Current So, as an American, what do I do when I need to choose between illegal immigration to Canada and dying in a civil war?

Up until today I've never had any trouble with my EUIV Japan games. Today I got stomped five times in a row before even uniting the country.

Bio

I'm a weeaboo communist. Are you surprised?

EDIT: You probably are now, but I'm not going to tell you why you wouldn't have been like two years ago. You get to agonize over that yourself.

You already have my vote. Literary genius right here!
Oh I know what to do with this one.
@Keyguyperson

B-but... I posted something for you... Why won't you notice me

Huh? Did someone say something? Eh, I'm sure it was the wind.

(Oh, I see it now. I've had the same tab open since before you posted and never refreshed it so I didn't get the notification. I'm a mess.)
I'm still up for a first contact if anyone is interested.

Also, nice to see @duck55223 taking interest. And double nice to see the familiar face of @Willy Vereb jumping in with an app.
Not my boy Mevlut!
Of all the people, the lady that always looks like something has gone terribly wrong? Isn't there a better choice for this? Are they even going to go anywhere with this trait or just leave it be?
<Snipped quote by Dinh AaronMk>

It's a talk radio thing I think. I'll hear old people go on about it.

Pretty sure this is only a real debate for Facebook comment sections and to sell yard signs around Christmas time. I don't see anyone actually taking is seriously.

People do that most places in the US. The Happy Holidays thing was figured out by marketing companies wanting to broaden the market for Christmas shit.

That said, I consider the commercialization of Christmas to be disgusting in general.

It's almost like there's an ulterior motive.
Overwatch. I've also started another playthrough of VA-11 HALL-A, because I love that game. I just cozy up next to my heater, put some slippers on, get out the chips, and immerse myself into the comfy.
Can't give you any tips on overheating and such, but two graphics cards are usually worth it from what I know. Be sure not to get dual AMD cards though, AMD cards aren't as good when you're running two of them together and you lose most of the benefit. That being said, if you can get one really good card then it'll usually be enough. My desktop has been using a single AMD card for it's whole lifetime and I got it back in 2013. You'll also want an Intel processor, since they're universally superior in pretty much every way (which I have to assume you already know). An AMD processor is pretty much useless on a laptop, the only reason one works on my desktop is because it's a ridiculously over-engineered eight core. The laptop you posted should, with my limited knowledge, be just fine. It's leagues better than my desktop, and my desktop has been able to run pretty much every game above 30 FPS on ultra (good enough for me, because my old one ran things at 10 FPS on a good day). That laptop should be more than enough. If you're on a tight budget, I might even suggest going a bit lower (assuming you can survive not having 120 FPS constantly, which I know a lot of people can't). But then again, I don't know anything about gaming laptops since I'm not gonna spend almost $3,000 on something I would rarely use in my life where I never, ever go anywhere.

So what I'm saying is: Looks good but don't buy it because I said that, wait for someone better versed in laptops to tell you.
I am going to be completely honest, I expected Tracer to be gay so this wasn't that big of a shocker (honestly shouldn't be for anyone). Going to admit I thought it might end up being someone in the game already but that's probably since I've seen to much shippidty ship shipping.

I've got not problem with it since to me its just another part of Tracer's character. I remember I heard this in a Youtube video that its because people have known her for the better part of a year or two, people have gotten to know her other quirks like energy, cheerfulness, playfulness, etc. As such, being gay is just part of her instead of her most defining feature unlike if Blizzard released a new character who was gay.

People just need to chill the fuck out yo, Overwatch ain't going to become some tumblr TF2 knockoff and to me, the people who care about the sexual orientation of character are literally on the same damn coin wether they call it "social progress" or "SJW trash", don't make a difference in the end, just the two sides of the same coin. It comes down to: Do you care about a character's sexuality or do you not? Its not like Tracer being gay suddenly has any game play effects or changes to her voice lines.

But hey, at the end of the day, its just like Kermit the Frog: Ain't none of my business apparently.

Well said right here. The only opposition I have to the whole thing is that it feels like Blizzard DID do this solely to make money, and well... I'm not called "The Weeaboo Communist" because it sounds stupid. I do suppose it's totally possible this was a planned part of her character based off of someone's actual vision for her instead of a CEO slamming his fist down on a table and saying "If we make her gay, then gay people will buy our stuff!" But I can't shake the feeling that this was just for money, and most of this thread sees it that way too. There's nothing wrong with her being gay, and it's even a good bit of representation (even if it DOES just so happen to cater to both male lesbian fetishists and actual lesbians at the same time as if it's an extremely good business decision using an attractive character to turn a profit), but all I see is Blizzard using the LGBTQ community for a quick buck by pretending to be on their side.

At least it's Blizzard, a video game company that doesn't actively screw over nearly as many people as corporations that take on other roles. Like the entire fast food industry. And to be fair, given the amount of times I've heard someone on some line of it all saying something about X Blizzard higher up being [Insert Literally Any Sexual (Or Otherwise Since The Gaming Community Is Quickly Becoming More And More Tied to /pol/) Minority You Can Possibly Imagine Here]. So it's possible that there's genuine good will and support behind it all. Which would honestly make it okay, but I guess I'll never know what the case is because I won't get to talk with whoever made the decision.
