Special ability: Markus has an ability named Venom manipulation which allows him to have a telepathic bond with a pit viper and control its Venom when it enters the body. He is able to speed up the process of the venom ,lower the toxicity so that instead of killing someone it incapacitates them or even up the toxicity. He uses his fighting style to compliment this allowing the submissions and holds to give his snake a chance to bite the enemy.
Weapons: none(unless his snake counts as one)
Rep:Known for his assassination mission taking out a sadistic bully that was beating up kids then blackmailing them to use their powers for his benefit at his old school William University.
Bio: Markus was born to Thomas and Emily Johnson, a middle class family who never showed any signs of having special abilities. It wasn't until Markus was fourteen that his powers manifested in the form of a Viper showing up on his pillow, which freaked his parents out. Once he had learned of his powers Markus laid low until the incident at his university began to happen in which he took up Brazilian Jiu-jitsu to protect himself from the bully. Markus never really thought he would end up killing the bully as he is a calm and sorta shy young man who doesn't like to escalate to conflict right off the bat. Though one day he was just pushed over the edge and assassinated the Bully which gave him a reputation and caused him to be picked for the Paramount academy mission.
Appearance Quinn stands at a height of 5'4 with a lean yet wiry body. His hair which is red is usually very messy and unbrushed with strands pointing every which way but then at the same time having a general conformity. His eyes are a deep dark brown and his skin tone is somewhat pale but also has a slight tan from the Nevada sun. Quinn's preferred atire is a dark blue jacket with mostly dull yellow hood that has the same blue as the hoodie on the back and top. On the sides of the hood are two circles that very much so resemble eyes and when the hood is up resemble a ducks head. Underneath his jacket Quinn usually wears a light, soft , cotton T-shirt. Quinn also usually rocks a pair of black skinny jeans with reddish-orange converse on his feet.
Personality Quinn is very lazy and selfish, and doesn't seem to like anything except for cats. Quinn used to like ducks(hence the jacket) but that changed once he met TicTac(explained in backstory). He doesn't open up to anyone very easily and is fairly stubborn , also adding to his list of less desirable traits Quinn has trouble accepting defeat usually decending into a sad funk if he loses. While he seems indifferent and very self reliant Quinn has a few secrets he doesn't want anyone to know.(so don't tell him I told you ;) ). When Quinn is alone he secretly likes to read sappy romance novels and cries easily at sad movies though he won't ever admit it.
Likes cats , Sappy romance novels, guns
Dislikes ducks(conflicted), sad movies, TicTac
Fears TicTac
Backstory Born to some fairly unknown weapons in the city of L.A. California Quinn had a fairly boring childhood. He would hang out with friends , go to the pond to feed ducks and just generally have fun. Around the age of five he took a particularly liking to ducks that bordered on being called an obsession. He would study the species and behaviors of the ducks he found at his local lake even filling up a whole notebook worth of notes. This changed though once he became about ten, he had been studying a fairly new duck to the pond one he called TicTac on the account Quinn thought he looked like a yellow TicTac. While he studied the duck the animal actually began to walk up to him, being ecstatic that the new duck would approach him so soon Quinn reached out his hand.
Very soon Quinn realised that this had been a bad idea . TicTac bit Quinn's hand startling him so much he fell backwards which the duck took advantage of leaping on Quinn as he nipped at him. Quinn who by now was thoroughly frightened of this animal and the rest of his kind quickly got up and ran away. To Quinn's dismay TicTac seemed to had taken a liking to him after the attack and followed Quinn. Living the rest of the year silent fear of the duck Quinn was relieved when he got accepted to Death Weapon Meister Academy in Death City , Nevada. Hoping to get away from the duck Quinn quickly packed up and got on a flight to the city.
Fate seemed to have other plans for Quinn though as TicTac followed him , it seemed like the duck would forever be at his side. Duck problems aside Quinn loved his first taste of Death City taking in every thing he could of the city. Going to the DWMA was Quinn's dream scenario and he enjoyed every class he had eventually meeting his meister as he joined the E.A.T. this year. Ready for the coming year and secretly exited to be paired with a meister and get some in the field action Quinn can't wait for his next adventure.
Partner Name none
Weapon Form Quinn's weapon form is a 50.Cal Sniper Rifle
Weapon Form Description Quinn takes the form of a Matt black 50.Cal Sniper Rifle. His weapon form works by firing "soul bullets" which is the compressed energy of his meister's soul's wavelength.
Miscellaneous Abilities/Skills Quinn knows a large amount about ducks and also has a bit of combat knowledge knowing how to somewhat hold his own in a fight.

Extra while his rifle form looks extremely heavy Quinn's rifle form is actually about a medium weight being able to be wielded easily while at the same time giving a light strain to one's arm muscles.

As there will be Sailing I have taken the Liberty to explain a few nautical terms
Nautical Terms: Bow/Prow: Front of the ship
Stern: back of the ship
Port(or to be historically accurate Larboard): Left side of the Ship
Starboard: Right side of the ship
Forward: Toward the Bow/Prow
Aft: Toward the Stern
Steering Oar:The blade used to control the ship’s direction, mounted on the starboard side of the ship, at the stern.
Tiller: Handle of the Steering Oar
Hull: Body of the Ship
Keel: Spine of the Ship
Beam: The side of the ship. If the wind is abeam, it is coming from the side, at a right angle to the ship’s keel.
Yardarm, or yard: A spar (wooden pole) that is hoisted up the mast, carrying the sail. Masthead: The top of the mast.
Bulwark: The part of the ship’s side above the deck. Gunwale: The upper part of the ship’s rail. Belaying pins: Wooden pins used to fasten rope. Oarlock, or rowlock: Pegs that hold an oar in place. Telltale: A pennant that indicates the wind’s direction. Tacking: To tack is to change direction from one side to the other, passing through the eye of the wind. If the wind is from the north and you want to sail northeast, you would perform one tack so that you are heading northeast, and you would continue to sail on that tack for as long as you need. However, if the wind is from the north and you want to sail due north, you would have to do so in a series of short tacks, going back and forth on a zigzag course, crossing through the wind each time, and slowly making ground to the north. This is a process known as beating into the wind.
Wearing: When a ship tacks, it turns into the wind to change direction. When it wears, it turns away from the wind, traveling in a much larger arc, with the wind in the sail, driving the ship around throughout the maneuver. Wearing was a safer way than tacking. Reach, or reaching: When the wind is from the side of the ship, the ship is sailing on a reach, or reaching. Running: When the wind is from the stern, the ship is running. (So would you if the wind was strong enough at your back.) Reef: To gather in part of the sail and bundle it against the yardarm to reduce the sail area. This is done in high winds to protect the sail and the mast. Trim: To adjust the sail to the most efficient angle.
Halyard: A rope used to haul the yard up the mast. (Haul-yard, get it?) Stay: A heavy rope that supports the mast. The backstay and the forestay are heavy ropes running from the top of the mast to the stern and the bow (it’s pretty obvious which is which). Sheets and shrouds: Many people think these are sails, which is a logical assumption. But in fact, they’re ropes. Shrouds are thick ropes that run from the top of the mast to the side of the ship, supporting the mast. Sheets are the ropes used to control, or trim, the sail—to haul it in and out according to the wind strength and direction. In an emergency, the order might be given to “let fly the sheets!” The sheets would be released, letting the sail loose and bringing the ship to a halt. (If you were to let fly the sheets, you’d probably fall out of bed)
Way: The motion of the ship. If a ship is under way, it is moving according to its course. If it is making leeway, the ship is moving downwind so it loses ground or goes off course. Back water: To row a reverse stroke.
