going to school just because they never did. Moreover, when it does happen, other people just treat it like a fact of life, as if this sort of abuse were absolutely inevitable. It's corruption, at the very lowest level, and it pisses me off because nobobdy cares, and they just let it happen. And then they deal with other abuse with the exact same attitude, making absolutely everything worse.
