She manged to escape the house but she was forgetting something. Valentina looked at the door, it was slowly opening, one of the walkers staggered towards her. She was missing Charles. Right now, all she can do was hope he was alive and get away from this creature. Valentina was glad that she had one of her lucky brass knuckles. She always taken it with her. Even at school.
"Dude, you don't want to do this." Valentina reasoned, she backed up ever more. Just then, the dead creature rushed over to her, getting on top of her. She struggled to keep it from falling it on her neck. Valentina kicked it off of her and watched as it groaned. "What the fuck is going on here!?" She mumbled, fixing her gaze on the creature who was now going towards her. She stared at her brass knuckles and gulped. Her stance turned into a fighting one. Her curly brown hair bounced around as she manged to punch it in the face. Giving her chance to kick it's now lifeless face.
Crack....
Craaack....
Crrraaaack...
The creature laid there, dead. Again. She sighed, wiping the sweat off of her forehead. Her fury boots were now covered in dark blood. It smelled awful. Valentina turned around, hearing the screams of other teenagers. The mouse who was now eating the ghost. At that moment, Valentina rushed to grab her phone in her pocket. Swiping through the lock screen. She messaged her sister, once, then twice. No response. Valentina did it again. "Come on..." She mumbled and to her surprise, nothing.
"URGH!" She yelled in frustration, Valentina turned back around to the doors. She wasn't sure if she should go and get Charles. The feeling of regret filled her stomach. She sighed, and entered. "He better owe me."
