Nah, I think it has more to do with villains being more popular in general. A lot of people want to tell the story of a bad person because those stories can often be seen as more complex. I also almost presented a villain, tbh, but I had an idea for a hero character from something else I never got to use him in. There's just a certain joy to the "evil" style of character.

I’m realizing that my previous message might seem dismissive of the new villain presented. Let me clarify: I’m super excited to see either villain at play, especially with what we’ve seen so far presented with Sorrel. I think he and Li have great chemistry and will create an adorable addition to the polycule if he is chosen.

I’m just excited to see how it turns out. This idea is absolutely adorable. Not to mention that, as a polyamorous person, it’s refreshing to see Poly romance. It’s so rare to find.
