@Traitor1) The soul link or "bond" is like the guardians way of granting you access to their arsenal.
Dear god stop with the bleach comparisons lol Just like a soul reaper, sort of, gets their power from their zanpakuto. Without it, what can they really do (without turning to hado or kido)? They are pretty.... Weak/useless. So can a guardian forcefully soul link? Sure, i guess i could allow it, but you have to think about the complications that would come from forcing it because everything won't be dandy if it's forced. The character may not be able to use its full power/ internally it would be a constant power struggle, making them seem slightly more deranged if anything with the whole stopping the fight and "get out of my body!" thing/ they could even pop out of the soul linked mode, in the middle of a battle, if the human regains control/ Not to mention the external problems that could arise, like how much do you think such a characters' teammates would like to fight next to somebody that isn't 100% reliable in a fight? All that being said, I can understand if a character isn't fully willing to commit to this new path they've been set on and i'll allow it simply because im curious to see how we will work around having a liability.... BUT! How can they keep up the sherades? Sooner or later they will have to come to terms with the hand that's been dealt to them or they're just going to continue putting themselves/teammates at risk.
2)There is still one more spot for decay, that nobody else has shown an interest for, so u can save that for you if you want it.
3) I know i said that i can save the other decay spot for you, but i will add this as a "bonus answer". To twist restoritive magic in such a way would no longer make it healing. It'd be more along the lines if biokinesis
