Just as finished smirking away his assumed victory, the pancham leader soon found himself unable to leave. Feeling a cold shiver go up his spine, he slowly turned back around, only to find the trainer he kicked cracking his knuckles as he exuded a menacing Aura. The sight caused the pancham leader's jaw to drop, which in-turn caused the leaf in his mouth to drop. Noticing that the other panchams stopped and was looking his way, He quickly began collecting himself and putting the leaf back in his mouth, acting like normal.

From the look of the other panchams, it was starting to look like they were considering whether to aid him or just use him as bait while they flee. Just as they began slinking off, pretending that they saw nothing, the leader pancham glared at them, causing them to stop and shudder. Quickly changing their tune, they set down the food they were halfway shoving into their mouths as they ran and began picking up more stones.

Just as the stones were in the process of leaving their hands, they were hit by Rock Blast and Water Gun simultaneously, causing the stones to peg the Pancham Leader in the back of the head. Veins popping, the Pancham Leader exploded in rage. Not turning around, he used 'Work Up' and made his way towards the Gastly to attack while the other Panchams scrambled to their feet to attack in hope to lessen the punishment they'll likely receive from the leader later...

@alexfangtalon

While the Rock Blast didn't hurt Pancham in the slightest, it did cause the stone in hand to go of course and hit leader. And hitting leader meant this Pancham is going to get it later, thus the pest who made such a thing happen, must pay! Charging, the Pancham unleashed a flurry of Arm Thrusts on the Roggenrola.

@Broyeabro

This Pancham clearly didn't appreciate getting hit with a Water Gun. Though, truth be told, he was more disappointed with the fact he was interrupted while eating than the whole thing with the leader. Well, the leader getting mad isn't pretty but he was quite hungry. Thus, it was his duty to punish this maggot for the sake of the fo--leader. Moving forward, he struck the totodile with a Karate Chop.

@Lord Szall

Once Cubone was released from it's pokeball, the pancham pointed at it's skull and began laughing. Something to the tune of 'Did your mommy give you that?' After it was done laughing, the pancham decided to ignore the Cubone and began pelting it's trainer with stones.

@Sho Minazuki

The remaining Pancham in the gang had it's eyes on York who was just standing around lost in his own world seemingly. The fact that the human was just ignoring them (not to mention the fact they couldn't hit him before earlier) annoyed the pancham. Seeing York's lack of interest as a wide open target, the pancham snuck in closer and resumed throwing stones at him.

As they continued after the suspicious looking man, they eventually lost track of, not only the suspicious man but also Maria, Dan's Eevee. Sheesh, so troublesome. Soon enough, Maria would be found in the company of some strange man that Lucy couldn't get a good luck from her current hiding spot. Not long after, Dan finally showed up and got grabbed as the strange man held a hand over their mouth and told them to be quiet.

Following their eyes, Lucy saw not one but two suspicious figures standing there and chatting. As expected, these two were either responsible for what just happened or at least a part of it. It was getting interesting, they sure picked a good time to go to the mall! Though, it seems like the suspicious man knew she was there and told her, along with the others, to remain there. "Boring..." she muttered as the man walked out to confront the two.

But now that he walked out, they managed to get a good look at the man. He looked strong and confident but what is up with those big headphones? Lucy quite understand the appeal of them but shrugged as it didn't really matter. It didn't take long for the man to wipe the floor with them, a one-side massacre. After that, he returned and asked what they were doing here. "It looked like fun," she said as soon as Dan finished his explanation.

Before continuing, "Of course to also look for our pokemon, but honestly, if you find someone acting suspicious, it's only natural to find out what exactly they're doing, right?" Lucy beamed like she was having fun. Closing her eyes, she shrugged. "Who knows what could've happened if they were left alone to do whatever. After all, not like we knew some suspicious man was skulking in the background waiting to take care of them." she finished, glancing at the man with an opened eye for emphasis.

