Roxy pulled her armor around her. She had no experience with this man people. She knew the noise and crowds were going to get to her. She wasn't the most patient person on a good day. She couldn't allow herself get frustrated today. Devika picked up her emotions. She refused to ruin this day. If this was how they wanted to spend their day she would give then the day one way or another.
She scanned the games and rides. No matter where they went there would be a line. "I'm up for whatever you guys want to do. I'm just an accessory today." She didn't have a preference. She saw a couple of rides that looked interesting but she was going to stay in the background as much as she could. This was about them reconnecting. She was only here to make that possible.

Roxy stepped into the main room. She had been in the kitchen making coffee. She rolled her eyes. "How did you get into college?" She asked him. It seemed that he wasn't capable of taking care of himself. "You know you don't have to sleep on the couch right?" She pointed out instead of answering. She didn't understand why he hadn't taken the second bedroom. It was like he hadn't bothered to look around. She knew it had been late and he had been drunk but still it seemed like he could have taken time too look around. She knew she would have. No matter how tried she was. "The bathroom is at the end of the hall. The door should be open." She told him.

Roxy had never encountered so much energy. She had no idea how to handle it. She was a little overwhelmed. She looked at Devika who seemed unfazed by her father's actions. While she understood the empath's parents being happy and excited about being able to do things together, Roxy hadn't expected this. She knew lots of people enjoyed amusement parks. It even made sense that would be something a family would choose to do after being apart for awhile.

She was curious about the park. She was sure it would be an interesting experience. "I might be alright at the games." It depended on the type of skill needed. But she was willing to try.
