War Never Changes

Jake nodded and searched the dead soldiers' bodies. He found some much needed ammunition. Besides that, he found some small food items. There was a pack of gum on one soldier and a bag of candy on the other. He smiled at the sight of the sweets. His smile then fade as he began to drag the bodies out of sight. He hid them in some bushes. After he was done, he got in the car. He turned it on and waited for Quinn to get in. He didn't see where the other two went, so he was both confused and a bit worried.

Halo: Recovery One

Blackburn nodded and followed Eryx. He had his gun drawn, ready for contact with anything hostile. As they traversed through the building, Blackburn would look behind them periodically to make sire they weren't being followed. He was unable to find anything out of the normal. "With an elite? No. But I've but bullet's between their eyes." Blackburn answered. He sighed as Eryx alerted him on what could happen. He then put his DMR away and pulled his pistol out himself, ready to fight if necessary.

The now alert patrol looked around with their guns drawn. They searched hard for the source of the gunshot. The soldier that was shot crawled in agony, trying to get help from his buddies. Instead, one of the unharmed soldiers finished the job, firing a round into his own member's head. Jake flinched a bit, knowing that the Blood Army was ruthless. He then turned to the girl, nodding with Quinn's statement about the Blood Army. He then followed Quinn's lead as they were now only yards away from the three remaining Blood Army soldiers. After Quinn fired his gun, he heard his target fall lifelessly to the ground. Jake saw the last two turn, almost emptying his whole magazine into them. Blood flew everywhere as bullets ripped through their bodies. Jake wiped his face as he noticed the blood of the men he killed. He let out a sigh of relief and looked at Quinn.

Dragon Ball Z: New Heroes, Old Terrors!

This is a work in progress. I want my character to develop more as the story continues, making him stronger in the future. I'm also going to change things around (bio, attacks, transformations), if that's alright with you.

Personality:
Kai is a very cocky fighter. If he feels he is going to win, he has a tendency to fight with less power. This has proved to be a serious limitation for Kai, losing a few skirmishes because of it. However, to back himself up, he is quite skilled in combat. Having a Saiyan father, fighting was taught at a very young age. He can handle himself with a variety of opponents. Although he is strong, he lacks discipline. Kai has sometimes allowed opponents to get up, resulting in injury or even a loss.

Jake looked at Quinn and took a spare can of tear gas out of his bag. "I was saving this for when I needed it." He said. The canister was dented and scratched, blue letters missing and the white paint chipped off. He handed the can to Quinn and took his rifle off his back. "I have two plans. We both flank opposite sides, or we use you or me as a distraction." He suggested, checking the ammo in his rifle.

The 4 soldiers were walking a bit slow, obvious that they thought nothing was out here. They looked bored and uninterested, some laughs heard from the group. They were telling jokes rather than patrolling. One of the soldiers fired a round at a bird, missing the shot. Jake was more alert, putting his gun up in case he was being fired at. When he saw the Blood Army soldier was faced the other way, Jake let out a breath of relief.
