Brief Bio:Thomas "Tommy" Shepherd was born and raised in Springfield, New Jersey. He is the only son of Frank and Mary Shepherd, who divorced when he was still young. Tommy was in and out of juvenile halls for most of his life.

Because Tommy "accidentally" vaporized his high school using his powers, he was imprisoned under court order in a high-powered facility equipped with advanced offensive and defensive technology such as robotic suits and power dampening containment cells. Before the Young Avengers freed him, Tommy had been locked up for months, and was being tested and experimented on with the goal to make him into a living weapon.

@Yvain to respond to something you said earlier just because Zachary can't join doesn't mean he can't show up. I'm totally planning on other heroes both young and old showing up throughout. Plus do you think I would pass up on the chance to have Speed and Zachary Zatara interact?! That's got comedy gold written all over it in obnoxious gold glitter.

I will have a CS for speed (and maybe one more) up in the next 24 hrs. That being said; @Heathen I was hoping to hash out the twin brother reincarnated ordeal. I just want to be on the same page. Correct me if I'm wrong @DrewVonAwesome but you were ok with going that route just with out the obvious deaths and such.
