Section #1: Jig Being Right

It has come to my attention, that I am primarily right and drunk.

Jig is completely right.

Jig is right.

[11.01.50] Gowi:

Jig is right. Feel free to send that along.

[Jig is] 100% correct.

Jig was right 8 months ago, and is still right.

I love you, Jig. It's because you're Always Right™.

Once again, Jig is absolutely right about this.

Where is Jig when I need to vent about politics?
Drunk.

The mighty Jig is of course right.

Mary do it! Some weird fling thing because she is human and probably tried the dating thing and the freaked out when it got too intimate.

I think we require a PM convo because sweet boy howdy do I apparently hate my own character and want to put him in as bad a light as possible. >:D
I’m not really super-into Harry Potter so I really have no idea what I’m doing and the lore isn’t really ingrained into my head.

Don't sweat it. If you're prepared to use the HP wikia for things you're sure you don't know (based on the sheet, I wouldn't have known you weren't an aficionado so I assume you did exactly that) and are willing to acknowledge the authority of the Laser of JusticeTM, then I can spare you the Death Ray of Divine RetributionTM.

In other news, I'm scouting for 1+ gutsy female characters to have previously been Will's girlfriend in the past two or three years, only for them to find out he's utterly insufferable and to break it off with him.

Have, in further other news, bodged his duelling up to the maximum of 10, his Potions up to 8, and his healing down to 4. I hope our more credible mediwitches are able to stop him from 'helping' should anybody get injured.
I think Jig is obsessed with being right…

Obsession or a proven track record? :P

Anyhoo: will bodge Will's stats to give space for the proper healers. Not that this will stop him attempting to help/take charge.
I'm blind

I'd also like you to bump that stat down to a maximum of 7. Healing isn't taught at Hogwarts and requires extensive training, in much the same way one doesn't leave school as a trained doctor. I'm happy to say that she has received personal tuition from the matron at Hogwarts and/or father (as is exactly the case with Will - they could've shared lessons), but, apart from anything else, having an amazing healer in the gang slightly reduces the sense of jeopardy, if you get me.

You're blind. :P
No but really it wasn't a major flag or anything. Just don't want to be inconsistent.

We were told to talk about it yes?

Ayup, you definitely were :D

@McHaggis@Kirah@TheMaster99

One more for the "Jig is right" chalkboard.

I would definitely like to buff Elizabeth’s stats (to a reasonable point) and maybe revise a mention of her focusing on healing magic or w/e.

Cool. See earlier posts of mine for my policy on maximum healing stats and similar characters (tl;dr - 7 max, no thank you, respectively) and draw my attention to any tweakery for further judicial lasering.
I guess that’s because I thought the focus on herbology, potions, her wand, and her good-natured personality would’ve made that abundantly clear but I’m a presumptuous dunderhead who might’ve been wrong in this case.

Confucius, he say: "When speaking to Jig or submitting something to the Laser of JusticeTM, spell things out as though to an idiot."

It's not remotely standard Hogwarts education by any article I can find on HP wiki (I've been looking frantically in the past twenty minutes) that students be trained to heal anything, really, beyond the equivalent of basic first aid - presumably because the chance that they could make things vastly worse (lookin' at you, Gilderoy) is so high. If you want to give yourself some healing stats, that's cool. In that case, I'll probably bump Will's down to negligible and maybe let him focus on being a Paladin of Duelling Strength instead.

PS: I hope my Laser of JusticeTM isn't upsetting anybody. Many of you know what I'm like and I hope know not to take my quibbling personally.

And here I thought Liz would be the only healer, how misguided I am...

No mention of healing in her sheet?

Hmm... I wonder who Ross will be friends with...

A friendly student of muggle culture will probably be able to make friends with Beck. They'll both have taken Charms and Muggle Studies to NEWTs, so there's a good chance they'll have rubbed shoulders at some point. Will would probably approve of Ross and his general attitude, so if Ross could stand him, there's a friendship to be had there.
Still a mention of Charms in aspirations. Otherwise good to go :)
@kittyluna45
To become a Healer, one must have excellent academic credentials, at least five N.E.W.T.s, with a high mark of either 'Outstanding' or 'Exceeds Expectations' at Potions, Transfiguration, Herbology, Charms, and Defence Against the Dark Arts.
HP Wikia

This isn't necessarily a problem from the stats' perspective (she could have studied bloody hard for the exams without having in-the-moment abilities) but taking charms at NEWT level isn't helping her here - would suggest just swapping this for transfiguration. If by 'medicine' you mean 'healing' (as in, the general field of magic as opposed to potion/muggle-based remedies and antidotes), I'd also like you to bump that stat down to a maximum of 7.
