Well, glad I've got that answered. It was nagging at me for a long time.... strange. Sadly, I hadn't played SC2. I wanted to, but never got it... Only recently have I played 5, so Nightmare looked different, of course. Thanks, KB!

If you own a 360 or PS3, there's a HD version of Soulcalibur 2 on the PSstore/Xboxmarketplace. I'm not sure if it's just an upscaled version of the original or if it has more content, but I know it exists.

SC5 isn't a bad game, but I can't say it's a great one either compared to the rest of the series. SC5 feels like they tried to turn soulcalibur into Street Fighter and it just didn't translate well into that style of combat. Combine that with the gutted singleplayer mode, and the game is pretty disappointing. The character creation is radical though, probably the best part of the game.

I mean, at least 5 is still better than the absolute pile of shit that SC4 was. 4 is the worst game in the series by far.
