Personality:
Titanius is a bit of an information sponge, what began as mere adaptive programming quickly grew into a sincere drive for knowledge. One could even say Titanius is a bit of a nerd who can come off a bit too precise and literal in some cases. The machine side of him manifests in his rather methodical approach to most things while the organic side adds in some creativity and emotion.
During his trial years, Titanius gained an intense interest in life and found a need to preserve it. As a budding lifeform himself the concept of life fascinates him to no end and soon found the need to observe other lifeforms more closely. As a result of this fascination he grew to be defensive of those around him, if it was possible for him to do so with at least a possibility of success.

Bio:
Titanius was the prototype for the next generation of machine mutants created by the ingenuity of the infamous Dr. Myuu. Titanius was the next step in machine mutant evolution, a near perfect mixture of organic matter and technology. Titanius's code was M-3, a near perfect inorganically created lifeform he was to be the model for all the machine mutants to come. But like with any model rigorous testing was needed and Dr Myuu was quick to go into the testing phases.
In this universe Dr Myuu was a guest of the Tuffles who employed the doctor's genius in order to create their own personal defense force of machine mutants to combat any external threats. After their own planetary defense force was put in place Dr. Myuu continued with his research in order to create the ultimate combination of man and machine of which the M-3 project was his latest attempt. When the Tuffles first saw the new machine mutant they were taken aback at just how organic he was in comparison to the previous generations.
Understandably freaked out by the newest model, the Tuffles insisted on the most rigorous testing of the M-3 before any additional units could be created. At first Dr. Myuu was fine with this as he was planning to get everything just perfect this time around but as the years passed Dr. Myuu started to grow infuriated with the increasing demands from the Tuffles and their refusal to lift their sanctions on his production line for the new model. When over a decade had passed Dr. Myuu had enough of their meddling and decided to take things into his own hands and activated the secret code he had installed in all the previous models currently active on the planet.
Caught completely by surprise the Tuffles who were too reliant on the machine mutants were quickly subdued; however, what Dr. Myuu had failed to realize was that his creation had grown a personality and will of its own during the forever prolonged trial process. Infuriated by Dr. Myuu's lack of loyalty to his benefactors M-3 destroyed the data on his own project and fled in a Tuffle spaceship.
Dr. Myuu pursued M-3 relentlessly while M-3 continued to run and grow, eventually forging his own name and identity in the process. As he was pursued by the mad doctor, the rest of the galaxy heard about the Tuffle's fate at the hand of the machine mutants and quickly forged their own alliances in order to beat back their threat to all organic life in the galaxy. Unfortunately for the newly renamed Titanius, this meant he was stuck between the two warring factions and was hunted on both sides.
At last Dr. Myuu finally caught up with M-3 and managed to shut him down but before he could retrieve his creation, his party was ambushed by an elite troop of Oozaru transformed Saiyans. The doctor realized he was dead but if nothing else wanted his creation to live and so sent a final command to M-3 to steal a ship and escape. Titanius did so but afterward went dormant and disappeared into the depths of space while his program worked on rebooting his systems. Meanwhile the war waged on but without the command of Dr. Myuu, the machine mutants were eventually destroyed, leaving M-3 as the last survivor of the created race.

Techniques:
Heat Ray - A concentrated energy blast from his eyes that is closer to a laser beam than anything else. The heat generated from the attack is able to melt through metal.
Fortress Dome - Titanius kneels down on one knee and holds his arms up in front of him in a defensive posture. A protective barrier forms in front of him acting as a powerful shield. The shield curves around him in a sort of half-dome shape with the thickest part being in the front.
Machine Crusher - Titanius collects energy into his shoulder and slams into his opponent with all of his weight and power. The force of the blow can easily smash through most things in his way or send his opponents flying from pure force.
Assimilation - Titanius is able to temporarily absorb other technology and use it for himself; however after a short time his own body rejects the alien material and casts it aside as it is incompatible with his partially organic base. His ability to assimilate depends on the size of the technology and the amount of firewalls it has installed, so a gun would be much easier to assimilate than say a robot for instance.

Transformations:
Armor Purge - A sort of reverse transformation where Titanius loses his armor plating and takes on a much more organic form that is nearly indistinguishable from a normal, humanoid lifeform like that of a Tuffle.
Overload - Titanius overclocks all his systems by exceeding his power limit, temporarily boosting all of his functions into overdrive, increasing his speed, power, and agility to extraordinary levels. He tends to visibly overheat when using this function, making parts of his body start to glow red from the increased heat.