While it may come off to some as ignorance or whatever, it's not like she doesn't know of the potential dangers of such action. She finds it fun because it's dangerous. Lucy was never the type to sit around and do nothing, because quite frankly, that's just boring. Even if the man ends up telling them to go back, there's no way in hell she would when things were getting interesting. As if guessing what she was thinking about beyond the smile, Zap's eye twitches as he sighs in resignation. Glacia on the other hand, was all smiles and excited.

Just as they were getting comfortable, their picnic was interrupted by a group of Pancham who stroll on in as if they own the place. While the others freeze as they take in the strange sight, York, of course, isn't paying attention to it at all. Moving forward, they start growling about something to the tune of 'Our territory, get lost', though, one doesn't need to be fluent in pokemon to guess.

Marching in, the assumed leader pancham, a whole lot of pointing and growl not to mention he's chewing on not 1, not 2 but 3 leaves! That must mean he's important right? ....or hungry but that's not important right now (or ever). From the looks of it, it seemed like it was some kind of shakedown but it didn't seem like the trainers were taking them seriously. It was then the leader raised his right paw and growled at an order which resulted in the pancham behind him to start chucking pebbles at the trainers.

Strangely enough, the majority of the pebbles gravitated towards Ryzin and Talonite, of whom was in the process of walking away. Well, technically Talonite and York but oddly enough York found some way to evade the pebbles and end up hitting Ryzin. Acting fast they moved in, swiped their lunch boxes before kicking Talonite in the shins for the hell of it. Backing off a bit, the leader turned around with a smirk as he growled out something.

Which in pokemon would be, we'll take these as compensation for being on our turf. Before turning around as they made a run for it.

Blair | Jungle Tabernacle

As the two of them proceeded through the jungle, they sensed a strong presence making their way towards them. As they presence got closer and closer, the two of them readied themselves for battle. When the being emerged from the brush and made itself known, it was an angel she encountered once before. The moment he uttered her old name, her eyes narrowed as she kept her eyes locked onto him. It's been awhile since someone uttered that name... Her eyes drifting to the scar on his face, a slight smile appeared on her face.

"The overconfident angel who once tried to remove me from the highlands once upon a time. It's been awhile, Zarrath. I do hope you've learned since then." She spoke with a monotone voice, without a single trace of arrogance or the slightest bit of worry in her voice. With the angle not being the kind of enemy she could avoid a battle with, Blair removed her ominous demonic spear from her back and walked forward.

Zalmonah, it's a spear Zarrath is all to familar with. It was the very weapon that scarred him in their previous clash all those years ago. A weapon that seems to grow stronger as time marches on, one not to be taken lightly. With both of them done sharing words, Blair had Enepsigos lock down the battle area and use her abilities to ensure no one interferes with the battle, effectively erasing their presences. Thanks to this, there was no worries of outside interference and prevent reinforcements, less trouble the better. With that problem out of the way, she can now attack without bringing garnering more attention.

Without wasting anymore time, Blair went on the attack and started with Bloody Sunday, creating a flurry of blood spikes to storm Zarrath, using the attack to charge in.

Blair | Jungle Tabernacle

Having left the small camp, Blair made her way towards the jungle before stopping as she began observing her surroundings. Hidden within this jungle lies the third seal yet...nothing. Even one at her level wasn't able to tell what was going on, her senses were telling one thing while reality of it said another. Maybe that in itself goes to show what exactly lays in wait and as if to emphasize on that point, the figure of an angel broke through the canopy only to be grabbed and dragged down by a demon.

The morphs informed her about this, but seeing it for yourself was something else. A whole battlefield hidden within the confines of this jungle with hundreds if not thousands of beings with their sights on taking the power of the seal for themselves. Fortunate for her that none of them seem all that bright and making themselves known to the angels, seeing as it'll make it easier for her to find the seal and destroy it. Speaking of which, Blair decided on leaving Gorgon behind to observe and serve as back-up should anything go wrong.

Instead, she'll have her new ally, Madamma Enepsigos, come with her through the jungle. Given the nature of this mission and their location, Blair figured Enepsigos's illusions and zone control will come in quite handy in the jungle. Her abilities will also help lessen the amount of annoyances she has to deal with and if she manages to find the seal first, Enepsigos will be able to lock down the area and prevent unwelcomed guests. Especially him. They definitely cannot allow that man to take the seals power for himself, not again.

