You can mention someone with like this [ @ characters-name] just remove the spaces or hit the @mention button on the body of the person you want to mention's post.

A different island would work fine with me. Any suggestions for a name? I'd like to recommend Winter Saint(an ironic name for a place filled with nothing but pirates.)
I'm up to date on the manga but haven't watched any of the anime or the movies :(

I think starting our characters out in Mock Town would work the best since Ryu wouldn't want to be around anywhere with even the slightest hint of Marine presence.
