Kyoko was a bit surprised that the intimidating guy agreed so quickly. He immediately pulled a chair to their booth and joined them. She watched as he conversed with Senji, who looked somewhat scared. Kyo noticed him glance at her with an expression that was asking for help.
Huh? What should I say? I invited him over here after all... She thought to herself and scratched the back of her head.
"Oh, haha, it was no big deal. I just had some spare change on me," she attempted to take the attention off of Senjin to help. "I'm Kyoko Moriyama, nice to meet you." She laughed nervously and began eating her curry bread. Suddenly Senji pulled out his phone and put on a kpop song.
Gah! What is he doing? Is he trying to get this guy to kill us? Kyo braced herself for whatever reaction may be coming up.
At that exact moment, the bell rang. Kyoko released an inaudible sigh of relief and finished up the last bit of her curry bread. "Ah, well, would you look at the time! Music calls! See you two later," she decided to escape while she still had the chance.
Sorry Senji, best of luck! Apologizing in her head, Kyo gathered her things and left Senjin and the intimidating guy alone in the cafeteria.
She travelled through the school halls in search of the Music classroom. Upon finding it, she entered and took an empty seat in the back.