Decision made, Blair and Enepsigos enter the jungle and proceed after the seal.

For a time, it seemed like Ruby would forget their true purpose and go straight to all the fashion shops, like what happened before, but surprisingly she remembered. On their walk over, they agreed to go visit the fashion shops soon afterwords because of how much it seemed like Ruby was struggling to resist the urge. They went to numerous shops, trying many different samples before stocking up on more than enough snacks to last them awhile.

Before entering the Pokeshop, she released Zap and Glacia to give them some pokefood samples she picked up at the shops. Also because she felt it had to be incredibly boring to be kept up in their pokeballs while they were having fun. Besides, it allows them to have some fun and try on some new things. Glacia seemed ever so willing while Zap shrugged and tried to put on an act of total indifference. Though, he failed miserably, occasionally taking quick glances at them trying them on only to look away when someone spotted him. Eventually he gave and started trying some one, to Lucy's amusement.

It wasn't long afterwords that everything started to get crazy. With the cash register going bananas, a major increase in yelling and commotion swelling up all over to the emergency shutters on the shops coming down when they went out to investigate. While there was panic from the surrounding people, Lucy was all smiles. With Ruby and Dan distracted by the commotion, she felt a tugging on her outfit. Just as she was about to fly into a rage, her outfit being precious and all, she noticed it was zap and calmed down. Before she even said anything, he pointed his arms to a certain direction, revealing Glacia and Maria sneaking off. Hmm...I wonder what they're up to.

It surely couldn't be a coincidence that it was the same direction as that suspicious guy in the blue jacket, right? Curiosity peaked, Lucy and Zap decided to follow after them, completely gone by the time Dan turned around and asked his question. Sneaking up behind them, her and Zap looked at each other with a big grin before proceeding to spooking them with a loud 'boo', startling them. While she was laughing, she caught sight of that suspicious man in the blue jacket. On instinct, the three of them hid to avoid being spotted by him. Once the coast was clear, Lucy looked at the Eevees and grinned.

She didn't have the slightest intention of stopping or scolding them. Instead, she thought it looked like fun and soon took the lead in following that man, leaving the others confused. The Eevee were all smiles as they chased after leaving Zap with his jaw hanging as he facepalmed at his trainers latest course of action. Not really left with a choice, he followed the Eevee and his trainer.

Angry at the result but checked her watch again and reasoned it was enough. Recalling their pokemon in their pokeballs, they glanced at each other and made to leave. "We bought enough time, now it's up to the others to finish it." she said to Fionn with disappointment. With that they fled through the exit, leaving Clair all tied up on the ground.
Akane Hanazawa // Warakuma High // Class 2-2 ----> Manga Club

Monday, July 6th, 2015

For the first time in awhile, Akane was completely out of it and didn't pay attention to class. There was the unexpected double dungeon yesterday but she was up all night sketching. While that kind of behavior was typical for her, but she stayed up later than usual doing redraws. The pains of having standards being the one at fault here. With a sigh, she trudged onward to the clubroom but today she had no intention of drawing, but she didn't exactly have the kind of energy to be doing anything kendo related either.

Giving all the dungeons they've been through up 'till this point, she had quite a lot of material already. So the focus of today would be to organize what she has already and decide what gets included and what gets left out in the one-shot she plans to do for comiket. Ideally, she'd like to include two of the monsters in it. Maybe have one act as a sub-boss to stir things up and a final boss to conclude the issue.

Though, she'll also have to see if the story would fit an additional enemy. Adding too many of one thing and less of another tends to dilute the product. Especially in manga involving battle scenes, people tend to overload it with enemies and battles while ignoring story and character development where people don't know what the hell is going on. With a sigh, she placed her sketches back on the table in the clubroom and leaned back in her chair.

She needed a break, too many double dungeons and an all night drawing sessions does a number on ya. Deciding to get a little rest, she went to the corner of the clubroom and collapse onto her bean bag chair. With a yawn, she fell right asleep.
